Steve came out to clean my filthy, disgusting 24 year old grill, which hadn't been cleaned in 2-3 years. He was able to repair some parts that were broken and left the rest of the grill sparkling clean and looking brand new. I felt so bad that it took him 6 hours to clean it but he was friendly and professional and didn't seem to mind. I really appreciate his thoroughness and will definitely be calling him to do my next cleaning.

Lucy’s team was awesome!! We work a lot so not having to worry about our home being clean is the best! They have done deep cleaning for our house and now do routine cleaning, they really go the extra mile.. sometimes i ask for random things to be cleaned and they don’t hesitate to say yes and they never miss a thing! Elizabeth and Premium Custodian Services has been the best cleaning service we have ever had. We have been through several of them but they are hands down the best. Their service is top notch and their cleaning is even better. They show pictures and communicate very well on anything that needs to be addressed. We are 100% happy with them and will never switch! Best around for sure!

I had a pigeon problem , their rates very competitive, the most affordable place I found, Barry worked with me to solve my issue.

Complete bait and switch. I was a previous customer so they had been to my house. I had received an email about storm clean up so I responded about getting the windows to the back of my house cleaned. After a few emails back and forth and a google scan of my home on their end, we agreed to a price via a contract to do the entire exterior windows of my the back side of my home. I was at work the day they arrived and the service team called stating that they would have to charge twice as much. I called the office who then claimed that my windows were double pained meaning if a bedroom window slides open they charge you like it is 2 windows, but if it doesn't slide open its one window and they could not see that on google. I did a google search myself and could see the windows just fine. I am so tired of being swindled. It was handled poorly on the phone. They should have admitted fault. Instead they did half the work and stuck with their price point. They should have honored the contract and this review would not be here and I might still be a customer.
