Greatest service ever! Jonathan came out on a Friday evening & helped me out with a very difficult situation that no-one else could help me with. Was so helpful & kind & did a great job.

What a professional service! I have used them continually for different reasons. The first was when i locked my keys in my car on a Friday night. They were there in 20 minutes and saved the day. After that I have used them repeatedly for my business when I need to re- key a home. Same day service is a must in my business. They can also duplicate a lost car key for a fraction of the price of the dealership! AMAZING!

I have to say the problem I had on my f-150 was a nightmare. I caused the extra headaches on the trucks ignition myself after the key thingy would not turn the truck on(I messed it up). I had Todd come out cuz he offered the best quote to reprogram my keys. So he came out and did his job, but I had messed up the ignition antenna and Todd told me what I needed to do and I followed his directions and after that the truck was fixed. This guy really knows his stuff and if I ever need help from a locksmith in the Phoenix area Todd the locksmith guy has my business. Very truthful and professional business. Thx Alcatraz Locksmith.

Wow, what great service. Called on Sunday and he was at our condo in 15 min; we didn't expect him so quickly so he had to return 30 min later and did the work quickly and professionally. If you need a locksmith don't even hesitate--call him! BTW, on top of unbelievable five star service his pricing is reasonable.

Nick was GREAT! Fast and friendly. I got locked out at 1:30 am and called 4 other places. I'm still waiting for a call back from place #1.. it is now 2:54 am, Nick has come and gone. My experience with the owner Jeff and J&J Locksmith was amazing! We were on vacation and got locked out of our car. Jeff answered on the first ring and was onsite within 30 minutes. Trustworthy and fair prices. I highly recommend J&J for any locksmith needs.
