If you are going to be stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, make sure it is in the area Pablo and his crew are working and Vince and Nathan are in the other truck. My tire blew about 5 miles from the Hoover Dam. I was on the side of the road talking to my insurance and trying to figure out what to do since I live in Washington state and am on my way to New Mexico when Nathan walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. He and Vince parked their truck with the arrow sending traffic over a lane and helped me empty my packed car to get my spare only to find out I didn't have the spinny thingabob (technical term according to Vince) and the cross thing. We waited for Pablo and his crew to show up. They had a spinny thingabob and Todd Dickenson AZ hwy patrol who had a cross thing. These guys got my tire changed quickly while also ensuring my dog was given lots of love. They then gave me their number to call if I had any other problems. These guys were so quick in getting me safely on my way that the tow truck driver didn't even get started to drive to me before they had the ruined tire off.

Terrible place to work. Bosses don't care about their employees one bit or the job they do. Employees are underpaid and underworked so you don’t make any money. Turnaround rate is through the roof. Unprofessional people in professional required positions. They also take money out of every check for uniforms and never give them to you.

Trash company idk what else to say they refused to work with me because i am black... one of the truckers i heard talking outside to a coworker im assuming about how brown people are unintelligent and lazy...

Terrible delays... Sat in traffic two hours on my normal 20 minute commute while they leaned in the shade. Do not recommend. ADOT, Do better...

I had to wait about 20 minutes for a pace car to lead us though the construction. On the way though one of their pickups goes the other way on the gravel at about 60 miles per hour and cracks the window of my Motorhome. I stopped at the other end and told the workers what happened. They told me to call the safety person. The safety person told me that if I knew who was driving the truck they would reprimanded them. How was I to know who was driving the truck. I said I don’t care who was driving the truck what about my windshield. He said that it is road hazzard and not their responsibility I answered even though I was your neglect? He told me that that does not matter. What a piss poor company

I work for a company that has used Cactus Asphalt services. From my perspective I feel this company takes pride in what they are truly all about. Starting from their employees, seen them smile while they are on sight and keeping everything with in code clean and others around them safe. This company's time is quick and has great quality in the asphalt that lasts for years. The process is very easy and they send someone right out to your site to give you a quote. A simple 5 minute phone call to schedule your appointment for a quote and you will never be disappointed from start to finish.

As my husband is getting home from work there is an employee of this company sitting on our landscape property (a rock in our yard) yelling at him to slow down is driving. As my husband pulled into our driveway, he asked the worker to not sit on our property. As tar does not easily come off of natural stone. The next morning we walked outside to tar FOOTPRINTS across our driveway. We approached a worker on the issue, he stated that once the road dries, they would be sending out someone to clean up their sloppy mess all over the place. obviously no one has showed up, it has been a few days & we still have boot prints across our driveway
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this company.

Cactus Asphalt brush-truck on 6/21 Westbound Baseline rd. throwing off a HAIL of rock & debris cracking and pitting my Windshield. Follow Truck was not behind to protect the public, instead pinning me between the two. Contacted CA right away, slow response and complete brush-off as sorry, road hazard.... not our fault, which is nonsense; No business truck can with impunity drive about shedding a hail of rock without culpability including Cactus Asphalt. Once they DID respond, with requests for photos and forms and reports, all provided the SAME DAY, they then went silent again for a week, then the expected our insurance rejected the claim BS (once they knew I had my insurance pay for it minus my deductible of 200). Non responsive, irresponsible, dismissive, unhelpful and in my opinion WRONG and culpable.

There are a great company with so many benefits and opportunities to grow in the company .I someone need a job that is the place that I suggest you can get hired and they will put you to work .

It's so disrespectful when your employees yell at people driving by it says a lot about your company. It could been handled differently instead of yelling. Like could you please move or we would appreciate if you could move even though we were not in the way but no, you had to be disrespectful in front of CHILDREN!! The kids were scared. So not cool. If you hate your job just find another one if your having a bad day suck it up buttercup. We all have problems

Cactus Asphalt recently completed asphalt patching, chip seal, and seal coat at my business to my satisfaction and I plan to use them again. Their crew was professional and courteous as well as John Flores who worked with me planning the job. Thank you.

They had an approximately two week window to work on my property. They worked for the first two days and left with no notice and didn't return for a month. About 10 minutes ago, one of the crew members picked up a plastic bag that was lying on the ground and shoved it into the pocket where a lock goes on my Mobile Mini unit because he was too lazy to throw it away. That's just what I want, every potential customer seeing garbage hanging from the door of my office.

Cactus is a great company I would refer anyone to work for I learned alot i did crack seal seal coat the superintendent were great Charles and Marcos never missed a day was there early to have everything ready before the crew would come in... I moved to milling with the expectations on growing but didn’t work out so I put my two weeks notice and i get fired for trying to turn in my gas card now i got superintendent talking bad about me drivers saying I tried stealing their drive time like un profesional I tried leaving on a good note and this is what i get repaid with I should of never showed back up to work so they would talk about

Maybe they should stick to residential. Incompetence to resurface major roadways during the day/business hours especially in front of schools. Just ignorant. It’s a night job, if that hadn’t occurred to you.

Inept is the best description of this paving job in Trilogy at Verde River. Simple paving job of 2 to 3 miles and screwed up. Job well over expected time of completion and almost no communication with homeowners in a timely fashion. Project manager Brian Thompson a failure at best. I hope that this project is the exception rather than the rule.

Love working for this company. Best job I’ve had in a long time and look forward on being here for a long time. Treats employees very fair and are very welcoming when you get hired on.

Never used the company, but one of their drivers almost rearended me and then proceded to brake check me several times almost running me off the road. Must be some great employees....

Cactus Asphalt came to fill potholes in the back parking lot at 67th Ave and Peoria.They did not have any of us move our cars. They blew rocks and dirt onto our cars. Called the company to file a complaint and no one returned my call

I currently work here as a mechanic, it is by far the best job I've had. The leadership here is amazing and I believe there is too much to grow.

One of their trucks broke the window on our brand new car with 480 miles on it.
Going way too fast and throwing rocks off the trailer part. Would not stop either!!!

Thank you Cactus Asphalt for poisoning the water in the Jemez Mountians in 2010 when one of your trucks dumped over 700 gallons of hot asphalt into one of the few viable fresh water fisheries in the Jemez. Thank you for poisoning the drinking water for cows, elk, anything aquatic and humans, your hot tar oil is still showing up, 5 years later.

The section of state road 238 that cactus did 5/20 to 5/24 is horrible. The road was better before they touched it just past mile marker 17

There’s nothing like fresh pavement in our gated community!!! I couldn’t stand the cracks and once our HOA approved the project we looked like a brand new community!

Heading to the Grand Canyon on oct 21. Cactus Asphalt caused huge backup, blocked all traffic without even using a flag person to allow traffic to alternate through.

Horrible and awful business drivers and equipment very unsafe company Please do yourself a favor and hire someone else to do your work right the first time

Cracked windshield called a couple of numbers have been redirected and sent to voicemail, like I just want my windshield fixed before it gets worse.
