Salten Pools

We have been using Salten Pools for our pool maintenance & repair for over 4 years and we love them! We've have serval other pool companies and they don't even come close to the quality Salten provides.

We don't have the time or knowledge to keep up on our pool maintenance, Salten keeps our mind at ease by taking care of everything to do with our pool. The communication is great when repairs are needed and they are fixed quickly and properly.

I have used Salten Pools for my weekly pool service. The technician is always prompt and dependable. This company has excellent communication with their customers. If there are any problems they respond back immediately or within a very short time. Every technician I’ve had is very friendly and will answer any of my questions or concerns. One time I needed to back wash my pool and he patiently walked me through the process. I would highly recommend Salten Pools for any of your service needs.

Overall decent value on par with other pool companies. Their weekly service has been pretty good usually, but some techs aren't as thorough it seems

Jordan, their customer service rep, always comes across as lazy and lethargic. Every time I have called it seems I am annoying her or waking her up from a nap. Not the personality type that should be on the phone!

I have worked for Salten Pools as an office manager since June of 2022, and I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy at a job. They hired me for my experience in invoicing, knowing I had no background in pools. They allowed me the time to get acclimated, and every question I had was answered.

They don’t micro manage, and they allow me to make decisions as a leader. I have only been employed with them for 7 months and they consider me apart of the management team. I am encouraged to voice my opinions, provide feedback, and to help grow the company. I have only worked for one other small business (family owned) and I cannot even begin to explain how vastly Salten stands out in comparison. My last job paid drastically less (I had to work 2 jobs to make ends meet), asked considerably more, and simply saw me as a $ amount on a spreadsheet. The owners of Salten (Colten & Shannon) have made it very clear from day one that they did not start this business for the money (anyone in the pool world knows it is not a lucrative industry). They saw a need for their family and friends, and that was a job that provided consistency, good compensation, flexibility, and room to grow, with a family like atmosphere. Anytime I’ve been sick, had appointments, family emergencies, etc. I have been given the day off with pay.

When I started with Salten I honestly was just desperate to find any work that allowed me to pay my bills comfortably, and didn’t leave me miserable at the end of the day. I wasn’t certain what the future held professionally, but now I can see myself with them for as long as they’ll have me.

I know we aren’t perfect (no business is), but we have the unique ability to introduce and implement changes almost immediately, and I am excited to see where we go in 2023.

Did not use clean out valves for backwashing after asked. Took several attempts to ask without pictures to show proof. Clogged AC water pipe with all the dirt from backwashing that backed up in house.not very responsive to request.

This place is awesome! They have always taken care of our pool and our needs. I highly recommend them for your pool needs.
