We had an amazing experience with Arizona Painting. I can’t imagine a higher quality job is even possible. They were meticulous from start to finish. They were extremely helpful, polite and cooperative. We had our ceilings, trim, doors and walls painted. Our place looks brand new! They even fixed a terrible paint job done by the former owner. Kenneth and Roberto were our crew. They showed up every day early and worked hard all day long. We could not have been happier with our crew and the final outcome! Highly recommend Arizona Painting with Kenneth and Roberto as your crew. You’ll not be disappointed in any way.

My wife wanted her kitchen cabinets painted white from the original plain wood color and we scheduled Arizona Paint to do the job. Jonathan and Terrence pulled all the cabinet hardware, sanded and prepped the kitchen, laundry room and both bath rooms and painted them white. The transformation in all rooms was AMAZING!!!! I posted a before and after pic of the kitchen on Facebook and our friends and family loved what they did. I highly recommend this company for any paint job you might. I appreciated their patience with both of us on last minute changes and they made us feel that it was no problem at all....satisfying the customers was part of the job!

Arizona Painting Co. has done two Jobs for me now (I gave them a second chance) and both times I was left very disappointed. From top (management) to bottom (paint crews) they both need to improve in quality control and take pride in their work. This last time was worse than the first project I hired them for. The work performed was not done with love or care, special instructions were ignored (e.g. do not paint hardware, clean up drips, etc.). I won't be hiring them again. Be sure to be present when they paint your home as they need to be hand held through the entire process, unless you don't care about having things done right... hire them.

**Update**: I am THRILLED to update my review and say that AZ Painting has resolved ALL issues with our cabinet painting project! To their credit, they kept the dialogue open with us, they inspected and researched the problem areas, and they truly worked to thoroughly resolve the situation. They repeatedly apologized for any offense or disappointment that we experienced. Our technician, Jonathan, is a true professional and we appreciate his attention to detail. I am attaching updated pictures of our cabinets to show the final results. AZ Painting has regained my loyalty!

Original Review: I chose this company based on my previous experiences with them, but, sadly, can no longer recommend them. We contracted with them to have my oak cabinets painted white. The result: each cabinet has significant and very visible flaws in appearance. Further, the paint is chipping off just by normal use and it has only been a couple of weeks. Clearly, something is wrong. Representatives from the company refuse to accept any responsibility and they have said the following to me: use NAIL POLISH to touch up the cabinets, nothing can be done about this, we don't know how to fix this and this is just how painted cabinets look. There is an area where my flooring guy put low adhesion painter's tape well after the cabinets were dry. When the tape was pulled off of the toe kick, the cabinet paint came off too. AZ Painting Company replied with well, we don't know what brand tape he used; you can only use Frog Tape on these, we don't know exactly how soon after he applied the tape, and they eventually said that it was the cabinet material that failed, not the paint. Oh please! Even their sales representative said the cabinets should not look like this. But, will AZ Painting do the right thing for the customer? NOPE. I once raved about this company to everyone who would listen, but, I now have zero confidence in them. I don't trust them to fix their poor painting job. I've requested a refund, they have not agreed to that, so I am pursuing this further.

I can’t thank these guys enough. They both did an excellent job fixing our house. Our last painter messed it all up and the paint was peeling off the entire house. These guys came in and scraped, cleaned and prepped the house properly so that wouldn’t happen again. You can see how bad it was in the photos and then how great it turned out. They also stained our pergola with a beautiful reddish brown color. It looks brand new again. Thank you!

Jose and Oscar, amazing father/son team did an outstanding job on our home. They painted (spray) all our ceilings and then painted the entire inside as well over 1 week, including doors and trim. They were always on time, polite, courteous, communicated with us on what the plan was for each day and then the next day. They fixed some water damaged spots to the point you can't tell it was ever there and they were years old! Thank you so much it was a pleasure to have you in our home. AZ paining (Irene) was awesome to work with as well. She stayed in touch on scheduling (we had to move the date twice due to other renovations), sent invoices and contacts quickly too. Thank you all for the great work and experience, our house looks amazing!

We are very happy with our experience with Arizona Painting from start to finish. We were very impressed with our estimator Kyle. The professionalism of the entire team, along with price, made the decision very easy when choosing a company to repaint the exterior of our home. We purchased a 16 year old home with original paint that was looking a little worn. Our team of Izzy and Cedric have made our house sparkle and look like new. They were professional, paid attention to all the little details, and really went over and beyond what we expected in order to make the results look great and to make us happy. They were courteous and they also did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. We will be encouraging our neighbors to call--and to especially ask for Izzy and Cedric! Next time we need any painting done, we know we will be calling Arizona Painting first.

The estimate process was very easy. On the morning of the appointment, I got a text that our estimator was on his way and would arrive at 840am. A quick review of our painting needs and 20 min later we had a quote, very detailed and listed out additional tasks that were included.
The day of painting, came the same message, that Joe was on his way. We went over the paint colors and he got to work!!! Everything was taped off and protected. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Very good job. We are extremely happy with the entire process with Arizona Painting Company.

Debbie came out and did my home inspection and the level of detail, care and note taking that was done to ensure all the details would be as i wanted them was impressive. Her friendless and ease to talk to and work with was great and she even touched base as the painting progressed to ensure things were going as we planned. Bob was my painter and the job he did was great! Not only did he clearly care about doing the job, but he cared about doing a Great job and in the end my expectations were surpassed with the Entire experience! Very professional, very friendly, and i am very pleased!

