I don’t have enough positive things to say about this company. They painted a playset in our backyard and they were able to squeeze us in before Christmas to pull off a big surprise for our kids. I contacted them on a Tuesday and they were out here painting on Thursday. The communication was super quick and thorough, the price was very reasonable, and the paint job was seriously amazing. Raul did unbelievable work and Steven was super professional and great at communicating and keeping the project on track. They got it all done in about 6 hours! Will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to friends/family.

I contacted a few different painters in the valley, and Steven provided by far the best quote of the bunch. Super affordable!! He was also very responsive to my inquiry - I contacted all three companies at the same time, and he was the first one to get back to me and set up a time to provide me with an exterior painting estimate. Steven was very professional and kind. He explained things very clearly and patiently answered all the questions my husband and I had. His painters were also very prompt, professional, and thorough. Our house is quite old, and it required some pretty extensive stucco and window repair. Steven and his colleagues took care of all of this work, plus re-painted the house exterior, and the work was completed exactly according to the schedule laid out at the beginning of the job. We're so impressed with the quality of the paint job as well - very neat and clean-looking! Steven also offered his services in the future should we notice any issues with the paint down the road for a very reasonable price. From my initial call to the time the job was completed, my husband and I couldn't have had a better experience getting our paint job completed. Steven was extremely responsive and was able to come out for an estimate right away. He was also able to get us in the very next week which was much appreciated with the timeline we had with the HOA. He & his crew showed up on time when they said they would and were very easy to work with. The exterior paint job came out beautifully! We were long overdue so the house was chipping and was a mess for them to work with but they got it all power washed and cleaned up like new. Stephen and his crew were great to work with, and did great work. Painted the exterior of my house very efficiently. Careful prep work and cleanup - no extra paint anywhere it wasn't wanted! Excellent attention to detail. He even repaired some small issues outside the scope of his work (filled in some old lag bolt holes in a block wall, repaired a loose gate latch, etc) before painting so that the final result would be excellent.

Wonderful experience! After not receiving the service I expected from another company, I called Stephen and he showed up the same day for a quote (which was significantly cheaper than the other company) and was able to start 4 days later! He finished the job in 1/2 the time the other company quoted and his team was very professional and thorough. I'm doing some of my own stencil painting projects now and he still helped me call in the paint order and answered my questions over text. Highly recommend.

Steven was upfront about details and cost which i felt was more honest and upfront (unlike some of the other companies that gave a just a piece of the whole in their estimate that was lower but would have eventually been the same cost)
The job was delayed because of rain, but as soon as it was dry enough they were on the project.
Steven, Jesus and, Gasper were a great team to work with. Communication was clear, they were timely and did a fantastic job.

I would definitely recommend House Painters Phoenix if you are looking for quality home painting in Phoenix. After contacting them to paint the entire interior of my home, the owner Steve came out to the home that same morning, which also on a Saturday, and started the painting within days. I don't usually write a review, but with the results Steven and his team delivered, I felt like I owe them a review. To start with, I bought an old condo, which needed a lot of repairs on the walls. For months I've been patching up some holes on the walls, and I initially planned to do all the work for my home. Then I got tired and hired an independent contractor. I wasn't happy with the results he was delivering. There was a lot of uneven paints, and the cutting was too messy. I had asked him to repeat many areas, which he still wasn't able to do well. I eventually asked him to stop. So, I looked around and called several painting companies online who came to my house and gave me an estimate. I found the House Painters online and decided to give them a call. Steven came to my house and gave me an excellent quote. I was kind of doubtful at first, given my experience with the first painter that I had, and because of all the people that came to my house giving me a pricey estimate, Steven's quote was the lowest of them all. After reading all these reviews, I decided to give it a go.
Steven and Raul fixed the mess the other painter made. They even textured the holes that I patched before that you can't also tell it was repaired. They are both professional and made my house so beautiful. The cutting was nice and clean. They finished both the interior and the exterior of my home in just four days. They are easy to talk to and inspected everything to make sure everything looks nice before they leave. It is tough to find trustworthy and professional painters out there. If you are looking for professional painters, look no further, House painters will make your house so beautiful, making it feel more like a home without hurting your wallet.

