I used this company to change my locks a few years ago, so when I needed then changed again I immediately contacted them. Tom answered my call promptly, and asked whether I was experiencing an emergency (requiring immediate assistance). I had time to take care of this, and Tom courteously kept in touch with me over the next few days to best accommodate my schedule (he even texted, making sure we were on the same page at all times. He offered to send a coworker, but I was in no rush! He (incredibly!) remembered me and my home a few years later! He is extremely pleasant, and completely professional. He offered a wide variety of extra security options and informed me on ALL options AND their prices before suggesting the CHEAPER option. He is honest and professional, and put me completely at ease. I will definitely be using his services again on the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, affordable yet quality locksmith.

Big Mike was awesome! I needed a number of locks rekeyed, and a mailbox key lock replaced. He was kind enough to wait for us. Before we had arrived, Big Mike had gotten started, didn't waste any time, and upon our arrival, he was done very shortly after that and on a Saturday too. Very knowledgeable!! Very efficient!!
