Excellent company and great product. I recently had their coating installed on my patio and front entry steps. They made sure that I got the best deal. From start to finish they communicated very well. It changed the whole look of my home, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality concrete coating that will withstand the AZ sun and heat. Before and after photos included as proof of the excellent quality.

After looking into several garage floor company's we went with Galaxy because Jesse really knew the product and process and was willing to spend the time to answer all our questions. We felt that the product was superior than the competition. Once we agreed to go ahead Karie kept us updated along the way. Jesse also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. The crew, Kevin and Armando, arrived when they said and were very professional, willing to pause to answer any questions and encouraged to watch the process. They finished sooner than expected and ensured everything was cleaned up. And the floor? WOW - it looked great - wished we had spoken to Galaxy sooner, what a quality job. My recent experience with Galaxy was very exceptional. We had the stamped Concrete in our back yard around the pool and on our patio that was chipping and breaking.. they came to our house and we say samples and were able to pick the coating and the sprinkles. The process was exactly how the contractor Carlos explained and was able to get into contact with him if I had any questions, and I did. When our project was completed it was like a brand new backyard. I love it! It looks amazing feels amazing. We are so grateful to all the crew. They were all so awesome and thank you Pacco!

I contracted Galaxy Concrete Coatings to repair and renew my old driveway and carport area. I was extremely satisfied with their quality product and service.

Salesman Bronz was attentive with regards to customizing the job to meet my requirements. He presented one of their newest colors called Falling Star which was not yet displayed on their website. I was very happy to see this new color and that is what I selected for my driveway.

After scheduling a date for work, a crew of two people showed up. Later in the day I had a crew of seven workers including the project supervisors Paco and Carlos who oversaw and worked on the project while keeping me well informed on the Process and Timeline!

All work was completed in one full day and I am very happy and satisfied with the way it turned out. It looks fantastic and pictures don't do it justice. It looks absolutely Beautiful up close.

We love the new look of our patio concrete coating. The old patio was suffering from stains, chipped paint and cracks we contracted Galaxy to do the resurface (Polyurea/Polyaspartic with a15 year warranty). The crew Sales Rep: Alex, Project Manager: Carlos, Scheduler: Karie, Production Manager: Daniel with Galaxy Concrete Coatings was on time, very pleasant and courteous, kept us informed on the various steps as they completed them.They ground down the existing concrete, cleaned up and applied the patio coating all in one day with very little dust. Bronz was available within just 2 days of me reaching out on social media with my inquiry to get our patio done before the Super Bowl. My patio was uneven, different kinds of concrete from previous owners extension projects and the such. After time, it began to look as uneven a surface and was an eyesore.
I saw Galaxy on a Facebook ad and looked at some of their pictures and decided, What the heck.. Have them come out for a free estimate. We have been talking about what to do with our patio for years since owning this house in 2016 and decided to see what it would set us back. Frankie came out and did a thorough look at our patio, drew up some numbers and walked through the options with us. Total process was about 30-45 min, but I like that because it means they are taking in every thing possible to make sure they get it right. Once Frankie ran the numbers with us, I was shocked at how affordable this was!! She went over the whole process, how it is NOT epoxy and the details behind a product called polyurea. It withstands AZ temps and does not have the same side effects that normal epoxy does. I was impressed with how thorough she was, but then again, I absolutely expect that out of a company I am going to hire for such a large project.

We put a deposit down and booked our date... So project day comes... We got a call 2-3 weeks before the project was going to start and a few days before (even with Thanksgiving coming up) from Carrie to make sure all our questions were answered. I love the customer service and care they put into this, even before the project started. Anyways, project day--the boys showed up, right on time at 8am. Told us it would take most of the day but they would be done by 5pm. By 4:45pm, they were done, cleaned up and ready for us to come out and inspect (from a distance). And wow, the pictures speak for themselves. Cure time is about 12 hours, but we will give it longer just because we need hands with us to move some bigger items... but I was blown away how awesome this was!

