Great little local lock shop. Did my special lock job in less time than expected and for a reasonable price. What I really liked is that he thanked me for choosing them over someone else. You just don't get that kind of service from the big box stores.

I locked myself out of my house (yes super embarrassing) I was expecting dinner guests and had just returned from the grocery store. I had so many perishable items in my car. I called North Valley Locksmith. Dave came out and was able to get me quickly back inside with my groceries! I have never had to use a locksmith before and had no idea who to call. I was so lucky to have found this company. Not only did they come to my rescue in record time, the price was extremely reasonable! He could have really taken advantage of me and he did not! Nice and professional service

I forgot to post a couple of days ago but now I've definitely got to post a review! I first went to Acme lockSmith Off shea and Scottsdale while waiting for my doctors appointment I just stopped by to see if they had any cute keys instead of my ugly original key. I got a couple made and hung around to watch their informational videos. Brian was very polite and professional that day and even though he was busy he still manage to answer any question I asked! However I managed to loose my key that I had him make! In a panic I got ahold of him to explain what happened and to see if they could help me out with getting in to my home. Long story short he saved me over $80 just by having my boyfriend (who's currently in Tuscon) send him a picture of my original key! IM 100% blown away. Brian and the Acme crew are truly amazing and obviously know what they're doing! If I could give more stars I would! Thanks Brian and acme!

Had 2 keys made and neither of them worked. Suggest having a human make keys

I was able to get same day keys made for my camp trailer. I had lost mine and he made them on site. Great service and price.

Victor did a great job on our re-keying and re-programming of our garage door openers! I would highly recommend ARCO Lock & Security, as well as Victor, if he's available. He also installed a new key pad for the door openers, which works well and looks great.
