While my experience did not start out well with poor communication and, at times, no communication I was not thrilled with the service that I was getting. Then Troy was assigned to help me out because the other guy was too busy and everything changed. I cannot speak highly enough about Troy's professionalism, communication and dedication to making things right. He was aware of my recent loss and the situation that my family was in and went above and beyond what I expected to see from any company. Troy and his crew were all phenomenal and I appreciate everything he has done for us. We are now living in the house and extremely happy with the repairs.

I used the team for a water leak from the roof. Nate, Shauna and the team were amazing at coming out with in an hour to cleanup the fallen ceiling and the attention to detail was AMAZING. Charge absurd amount for not even doing what was asked for, they were asked to board up my heavily damaged home to prevent people from entering and failed.

They made my home better than they found it. Doug was a great project manager, very communicative and professional. They took my burned out home and made it good as new!
