Don't waste your money! I had them remove a large tree. But they pressured me saying it had to be removed immediately. They charged me double what other companies would. They charged me a lot of money ($6k) for a crane that that said was required, then never used one and never refunded the money. They destroyed my yard watering system. I complained and they sent a guy who thought the answer to fixing crushed pipes was to cap the lines and not have it function - causing my other plants to suffer. Ihad to hire a legit company to fix it - costing me over $1.5k for their destruction. They would only take my calls when I owed them a balance. - Then they processed my final payment without my authorization and refused to return my calls.
There are a lot better companies or there - use them and avoid the headaches and overcharges and lies!!!

Unfortunately, the large Ash tree in our backyard has been infected with sooty canker. As a result, it's important that the dead foilage be pruned as soon as possible, to prevent the trunk from getting infected. Cam, Aaron and Seth (from Savatree) came out to our house promptly the morning after we received the prognosis. They immediately got to work and were very careful with not only our tree, but the other plants near the tree in our backyard. Everything was done very professionally, and they were careful to sterilize their equipment to prevent spreading the infection to other parts of the tree. After all the dead branches and leaves were pruned, they cleaned up all the material from the backyard and left it as if nothing had been disturbed. It was a job well done!
Savatree was actually recommended to us by another arborist we'd used in the past. They were more expensive than our past provider (who gave us good service), but I can see in their conduct, service and materials that we're paying for a higher level of quality and professionalism.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very efficient job bidding process which consisted of submitting pictures of the trees to be trimmed and a brief follow-up phone call. The crew arrived later the same day and had my trees in great shape a couple hours later. It was clear the crew was interested in ensuring my satisfaction as they asked for my opinion repeated during the trimming. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up. Honest, fair and professional. Definitely recommend.

Cut my tree down on 1/24/20 . Requested when called that the stump needed to be ground down as concrete was going there. Pd his fee and then he said he didn’t have a stump grinder. So I offered to pay additional for the stump grinding. Said it would be a couple weeks. I have contacted him but only get a run around. He said this weekend he would be here, but no show, call or txt. It is now 3/1/20 and still not done. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

These guys are fantastic and they’re trimming expertise is an art form. Also, they have a special route fertilizer formula that all my fruit trees love. They also trim my palms. Everything is fantastic.

They did a absolutely outstanding job in our backyard yesterday. They removed several pieces of large heavy curbing and removed dead plants, then they hauled in and spread 12 ton of rock all in about 6hrs! Absolutely amazing job!! This is a horrible company to do business with. They burnt a hole in my exterior shade in the back yard. They replaced it with an inferior shade that doesn't tie down in the wind and it keeps blowing on top of my roof. They said they fixed my irrigation system and it stopped in 3 days. Now I don't have an irrigation system and my fruit trees are dying. It took over two months to get my money credited back on my credit card. Don't give them your credit card number! Awful, awful service.

There is a big difference between a true arborist cutting and trimming your trees versus your neighborhood landscaper. They have absolutely resurrected a couple of my trees with structural pruning and the soil injection was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend using tree care from, Moon Valley nurseries. They also removed a disgusting sisso tree for my mom's house and saved it from excessive invasive root damage.