I highly recommend this company----great value, great service, great price, and you cannot beat that guarantee we have!

I’d interviewed several companies, and really got a good feel for Galaxy Concrete Coatings Company in Phoenix/Tempe AZ. Good people, no sales hype or pressure, delivered on their word, prompt, professional, no nonsense - just good people to work with from the initial consult (Jesse), to the scheduling (Karie), to the install (Mark), so definitely can recommend. I chose the Penntek Mt Everest color coating, to easily spot those sneaky scorpions.

From the first meeting to get a quote, Galaxy was on top of their game. They are very thorough, professional and patient with us. We got several quotes and none of the other companies came close to this level of customer service. Upon completion of the job they did follow ups and even came back to do some touch up that we requested immediately. Galaxy is top-notch in our book! Their sales representative, Alex Chavez was amazing with his technical background. He answered all of our questions and presented several options for us to choose from. From beginning (initial call back to schedule from Karie) to end (Coating Team - Joshua, Jorge Sr and Jorge Jr) everyone was just great! Polite, on time, answered all of our questions as we watched their process, cleaned up very well every day and in the end the Coating Team encouraged us to let the company know if there was anything that we wanted to touch up or correct (touch-ups = 3, correct = zero).

But the product! It has created a whole new look and feel on our patio floors, driveway and garage floor. It is truly a great find, and with the 15-year warranty we are highly satisfied!! They did our job in 3 days last week. Several crews would come to help to make sure it was done quickly and properly. The equipment they use is loud but that's expected. The crews did not add to the noise no cranking music or loud yelling. They were quick and efficient as well as polite and generous with time explaining the steps as they progressed. We will be using them for another project soon to do our garage. This is not a cheap process but we feel that the quality and warranty make it a great value. Highly recommend Galaxy

I had my outdoor patio coated with chip/flake and added Gatorbite to the top coat for slip resistance. It turned out beautifully! Jesse, my sales rep went over the entire process with me and Karie kept me on schedule. When the guys showed up to do the work they went over the entire process with me again. I was surprised at how clean they kept the area as they had to sand the old paint off the concrete. They moved the rock away from the edge of the patio and treated the edges the same as the surface. This crew was personable and efficient. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone loves it and it’s lifetime guaranteed. Great job Galaxy!

Fantastic job. Beautiful work. The garage floor looks spectacular! I choose the MARS or CHESTNUT color. The red really POPS on the floor bringing a spectacular color to the floor. My wife loved it. I highly recommend Galaxy for their courtesy, timeliness, professionalism, and their strive for perfection to satisfy me-the customer!! Now when my wife wants to go dancing, I just move all the items out of the garage, crank up the music and we have a beautiful dance floor to swing and salsa dance!! Thanks!

I had this same product used at our home in ND on our garage floor. So when I wanted my patio done in AZ I asked the company in ND (EPIC) if the could find a company that used the same product. Galaxy came up and I game them a call! From that point on I have received outstanding service at a reasonable cost. Michelle came out and measured the patio area and shot me a price! I agreed and then Kari took over and set up a date. We had to reschedule because of weather and 4 days later my patio was done! The team of Emmanuel, Nacho and Jesse did an outstanding job and answered all my questions etc. The patio turned out beautiful and I am pleased with the quality of work.

Repaired and resurfaced front porch not with epoxy but with new material that is more durable than epoxy. I couldn't be happier! the finish is beautiful! The crew was respectful, worked efficiently, got the job done in about 4.5 hours and left the area clean. I will definitely use them again if I do another project and I will recommend to others. We had our garage floors finished with the polyaspartic coating from Galaxy Concrete. They were able to schedule the install in less than a week and complete the job in one day! They grinded down our old slab and coated everything, and it looks amazing! We are in the process of refinishing the garage and would absolutely recommend having this done for anyone who is looking into a nice floor.

Salesperson Cole was professional and had good ideas for my project. He was responsive to suggestions and helpful in designing the correct project. Crew arrived in a timely way and left the project neat. Very easy process. I got 4 bids, Galaxy was by far superior.

