The group that was sent out did an excellent deep cleaning job. They went above and beyond my expectations and were really kind. They are absolutely going to be used again by me!

I’m not sure what number team I had, but the move-out cleaning was done pretty good. There were a couple hiccups after the maids left, but the owner contacted me the next morning and displayed superior customer service by trying to resolve those issues. Needless to say, they were resolved and I ended up getting my FULL deposit back! I would definitely use this company again seeing as how the owner really cares about his company and clients. Definitely a plus in my book and rare nowadays.

Jay and his team have been the best to work for. I have 2 gourmet burger restaurants and hood cleaning has been a thorn for 4 years. Used 3 different companies including the “big outfits” and they were expensive and horrible overall cleanliness. I have spent over $8,000 the last few years for grease damage on our roofs and none of the companies really cared.

I have used Jay now for a few months and what a relief it is to have him as a partner. I could not recommend him more.

Great company to work for.

Hired this company for a move-out cleaning. The representative who scheduled the 2:30pm job calls to inform us that their assigned cleaner is running late- says they should arrive no more than half and hour. The cleaner assigned to my home was over 2 hours late, not a half an hour. It’s quarter to 5pm and the young lady apologizes and seemed ready to start the job only to find out an hour in and not much cleaning done- she informs me she needs to leave to pick up her partner to help with the job, apparently. She leaves and doesn’t arrive until after 6pm with no partner. Two hours later the downstairs is no where near finished and she still needs to do the upstairs etc. Came to find out she had left again without notifying us- she leaves our garage door open and arrives back acting very strung out. At this point we are exhausted because it’s after 8:30pm waiting for this cleaning to be finished. Our move-out service is clearly not going to be completed with in the next hour and I’m not going to allow this to drag out any longer. Obviously this employee is unprofessional and given the time as it’s so late in the evening, we ask her to leave. Overall, this service was a dumpster fire and I’m very disappointed. Money and time wasted!!

Fast,professional,& competent

Our office had a Covid scare over the summer and Aether was able to come out the very next day to perform a deep clean and sanitization of our entire office. There was no Covid outbreak and we all stayed healthy thanks to the wonderful work they did. Their regular scheduled cleaning services are top notch, too. Highly recommended!

I'd heard about this company for a while, we decided to give them a try during the reopening, after COVID, and the difference in our services was SO OBVIOUS. Great company, diligent work and responsive. Worth the change!
