Waited weeks for appointment to replace slats on 6' gate. Greg shows up late with no materials to do the work. Proceeds to go find materials and returns with nothing. Does nothing. Total waste of time!

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
First of all, he is wonderful at communicating. (Answered all our emails promptly, which impressed us, as we live out of the country.)
His attention to detail is top notch. He is a perfectionist at getting things straight!
Above all, his attitude shines. He has a positive energy, and is pleasant to others.

Tom provided our office an exceptional boardroom table (12ft long) with custom metal legs. His craftsmanship is detailed and to your liking. He provided customer service, communication, artistry, and assembly from beginning to end to provide us a seamless product and experience (even when there was an issue with the original slab that came in!) Paying thousands for a table seems expensive but these are true art pieces that you will want to keep in the family. Great business to support!

We ordered a complete redo for our walk in closet. When the day for install came, I was surprised there was only one person for the job. I thought perhaps he would get started and someone would join him. Nope. They sent the right guy. He was professionalism on steroids. He was meticulous in removing our old shelves as well as prepping the walls and painting the areas that needed it. He made sure he communicated with me at every step to make sure it was right. He was here all day and for a few hours the next morning. You would never have known he was here. He worked diligently. At the end of the first day, I went in to check in on him and he was wiping down each of the 17 drawers I had installed. He covered everything with a tarp. his tools were super clean. He was just so impressive and now my closet is too. He was even very considerate about the mask. His name was Rafael and he makes me want to redo my pantry and other 3 closets in my house. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.