Galaxy was very responsive to our first inquiry via FB Messenger, set up an estimate appointment in the timeframe we needed, and have everything done the same week. Jesse was very professional in his sales approach, Mark did a phenomenal job installing, and Karie was great about coordinating payment through our general contractor. And the product looks amazing!

The initial start of service was rough. The crew had several equipment issues after arriving about an hour late and had to cancel the day. Showed up the next day with better equipment and work proceeded well. Finished in two days and our patio looks amazing. We had our 3-car garage coated with the Pentek product that Galaxy uses. We used this product after researching its superiority over epoxy. The work Galaxy performed was good - not great. The floor looks amazing, however there are some inconsistencies with the manner in which the product was applied to the expansion joints. I reached out to Galaxy within 2-days following the completion of the job to explain the issues I have - but have not yet heard back. I had hoped to have them out to do some 'touch ups' before moving all of my stuff back in...but couldn't wait any longer. So...I am hoping I don't have to move it all out once again - if they ever call me back. The other issue I have is the lack of attention to detail during clean-up. There was clearly some product spilled on my driveway during the process, and while they attempted to clean it up - there still remains a very noticeable dark spot. The crew was very professional and friendly, but they left a considerable amount of color chips all throughout the garage and even in my front and side yards. I would have really appreciated a higher level of clean-up than what was performed. Overall, the floor turned out very nice, so I have given them 4 stars.

The product speaks for itself! I was so impressed on how much they spent on the prep of my porch and the final product. The entire company was friendly, professional and they truly have a great product. Yes it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but it was well worth it to have quality workmanship with a 15 yr warranty. I'm very very happy :)

We have a fairly large covered patio, about 54x18 ft. The house was completed in 1982 so the concrete was degrading, lots of cracks, chipping, lime leeching. So we were encouraged to see the commercials for galaxy concrete. I'd done the garage myself in 2008,and it still looks pretty good, but we couldn't find a product or company for the patio application. I did a deep search into both galaxy and penntex and was encouraged by what I found. So if the cost was agreeable we were in. The price was right. When Michelle came by for the estimate and her sales pitch I had already seen and read everything during my research. But I let her do the pitch, during which I asked a couple questions, such as the way expansion joints are treated. She explained that expansion joints can't be sealed, duh, so we went into the garage were I showed her what I'd done with the expansion joint there. She was familiar with the product I'd used and informed me that they use a different product. That was not true, galaxy dosen't do anything with the expansion joints. If she were honest, it would not have had any effect on my decision, I can do that myself, so that was unnecessary. I also asked her if galaxy used subcontractors or employees, she said that they only used employees, again, that would not have any impact on my decision, and again that was not true. Ridiculous. The subcontractors explained the reasons for the expansion joints and was fine with that. I don't understand why Michelle was dishonest with such trivial points. When I called her to ask about the discrepancy, she denied what she had said to me earlier, so I never want to talk to her again. Then there's Kari, great help until the job started, I left four voice mails and never got a response. The job looks good, the subcontractors were total pros and very friendly and informative. Great care in protecting the area and cleanup. As for the others associated with my job, project managers and such, I wasn't told about them, never heard names or talked to any of them, so no review for them. Happy with the patio, not the two people with galaxy that I dealt with. BTW no need to offer that the crew was local in Tucson rather than Phoenix, again I couldn't care less where they came from.

We had our pool deck ground down, repaired and coated by Galaxy Concrete Coating of Phoenix and we couldn't be happier. We definitely picked the right company to do the job. Their salesperson Michelle was awesome and their work crew was amazing to say the least and every step of the process was easy and professional. They completely transformed our old damaged pool deck and it looks better than brand new. I can't believe it's our old deck under there it looks so nice. Don't pull up your old pool deck. just use Galaxy if you are considering a pool deck remodel, they are amazing!

