As a property manager, I had the unfortunate experience of having a residential house cleaner I had scheduled cancel due to an injury on the day of a move-in. After calling several companies listed online and either getting voicemails or looped into the automated attendant black hole, Bruni Aguilar was one of the few that actually answered the phone. It was so very fortunate that not only was I was able to converse with a live person to explain my situation, but it was a huge bonus she was able to offer me a late afternoon cleaning the same day! When I arrived at the property at the scheduled time to meet her and the crew at the property to introduce myself and give her my business card, the crew must have arrived early and was already there performing the professional services. The tenants at the property provided feedback that the cleaning was well above what they had expected, and it was done very professionally! They were happy with the final product, a very clean interior, and I was extremely grateful that it was able to be done on the same day since it was close to the holidays where demand for cleaning services is high. The cleaner was prompt, very thorough, and provided great service. While there was a language barrier between the cleaner and me, she and the company went over and beyond to translate everything for my understanding. The price was very competitive and affordable. I'd highly recommend their services and I'd use them again.

Ana has been doing our house on and off for the past several months and has done a very through job for us. I always check here and there to see if something has been missed but she gets it all. We are very happy with the job she is doing. It would be nice to have Ana all of the time but she is one of the employees that trains the new hires.

I have used De La Rosa Cleaning for my home as well as my business. I value the quick in and out time with good quality cleaning. I used to have one or 2 people come in to clean my house and they would be there for 4-5 hours, their crew usually has 4 people and they are in and out in an hour which is fantastic! The communicate very well for our business schedule as well. I highly recommend them!

I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.
