Horrible service. Carpet looked worse than it did before they ran a cheap home carpet cleaner over it. Save your money. Above all don't zelle this guy anything. Operates out of a residence. Non professional. We had to pay for another actual pro to do over. Paid $150 to have dirty smelly carpets. Would give zero if possible.

AZ Carpet and Tile were fantastic. They came in lower then every other person we contacted. We thought with such a low quote they may not be top notch. Not at all, they even did our downstairs bathroom for free. I will call these guys every time from here on out. Thanks again guys !!!!

I had a big carpet problem and this company solved it. After a year or more of one of my cats peeing on the carpets, entire areas of my house smelled. I had repeatedly tried many over the counter spray on remedies. Most of them targeting killing the enzymes that caused the smells. I tried my own, at home caroet cleaner. None of it worked. It would smell like chemicals for a day, then the urine smell returned. I contacted a number of professional cleaning companies. And Dr. Chem-Dry seemed the most legit, offered a guarantee, and had the best story about taking care of this kind of problem. They completely delivered. Phone consultation with one of the owners was smooth and comprehensive, scheduling was pretty fast, Dan the Tech showed up exactly on time, did thorough walk thru, gave me all the details of what he was going to do, and provided me with a detailed quote. I gave the go-ahead and he went to work. Because I was home, he was able to grab me a few times to show me the extent of the problem, talk about how he was attacking it, and I mean ATTACKING, and I was also able to further pick up a few areas for cleaning that I had missed and really needed attention. What a fantastic job. After it was all done and he left, the big question was - once the minor cleaning smell was gone, would the urine smell return. So far it has been 4 days, and I don't smell any cat pee in the house. This is truly amazing, after living with this for more than a year. Oh, and the caroet is really clean also :) I HIGHLY recommend this company !!

Bobby is so professional and knows what he is doing. My tile and grout needed to be cleaned so bad and the life he bought back into it is incredible! It truly looks brand new again! And the Carpets look AMAZING also! I’m so happy with my results. Thank you again Bobby I’m so impressed.

I created an account and requested a pickup for today 5/6 between 6-2. I received a confirmation text and email. I was home all day and no one came to pick up the clothing. By the time I realized it was still sitting there, it was 7:05pm - I called and tried to leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full. A call saying they couldn’t pick up my husbands clothes would have been nice…

I gave it one star because I can't post this review without it. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF. They are contract with the apartment complex I just moved out of. I called this company because they cleaned the carpet in the Living room (10 x 12) and bedroom(15 x 11)in my 689 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. The bill paid and charged to me out of my deposit was $175.00. I questioned this bill with motif and was told that is what Arizona Carpet Cleaning charged. I called Arizona carpet cleaning they cannot give me any information regarding the carpet cleaning at the apartment I lived in and the bill given to Motif. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF A SCAM. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
UNLESS YOU GET A COUPLE OF ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANYS YOU MIGHT FIND A CHEAPER AND BETTER COMPANY.

Apex carpet cleaning was awesome! They came to my house on time, did what they said they would, and treated my house like it was their own. No shady sales tactics. I only had my carpets cleaned this time, but now that I know they do tile and furniture cleaning as well, I will be sure to call them back for that!