The sales person Alex who came to provide an estimate was awesome. He showed us beautiful photos of the company’s work, as I had already seen on Facebook, here on Google and on their site. We scheduled our remodel and we were so excited. The crew came on time and the guys were super polite and worked hard! But a few things weren’t right. Here is what didn’t go well for us:
- the crew forgot to confirm the color of our patio prior to starting. When they were done they asked us to sign the color conformation paper which clearly stated this needed to be done before work begins.
- crew didn’t tape off our house or cover any area near the work site which resulted in uneven edge and messy look- in many of their process photos on the site and Facebook this is done
- crew did not inquire for us to have a final walk through together.
- crew forgot some equipment in our yard and never inquired to come back and retrieve it.
- day after when were allowed to step on the patio we found one very long crack, another smaller one and saw that the edges were rough, messy, uneven.
-Several of our stepping stones had splashed material on that we couldn’t clean up with scraping.

When I contacted the office about this everyone was very understanding and polite and we scheduled for a production manager to come and review the job and correct it.
Two men showed up and they confirmed that this is not up to the company’s standard and worked on filling the cracks and cleaning up the edges.
While they did everything they say they could it didn’t improve the rough look of the patio. It looks like we did it ourselves and we paid thousands of dollars to have it done professionally.

I would not recommend Galaxy. While the people are very nice the work was not up to par with what they present, promise and deliver for the money they charge.

Galaxy installed epoxy covering for our patio. I wish we would have done sooner, the appearance improves our porch. The end product was just as Jennifer described and the samples she shared. The one-day project was installed perfectly.

The final work is outstanding and high quality. The workers were respectful however I was promised it would be completed in one day. After laying down the flakes, the lead worker said he would be back in approximately one hour. Six hours later, he finally called and said he would return the next day. He was late approximately one hour from the time he said he would return. Overall the final product is terrific, just wished the workers were prompt or at least kept in touch telling me about delays. Communication is very important and that is where they failed.

We love Galaxy! Highly recomend using them! They got our instalation moved up very quickly from original date. We purchased on a Friday and the install was 2nd Sunday from that. Jose arrived with his helper and they were fantastic! Jose was so polite and very knowledgeable. Very professional. But the job..so beautiful! Worth every penny! We highly recomend them.

Galaxy came over to give me an estimate for a new garage coating. The salesman told me I needed to watch some videos about the product. I started to watch one, than told him I didn't need to watch a bunch of videos because I was ready to buy. I told him I just wanted to see the colors I could choose from. I asked how much it would cost and he said he would give me an estimate by the end of the day. I never got an estimate. Strange. Why take the time to come over to my house if you won't even send me an estimate?

In response to Galaxy, the appointment was February 3 with Jesse at 1PM. Just frustrating I never heard back.

Where to begin? I found this company on Facebook. We were skeptical because the photos of the floors looked so good! But we called, and we could not be happier with their work. Our garage floors and patio look amazing!

The experience, from sales, Bronze; who addressed all our questions prior to entering into a contract, at ALL hours of the day/night immediately, to Karie in office, who booked a date that worked with our rushed schedule. It was so easy, so seamless. When the installers came, Yannick, the supervisor informed us of what to expect and timeliness for work, making us feel great about our choice of using this company.

Then, the installers,Tarek and Victor, were so professional.
They were so malicious about their work. It was perfection. We could not be more impressed.

All went extremely well until the guys tried to leave. The battery on their truck was dead! I had to give them a boost to get them going.

There might not be enough space here for how pleased I am with my experience with Galaxy. Frankie came to my house to give me a quote. She was friendly and knowledgeable and worked with me to pick out the right colors for my patio and pool deck. She was able to schedule dates on the spot. Carrie, in the office contacted me to confirm. On the scheduled day the four man team showed up looking very professional in clean matching shirts and a very well kept Galaxy truck. Already I was feeling good about hiring these guys. The crew (sorry I forgot your names!) could not have been friendlier or more helpful with my questions. They got the work done in a day. It took 2 days to fully set. I had a minor problem afterwards and a quick call to Carrie brought the project manager Carlos and Paco out to the house. They fixed the problem on the spot - and gave my dog a Galaxy dog dish as a gift! I could go on longer but let me just say that I don't take reviews lightly. I have no problem giving bad reviews if they're deserved. And no amount of coaxing will get me to give a review at all if I don't want to. But these guys deserve all the stars I can give them.

