Bruni and her team are awesome! We are new clients this week and we couldn't be happier with their performance. The team was polite, diligent, hard-working, respectful, and had a great attitude. They not only cleaned and disinfected, but did high dusting, wood-polishing, oven and refrigerator cleaning, and even interior window cleaning. Celia, Maria, & Martha were the wonderful ladies who helped clean my new place. Each of them were so professional and very friendly. The receptionist Elizabeth also was so helpful in getting me into their schedule the same day as my movers were coming the next morning by 7am. This company is awesome!!

I made a sweep through my condo after the cleaners left and it appears that they did a good job of all the elements I would expect in a proper overall cleaning. And, of course, that is what I want. They begin cleaning immediately upon entry and take notes for the next cleaners who might be assigned my home so that I don't have to repeat any special instructions. I try to keep my house reasonably clean at all times--at least tidy--and I especially value this overall clean so everything looks great at one time!

Erica W did such a fantastic job of cleaning on this latest Maidpro visit. She cleans like my mother taught me to clean (that is saying a LOT), and focused on areas that needed a deeper cleaning, instead of just doing a surface clean. When she left, they were sparkling! Thank you Erica!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Totally affordable and they cleaned my freshly renovated home perfectly. Tammy on the phone was super helpful and friendly. I would 1000% use this company again and recommend them to others. They don’t care what you want them to clean they just need to know what it is you do want them to clean.

Just tried to book cleaning service, they didn’t have what I wanted in a reasonable price range which is fine, however the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had a very condescending tone.

She was constantly interrupting me while I was asking questions and trying to vocalize the services I wanted and my budget constraints, and then simply said “good luck with that” over and over. As if because I am broke due to CoVid layoffs means I am not worthy of her time on the phone.

Extremely rude, no customer service skills, I would avoid them simply not to have to deal with her.

Increased rating to 3 stars from 1 star, again for customer service not actual cleaning. A manager did call me and “kind of” apologized for her employees behavior, but also made some excuses for her. I understand standing up for ones employees, but do not understand arguing with potential clients.

Hopefully owners can address the situation I’m sure the actual cleaninservices provided.

Hired to clean business offices. Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

Owen is the best home cleaner ever! He is so thorough, thoughtful and reliable. He’s got such a good energy about him, it’s a pleasure to have him come over on cleaning days. He always goes above and beyond with his work, we’ve always been so happy with our house after he leaves.

I was introduced to SaniGuys by a neighbor of mines who insisted I must try this new cleaning company. At first, I was hesitant about trying a new company but after seeing the results I am glad I did. I like how they pay extra attention to details and the customer service is exceptional. If you are looking for someone to get the job done, then SaniGuys is it. You will not be disappointed.

Customer service was poor upon calling. Read specific Information about the services they offer but when called the guy just said we don’t do that... so I’m just letting you all know don’t waste time if your looking for an actual deep clean.

Cleaning service was amazing! Was able to point out specific items to focus on in the house. They were very responsive and was able to get an appointment within the same week.
