When I decided to buy a smart lock for my rental property, I knew I had to find someone tech savvy and well versed with technology that could install it on my behalf being 6k miles away. Jaime exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and had the lock installed within minutes. He then called me when it was time to program it offering different options to program the lock. We came across a small hump and just when I thought I bought the wrong lock, Jaime was able to help. Jaime was patient and stood on the line with me the whole time he was programming the lock. He answered all of my questions. I can’t recommend Jaime and Anderson Lock and Safe enough. Very professional and knowledgeable in their work.

My wife's car key had split off from the key base and once I called this company the owner came quickly to my location, in less than an hour and made my car replacement key in less than a half hour with a second back-up key at no additional cost. Great customer service and work ethic! Definitely recommend!

Desart Locksmith was above the rest in all aspects of service. The gentleman that I worked with Mr Ran Nitzan was prompt and curteious he gave me a fair price and did not sit there and try to haggle his prices. He understood that we needed him as soon as possible as my husband would have missed another day of work. MR Nitzan was on site fixing my ignition key problem within 35 minutes and had my key ready within 15 minutes. I was very impressed and would recomend him to anyone.

I gave them one star because they got out to me fast (35 minutes). BE CAREFUL with what they tell you cause one girl told me $35 service fee and then the next (manager) told me $49 and then on the invoice it says $29. They told me the prices could've ranged dependent on tools used and would be around $60. The window was already cracked open and all Wesley did was use a hangar to stick through the already opened window and fished the keys out. Then if you look at the invoice $134, they charged me for way more than they actually did. So be wary that if you have to have them do ANYTHING to your car it's going to cost probably close to $300.

Had the locksmith help unlock our car & make us a new chipped car key. The technician was prompt to respond and very professional.
