Top Grade A service! On time fast and very helpful. Had to get my rv gate opened for my contractor and the key was not available. I called and in a few hours they showed up on time. Not only did I get a new standard key but the second was a master key with the do not duplicate stamped on. I did not ask for that but it was provided. A great key to have for landscapers and contractors. This company is top notch no wonder they are partners with AAA! Cheers and will share their info with friends and family. This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.
