Came down within the hour and had my key in my hand within 30mins!!The guy Shawn who installed it was great and put me at ease. I even got a remote control key for my car that I never had. Truly happy and satisfied!!

Was extremely rude, service desk didn't specify price. When he got to the car wanted $200 to unlock car when the keys were just inside the car. I was on the phone with the rental insurance he refused to wait to see if they would cover then demanded to be paid $30 cancellation fee, told him my wallet was in the car, started calling someone and drove off. Absolute scam and rip off. Not sure if he tried to take advantage since I was a girl, but it was utter nonsense. Called another locksmith and it only costed $50. He was completely unprofessional, wasn't wearing any sort of company uniform or in a company car.
