I scheduled them for an apartment move out this week, 3/18/21. The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly from the kitchen to the patio storage. The carpet was also cleaned. They all arrived on time, were fast, professional, efficient and friendly. In the past w other cleaners there was always something missed or “off” about the work done but not w this company. It was so appreciated, with the stress of moving, to have this done right. Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

I have been using this company for my home carpet for the past 3 years and will not use any other company. Tracy who runs the office is so great! Dan, who cleans the carpets- I can't say enough about his customer service and cleaning techniques. Dr Chem Dry is top notch! We just referred a family member and again unbelievable results!

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!

Best carpet cleaning guy in the Valley. He's always on time, is capable of handling a wide variety of carpet cleaning issues, tile cleaning, grout cleaning, and more. He's very reasonable and just a great guy. Highly recommended.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
