My neighbor was freaking out since he locked his keys in the car while it was running. He was on his way to a doctors appointment. I heard him panic and try to break his window open with a rock. Long story short called Alcatraz locksmith and they were at his house 15 mins later and got the door opened for him. Fast and friendly service!

Called these guys up..spoke to David. He was nice and helpful. At first he wasnt going to be able to come out until the following day, but then called me a little later after setting the appt and said he could come out same day. He came out, got the job done and was about $100.00 less than the other company I talked to.

After spending two days looking for my misplaced keys, I called this company, and a technician soon showed there. The technician programmed the key, cut a key, and obtained the code.
