Best One Time Service in Phoenix AZ

Called 5 days ago. They havent called back.

I called about hiring them to get some work done in my backyard. I gave them my email so they can send me information to set up a time and date for the initial consultation. After three days and no email, I decided to call them back to tell them that I hadn't received anything. They said they wrote my email information wrong and will be sending me an email within 15 min. Another two days goes by and nothing.... I called them AGAIN to get the problem resolved but they never answered. I called them TWELVE TIMES within two days (all during the 7am-3pm time they say they are open), and no response. After A few calls though, they did realize who was calling and did send me an email with a time and date that works for them, and not for me. But still, they will not answer their phone. How extremely unprofessional. Here I was hoping to spend a few thousand dollars to fix my backyard, but I guess I am glad this issue happened before I paid a dime. What a joke of a company.

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.

Despite some rescheduling issues (just bad luck I think), these guys did a great job removing, stump grinding and cleaned up after themselves. Even covered the stump with dirt and rocks from the yard. Price was very good. It's obvious they are very busy, communication is a bit delayed but for the price and quality they provide, I would recommend and use again.

I hired Dave Goodman and his crew to landscape the front of my business in North Phoenix. From the initial contact and design to the final inspection I was amazed at their level of professionalism, timeliness, and the final result was nothing short of amazing.

My Auto shop is a Certified Green Business, and I needed special plantings and watering system accommodations. Although Goodman's is a very large company, Dave (The Owner) personally responded to my calls and needs.
