I was locked out of my home. I called their number. CJ showed up in 15 mins and did good service for us. The only thing is, they charged me 150$ for spending 2 mins to pick the standard Qwikset lock. This is unbelievable!

This company is the best in the valley at moving safes. They bring professional equipment, specialized for the task. They cover any areas where physical contact might occur on your property-in other words, they mask off your safe to keep it looking pretty in case it rubs against a railing on the trailer, etc, etc. Hands down I will not use any other safe moving company. Now that I've seen how impeccable these guys are, I will never hire anyone but Anderson. Believe me, I've experienced the other companies who send two burly guys without much of a clue. Anderson sends the best, guys who know what they're doing and are meticulous at not damaging your safe. Mine has a mirror black finish, and they always treat it with TLC. Go with Anderson. You will not be sorry. The caliber of their equipment is top notch, as well. I've had them move my safe twice.

Not only did he do a great job re-keying my lock - but gave me the most valuable advice of the day which was how to put the lock back together which before I had spent over and hour on one lock then went back after his advice and nailed it first try! I was locked out and called at about 1:30am. Andrew Arroyo was the one who helped me. Not only was he nice and polite he helped me out so much! It was freezing, the middle of the night and he stood out in the cold right with me drilling on the lock for maybe 20 mins. It definitely didn't seem easy for him to do, but he did it! AAAAAA+++++++ rating! Promote him or give him a raise because he knows what customer service is.

We had had a terrible day that included locking ourselves out of our new van and Pablo came out to fix it! Anyone can just fix the issue but Pablo was extremely understanding and courteous even with our after hours call. I’m sure we will lock ourselves out again and we will be calling this company when it happens.
