Modern Maids Cleaning of Phoenix is a dream come true! The ladies are meticulous and efficient. They're quite friendly and it's a pleasure to have them in your home. They are dependable and productive. It relieves the stress of having to worry about keeping the house tidy. They are really accommodating and communicate quickly when something needs to be changed for whatever reason. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services in their home.

Not very good window cleaners

The Perfectionist Cleaning Service is simply the best! We have used a number of services and individuals over the years to clean our home, and I can honestly say that Kathy (crew supervisor and leader), her team and the rest of the folks @ The Perfectionist are true professionals that provide a superior service!

I have had Cleaning Solutions for many years and have had mostly the same cleaners who are totally awesome. The ones I didn’t care for, they made sure didn’t return. Their fees are reasonable compared to other companies( be sure and tip the ladies!). They do a good job and I enjoy their company. If I have a special request, the company has been very accommodating as have the cleaners as long as it was reasonable. I highly recommend them and, frankly, I don’t know what I would do without them!

I recently had a grout cleaning by valleys best cleaners. I chose this company due to the reviews and their grout special. My home only has 2 high traffic areas, the kitchen and breakfast nook. Upon confirming the two areas I needed cleaned, the technician was over an hr late. He called and texted me multiple times to try to increase the square footage on the cleaning thus increasing the price. Eventually I relented as he explained if I just do those two areas they will not look like the rest, they will be brighter. After he cleaned I received a message from my husband that the grouts appear the same. I took pictures and sent them to the manager and all he could offer was someone to come out and redo. I paid $360+ dollars when I was originally quoted $89. Please be mindful that this is a scam and should be treated s such. Also the technician was highly unprofessional, asking my husband several times if he played professional football. He did not like the answers given so kept asking. Homeowners are supposed to feel comfortable in their homes not badgered 10+ times.

Ana did an amazing job in the little time I provided for her; she is friendly, communicative, fast/officiant and very fair on price. 10/10 would recommend to family/friends and would use her services again. Thanks again!

They did an entire pre sale deep clean for me at a house I was selling in the area. Everything turned out great. I scheduled with them about 3 weeks in advance, and they were right on time and charged me just what they said they would. Good job!
