Very impressed. I called on a busy Friday, and Patrick responded courteously and said that it would be about 90 minutes due to the rush of calls. He texts back shortly thereafter and tells me he can arrive earlier, texts me updates along the way, and opens my difficult door in about 10 minutes. Rates were very reasonable, and Patrick was experienced and professional. Would gladly call again.

I contacted this establishment to get my new door locks re-keyed. I spoke with a gentleman named Mike who said he could come by the next day to do the job. He texted me to confirm the appointment. I then got another call from Mike to let me know that one of his employees lives in our area and would be there the next morning if that worked for me. Wow...such service! I received a text letting me know that this gentleman would be arriving shortly. He arrived around 8am, re-keyed 5 locks, made two extra keys all within an hour. He was professional, and personable. I would recommend this establishment to friends and family.

Jeff is the only locksmith that I will use and refer out to all of my friends and family. Not only did he help me in a time of panic but he was so honest with me he even helped me so that my insurance company would reimburse me for part of the costs. Truly a one of a kind!!! When I called him, he was able to come right away to make copies of the keys to my house. If I ever find myself in need of a locksmith, I will contact them again.

I accidentally locked myself out at about midnight. Within 30 mins Daniel was at my house. He was able to get the door unlocked without having to rekey or take the lock off. He was extremely friendly and personable. I would definitely use his services again.

My wife called them to help her with her father's safe to get his will and other important documents. She had the combination and the keys' just needed help on figuring out which way to turn the dial that type of thing. He spent 20 minutes got it open and charged my grieving wife $150 to open a safe. Well technically $160 as he didn't have change. Pretty predatory in my opinion.
