Best Furniture Assembly in Phoenix AZ

absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.

EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: The owner, Allen, called me today and we spoke about my review. He was extremely apologetic and VERY professional. It really impressed me. He explained that Alex was in the process of being trained.

I am rating this business so the owner can possibly fix a situation that is fixable. Alex from their booking team is not very good. They are a little slow to respond and they are not very good at relaying data to the manager that makes the quote. I sent in information for some doors I need installed along with pictures and links to the actual products. The scheduler obviously did not send the links to the manager because the manager came back saying they couldn't install the door because I used the term Iron door. I understand that I used the wrong terminology but if the manager had been given the links to the items that I had purchased he would have seen that I should have said security door. Also, Alex asked about the other door but again it was obvious he didn't share with the manager because the question would have been answered just by looking at the link.
If you want to use them hope that you don't get Alex as the booking agent.

Randy and Tyra are an amazingly professional team. We have utilized their services twice. Upon moving into our town home in Tempe they assisted with rehanging doors, installing excellent lighting in my wife's craft room, making general drywall repairs in the home, and installing exterior light fixtures. They were more than willing to provide an estimate prior to work which was extremely detailed and accurate. If you're looking for a professional team that can handle any repair job in your home and complete it with great precision I would highly recommend Randy and Tyra.
