Best Commercial Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. Sun Valley really saved us on this project without them our customer would have never given us a great review. I highly recommend them for any of your concrete coating needs. We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

I’m the owner of Best Concrete Co. and we have used Jovas on a couple of our Saturday projects. Sergio is always on time and brings great quality concrete. We ran short on concrete during our last pour Sergio was unable to get the additional quantity we needed but he went out of his to find another company to assist us. I have nothing but great things to say about Jovas trucking they are a great group of people.

Saturn did a stamped concrete patio project for us. The work was excellent and the communication during the project was outstanding. Good team to work with.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.
no call no show, we called to follow up and see what happened
no one ever called back

This company apparently is not concerned about unsafe wreckless driving practice of same vehicle pictured on Angie Smith review (Truck 102). This guy almost crashed myself and my wife yesterday morning at 6:10 am transition lane exit to I17 to Jefferson. Also same situation tools, wheelbarrow not supported. This guy is dangerous to be responsible in any company vehicle.

There are a great company with so many benefits and opportunities to grow in the company .I someone need a job that is the place that I suggest you can get hired and they will put you to work .

Excellent company

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!
