Best Blinds Clean in Phoenix AZ

This was my first time and last time using this company. I was excited to use their services due to them having great reviews but was extremely disappointed with my move out clean. I had to request a revisit and they still did not do an adequate job. The walls were dirty, floors were sticky and looked dirty. Interior and exterior fridge looked poorly cleaned. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of the kind and responsive customer service rep Shelia. Please do better Maid Easy.

Using Queen of maids was a lovely experience. They came to my house early in the morning and instantly started knocking things out. Me and my wife are a family of seven and all of our children are very small. This makes it difficult for us to clean every room at one time. Queen of maids Made our lives a whole lot easier. I feel like they go above and beyond when cleaning and we only got the standard clean. I am definitely considering hiring them for a weekly basis

I have been using Dirt Busters for a biweekly cleaning service for about 4 months. They are prompt, professional, and responsive. Many of these service appointments were completed by a technician named Louisa, who is exceptional! They do a wonderful job and our home always looks so nice after the appointment. Louisa is also extremely friendly and helpful. I have also spoken with Charlie in customer service who has been friendly and professional during our conversations. Overall, I would recommend Dirt Busters to anyone looking for cleaning services in Phoenix!

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
