I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. Will definitely be calling you guys back for some more services soon !

My carpet was just filthy - lots of high-traffic dirty areas. Low-and-behold, Sam got it clean! I only have 2 carpeted rooms, so I couldn't take advantage of his Five Rooms for $80 special, so he only charged me $40 for both rooms! No ridiculous minimum charges! And, since the previous owners who installed the carpet went cheap, Sam gave me pointers on what to look for in the future when I install my own new carpet, everything from the best type of carpet fiber, to padding, to fiber guard. Thank you, Sam!

Make sure your construction manager doesn’t tell his tile subcontractors they’re going to get paid asap then ignore them for days once the job is done. After not hearing back from him I ended up going into their office, he was up in a meeting, he told them to cut me a check.
You have no problem getting back to me while the job is in progress but can’t send a simple text back or a call back to discuss payment once the job is done ?

We've been with this service for years, but over the last year service has plummeted. Our pool used to be crystal clear, but now there are calcium deposits and algae growing because our salt system wasn't working in the tech never noticed.. Our techs are almost different every time someone comes. We and our current tech have requested a full deep clean at least four times, but the company has yet to respond. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. We feel stuck in a service that we hate because they own the equipment we use. This is absolutely ridiculous do not use this company.

Complete sham artists. They agreed to clean my Persian Rug ( cost $4800 ) ..... had no idea what they were doing. Ruined the rug... colors blead and now its an outdoor patio rug. Owner initially accepted responsibility and said they had a water leak in their facility. Said he ( Rich ) would turn in an insurance claim but then balked and refused to make the situation right. Despicable!!
