Not very good window cleaners

I scheduled them for an apartment move out this week, 3/18/21. The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly from the kitchen to the patio storage. The carpet was also cleaned. They all arrived on time, were fast, professional, efficient and friendly. In the past w other cleaners there was always something missed or “off” about the work done but not w this company. It was so appreciated, with the stress of moving, to have this done right. I have used Special Ops twice now for move-out cleaning. I have received my FULL deposit back both times, which is hard to do. Well worth the money! They do everything, top to bottom and do not miss anything. SPOTLESS!!

Now looking for another cleaner and I'm $159 out of pocket. Only requested: two bathrooms, floor, kitchen wipe down, and windows. Floor was still scuffed and had spotty areas, windows were not done, and shower had soap scum and toilet was not clean. Basically everything I asked for was not done. I do not suggest you use this service. To be fair, they offered to come back, but I just finished it myself. I will find another service.
