I really needed help with my 1993 Mercedes, my key was in my door for over a week. I’d call several other unreliable locksmiths, but Jonathan was the only one that kept his word and came promptly. He was reasonable within pricing and I’ll call him again for sure.

Great service. I called Nick to replace a keyfob for our Prius. Nick ordered it, came out to the house and programmed the fob, cut the key and was on his way in minutes. Thanks Nick. Oh yeah, he was also significantly cheaper than the dealership and all the competition.

The keys worked perfectly and they filed the necessary paper work for AAA share of cost. I won't go anywhere else after this great customer service experience.
