Called and Nick showed up in 30 minutes, gave me a solution and a fair price. He did an excellent job and if I ever need another locksmith I will definitely use them.

Worst reason in the world to need a new set of keys but the best experience ever.

I can't say enough nice things about this company, I called talked to Patrick , told him my ignition needed to be replaced , he was out to my home within an hour , I was totally blown away by his efficiency. His prices are get and his customer service was top notch. I will refer anyone I know needing lockout service or ignition repair to him .

My 1989 Corvette passenger door was locked shut and after many weeks of calling several locksmiths that did NOT show or call to cancel appointments. I found Acme locksmith and Sean said come by tomorrow to let me take a look at it. It took him about five minutes to get it open. I will only use Acme locksmith from now on and refer my customers to them as well.

Metro Lock was great for my rekey purposes! I called on a Monday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for Tueaday after 6, due to my work schedule - very accomodating. Steve H was who came out, and called to give me a time estimate which is very thoughtful. Steve was polite, informative, and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Update: I called them as I was locked out of a room today and they were there in 5 minutes and fixed it very quickly. These folks are awesome! Amazing, inexpensive service. They made a copy of my motorcycle key for around $6. I’ve purchased a safe and had them work on another safe for me as well. Always friendly, great service!