I was very pleased with his work and I have seen everything from the worst to the very best in the field. He has a true craft and pays close attention to the details. Steve Carroll really came through for me. He painted my entire house for a really great price. He was very easy to work with and had very close communication with him the entire time. Steven was amazing!

Here’s how it all started, I needed someone relatively soon to paint a recently purchased condo.

I happen to have the day off and was looking for someone to come that day to give me a quote. Sure enough Steven called me back within a few hours. This all happened on a Wednesday afternoon.

I was on way may back to check up on some stuff and it just worked out that he would make the 10 min trip at the drop of a hat at the end of his day. You could tell he had been busting his you know what but still hustled to accommodate my open schedule.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quote he provided and overall value for quality as was as expected. I’m extremely happy to say he used Sherwin Williams Paint which I did see for my self. Top notch stuff and not the cheapest brand or cheapest in their line up either.

Best part he was able to get to work on that Friday at 6am. If that doesn’t show hustle and accommodation idk what does.

Responsive thru texts and calling, regularly would shoot over updates.

Great service, price, quality.

I will gladly pass out info and cards on his behalf to all I know.

Steve Carroll did a wonderful job with his paint job on my home. I called him in quite a panic because my roof and fascia boards around my home were just replaced and I was not aware that the fascia trim should be painted right away so it didn't get warped. I was about to head out of town for two weeks and didn't have any estimates yet. Here came Steve! He answered right away when I called and was able to come and give me a competitive estimate for all of the exterior trim on my home that same day and then started the work the following day in the 115 degree heat!! I cancelled my other painters for bids. There was no other place to turn but Steve and Carroll's painting. If you need a good solid painter that does premium work on your home call Steve. Steven and team with Carrol's Painting fully met our expectations for a painting contractor including being on-time, professional, competitively priced, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.

In addition, Steven was very helpful to us in choosing paint colors and was able to schedule our job at the last minute the week of Christmas. They also provide touch-ups as needed, took great care to make sure our home was clean after each day of work, and even painted a small utility room as an extra bonus!

I'm sure there are many very good painting contractors in the area, but I can highly recommend Carroll's Painting.

We had a small painting project in the back yard which many painters wouldn't waist their time on, but Steven, the owner, offered a good price and a good timeline. One of his painters, Jesus, finished it quickly and it looked great!
We were so pleased with them that we had them come back and paint the house as well. They work hard, even in the heat of the summer, and have a good attention to detail. The house looks great now. Steven came to give a quote on a large master bedroom & bath. He shocked me by coming at the exact time & day we agreed upon. Most the other painter's had excuses for being late & not having the courtesy to call me. I received three quote's for the interior painting job. We had the exterior of our 2 story home recently painted by House Painters Phoenix. The owner was prompt in getting out for an estimate and scheduling, and offered suggestions on products to make sure we were happy with the longevity of the paint we chose (had to comply with HOA). They got us scheduled in a very short amount of time, getting us in before Christmas. The job took about 3 and a half days with 2 men and the owner there. Overall, stress free process and we’re very happy with the results!

Had the pleasure of having Steve Carroll being our neighbor. We needed our home painted,Steve came over with his color samples and we picked out a few samples. A few days later Steve painted the samples on the side of our home and we picked our colors out. Steve picked up the paint he needed and showed up the next morning to start the job. Steve took about a week to complete and he did a great job. Steve told me to check and make sure he got everything. Steve is a excellent painter, I would have Steve paint my home again if needed. I had a painter scheduled to paint the interior of my garage yesterday at 7am. The painter never showed up and didn't return calls or texts. great experience all around with Carroll's painting. we stressed that the painting needed to be done in 4 days before we were having our carpets done, it was done in 3 days. Without us asking, baseboards and door frames were touched up with some existing paint found in the house. Price was fair and upfront, no hidden add-ons or fees. Everytime I called to see how things were going, they answered. From the initial free estimate to every day they showed up to paint they were on time.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is worried about a painter doing a substandard job, there was absolutely no worry working with Carrol's painting.