Kevin and team did an awesome job. It was actually a lot quicker than I expected. When I say quick I mean the appointment timeframe and the actual job itself. Their quote was higher than one of the other companies we looked at but sometimes you have to pick quality, level of service, and level of communication over cost.

Our patio looks fabulous. This coating is a real game changer. From the first contact with Jennifer we were so pleasantly pleased. No pressure at the meeting, everything explained in detail. Then 2 days later they let us know they were ready to go if we were. The 2 guys who came to do the work were timely and kept us informed every step of the way. I was leery about it being slippery, but we were told it would not be. It’s definitely not. We could not be happier. Jennifer even showed up about a week later to see the results and make sure we were 100% happy…and we are. I would highly recommend this company.

We had difficulty in scheduling until Jesse, the new sales manager
was inserted into the equation. He came to the house after multiple delays in getting the date right like 5 months from time we signed the contract and brought his project manager, Carlos. We needed reassurance, we needed a new date that would be quick after the delays and were rewarded with a phone call from Carlos that Galaxy would be here the next day. Carlos was here at 8 AM and Jesse came by with Carlos around midday. Service could not have been better--not true inmost of our recent experiences. We are happy and best of all, Galaxy as represented by Jesse and Carlos is happy. How could it be better?

However, after starting the work, David,our applicator experienced a mechanical breakdown and halted the work for that day. He was very apologetic and gave a full explanation. Jesse was our salesperson and we were very pleased with his presentation of the product. Ray $ Kyle were the installers and though we are very happy with the finished product we felt they did not perform the process correctly after the first installation which required several more visits. We were satisfied with Carlos the production manager for rectifying the problem.

We had our pool deck redone because we had a large crack around the majority of the pool. Galaxy did a wonderful job! Our deck and patio looks very professional and makes our pool look new!

I had them replace my pool cool deck pool surface. The result Iooks great. And the people are friendly and professional. Great experience throughout. There was a small miscommunication on a cleanup but they even made that right.

Fantastic and friendly company! We were looking to redo the flooring at our community pool. Our HOA president noticed a flyer in the newspaper and asked them to come look at our flooring for a quote. Jesse and his associate Carlos were extremely detailed in their presentation. Jesse was able to show us in his book all the different types of flooring available and other jobs they completed. Jesse was kind enough to make a second trip out so he could do a presentation for the rest of our board members. After Jesse’s professional and detailed presentation the board unanimously agreed on Galaxy. If that wasn’t enough Jesse and Carlos met me and our HOA president at another community to show us their exceptional work. After being able to see and touch the penntek polyuria evolution flooring we knew we made the right decision. The day the work started Jesse, Carlos, the project manager and crew lead Paco explained everything again and line of time it will take. After each work day Paco and his team made sure all work areas were cleaned of debris and any other matters left. After the work was done the HOA board did a walk through and instantly fell in love with the new decking! Jesse, Carlos and Pacos team were kind, punctual and always communicated back to us in a timely manner. I can’t say enough awesome things about Jesse, Carlos, Paco and his team and Galaxy.

They did our outdoor kitchen countertops. Our field supervisor was amazing to work with. He knew his product inside & out. Would work with him all day long. Sales needs to get out in the field & learn about their product. Sales is good at selling the product but ended up putting us behind 3 days in our project just to get the sale. I am in sales myself so this part of the process was upsetting me because we did not have 3 extra days. However with that said would I use this company again... Yes I would. Our countertops look amazing....

We had our walkway and back patio done. The transformation was incredible! We had old epoxy that was cracking and peeling, to their Polyaspartic floor coating. We went with a darker color with the flakes. Best part, it has a 15 year warranty!
