From first call to final service, Alcatraz Locksmith was responsive, professional, incredibly competent, understanding and cheerful. Great service fast response time ?

Door knob on my wooden double doors to my house malfunctioned and the bolt locked in place, preventing the doors from opening. YouTube videos made it seem like the only resolution was to break open the doors. I called J&J on a Saturday morning and he arrived 15 minutes later. He was able to take apart the knob, free the bolt, and replace it without damage to the door. All for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them in the future for any locksmith issues.
