Best Grout Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

This service is great. I always use them to deep clean my rental properties. They do a fabulous job and I never get any complaints from the tenants.

I have used Wave House Cleaning for about two years now. They're pretty good. They routinely vacuum, dust, clean counters and fixtures, mop the floors, and make the bed. Sometimes they'll wash the windows, as needed. No complaints. They do a good job for a good price. I recommend them.

I can't say enough good about State 48 cleaning services. We had a very small window of time to schedule a move out clean during an extremely busy time for all cleaning services. (End/beginning of month AND on a holiday!) Not only did State 48 jump through hoops to squeeze us in they did an absolutely deep and thorough cleaning that exceeded all expectations. Mike was a Rockstar making it happen and his crew rose to the challenge! Couldn't be more pleased with results. They have more than earned the 5 star rating they have and I would recommend to anyone looking for quality work! Thanks Mike and thanks State 48!!!

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.

I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a dirty house. It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team cleaned it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the professionals could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.

Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested.

When they arrived to clean our office, that's when we realized we needed to hire them for other services around the house. We had stains that had been there for almost years, but they were able to remove them because of their stellar reputation. They worked late to make sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent; we have no complaints

We have been using them for a while now and in spite of promises they do not improve.
Trash cans are not always emptied. only the center of the floor is cleaned.
Sometimes the bathroom is missed. They do not sweep around desks.
Getting ahold of them after they sign you is next to impossible.
The only contact they make is with the billing dept. who says they cannot do anything about it.
99% retention rate.... possibly because they do not respond to your emails to cancel service.
I have been trying to contact someone for over 6 months both my rep (Joshua) and the contact (Janett) given me by the billing department will not respond to messages or emails.

I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.

Technician was late, called me at the time of my appointment to tell me they were going to be another 30 mins away. The technician was very friendly and did a great job but charged me $10 more then what was told to me on the phone estimate.

Tyler just finished cleaning my room-sized rugs (on a wood floor). As usual, I am exceptionally happy with the job he did. I have been using Steamex for years. Love working with a family-owned business that does such a GREAT job.

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
