This is an amazing husband/wife team. He is very prompt, easy to work with and came completely prepared for contactless cleaning in the pandemic environment. Our apartment was fairly dusty and we have a dog. He and his wife cleaned everything very well, was able to operate independently and efficiently.

So I need a cleaning service for a while. I have a really bad back so many challenges and a friend of mine reached out to me and said you should try thumbtack so I went on Thumbtack and found Sumo Cleaners. There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great. I have used Maggie & her Mom for 2 years in several homes and capacities. They are so nice, professional, and always bringing treats for my pup. I worked for this cleaning company 2 weeks ago. Everyday I worked I asked for hiring paperwork to be established with the company and obviously for being paid for working and would be told tomorrow we will have it over and over again by the manager Andrew who is the Owners son. On payday I asked for a paycheck and he refused to pay me stating I cannot prove I worked for the company as they never documented it. I have filed a claim with the Arizona Labor Board, a complaint with the BBB, reached out to a manager at Robertson’s Fuel Systems located at 800 W Carver Rd #101 Tempe, AZ 85284 which is where this company cleans M-F 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