This initial review is about Sean, estimator--I will leave another review after the work is complete. Sean called me the evening prior to verify our appointment and showed up on time, even texted me while he was on the way. Sean was VERY engaging and professional throughout the time of the estimate and patiently answered any questions we had about the process and schedule. This is a company we have not engaged with previously--Sean did a great job setting the table for the experience...he showed up as genuine, professional and very courteous. I look forward to the work being done and will come back with a review on that front. Overall, at present, I'm very impressed with AZ Painting Company.

We moved to Arizona and noticed everything here is just OK. We found #ArizonaPainting and hired these amazing workers. We couldn't be more pleased with all the crew from start to finish. So this may be long but tons to say.

So when I first got my quote on paint and cabinets I was impressed and excited. Sean told me it should take 2-3 days when i scheduled it they said 3-4 days. This mattered as we have 3 dogs we needed out of the house. The day they were to start they called after 10, saying the guy was late as his truck broke down but he would be there later. Then it was they will be there the next day. They were to come between 8-9 each day, yet they did not get going until 10 a few times. This put them behind scheduled on top of the lost first day. So now we went from it going from Monday to Wednesday maybe Thursday at the latest to Friday them not being done. We were told they had maybe 3 hours left of work to do and oh they will be by Monday to do it. My kitchen was not usable the stove was across the room & cabinets still not done. So now a week after they were due to start and they are back again. They left after 6 hours saying they were done.

They did what seemed to be a good job covering everything we thought at least. So far I have found a number of issues. Drops of paint on the freshly painted door in my bathroom not to mention pain drops all over my toilet under the lid and in top. Paint again on the freshly painted ceiling in a few spots in the kitchen. I feel like they rushed the kitchen trying to get done and slacked off on paying any attention to the details. I paid for a painter so the job would be done right and look amazing.

Now in as heads up we have not contacted them about the issues found. We have the leftover paint and it will be easier to just fix it ourselves. Most of the work I love. The extra days and late starts are what bothered me the most. Being late due to the truck breaking down I get. Showing up late when they knew they were behind schedule well that is another story.
While most of the work done looks great the issues we are finding is what made me rate it 3 stars.

I received a painting quote today. Arizona Painting was promt with their communication and even moved me up in their schedule when they had a cancellation. Sean reached out prior to the appointment to confirm he would be here and was very professional once he arrived. I will update this review after the painting is completed, but if the rest of their staff is at the same level as their estimators I don't foresee any issues with the job.

I highly recommend them. They did a great job on my house, couldn't be happier. Use good quality paint, show up every day, and clean up after themselves. What really stood out was they kept me up to date on progress, when a question came up they always had a recommendation. I can't say enough good things about Omar and Jordan who did the work. Quality guys!

I feel this paint company has great people working for them. The Staff helped us with choosing the colors for our house that make our house look great. We had some mistakes from paint on the ceiling fan to missed spots. After speaking to the GM Sam the company came back to fix all the mistake.

About 3 years I have had ArizonaPainting paint my interior and was pleased with their timeliness, quality, and professionalism.

I just had Sean Z come out to write up an estimate for exterior painting - Sean was on time and professional with great suggestions/thoughts and more importantly, funny and nice.

I recently had two jobs completed by Arizona Painting Company. The first was the interior of my home and the second was an epoxy job for my garage floor. I was not very happy with the interior job and let the company know about it, unfortunately, they sent the same guy to touch up and fix what I was not happy with. He didn’t do a very good job the second time around. I would still like to highlight the responsiveness of the office as well as the estimator, Travis, who were courteous and professional from the start.

Despite not being fully satisfied with my interior job, I’d still like to leave a 5 star review and commend Robert and his crew on the garage epoxy job they completed. Robert was friendly and communicative. His crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves and I had no issues throughout the entire job. I was beyond happy with the job they did and recommend them to anyone looking to epoxy their garage. Not only did they get the job done quickly, they also kept me informed of what they were doing and made my garage look amazing!

This is the second time I've had my house painted in 26 years. They were prompt, thorough and made sure to tape over anything that could get over-sprayed. The job was performed quickly and to our satisfaction. The on-site workers were responsive to our questions and concerns, making sure we were completely satisfied before they left the job site. We have 4 dogs that the workers were willing to accommodate for potty breaks. We'll use them again when we do the interior painting.

In my experience, Arizona Painting Company is one of the few companies whose actions stand by their promises!

Due in part to being an older house, part to insufficient prep work and part to the nature of our brutal AZ weather, after just 2 years we were having an issue with paint lifting in a few places on our recently painted home, particularly in areas that got a lot of sun during the day.

We notified AZ Painting Company of the issue and the receptionist was very cordial in handling my concern. Shortly after speaking with her, one of the owners, Joe Miller, contacted me directly and was out to look at the house within just a few days.

He walked around the house and pointed out a few small areas of concern which I had not even noticed myself. I appreciated his level of integrity. A lesser paint company probably would have kept quiet about some of the smaller issues and let things ride until the warranty was out. Joe clearly cares about his customers and upholding the company's reputation!

Without hesitation, he said Don't worry, we'll make it right...

And, so far, they have!

Two weeks later, a small painting team made up of Hannah and Daniel were at my door at 5:30am, braving two of the hottest days of the year, ready to straighten things out.

We went over their game plan for the work and everything they said aligned with what the owner had promised.

The pair worked steadily and diligently through two very hot mornings. They were very courteous and explained to me what they were doing as they moved from each step to the next. I felt very taken care of by them and their attention to detail was excellent!

By the end, they had washed, sealed and repainted the entire main body of the house and even touched up the eaves where the tiles had been offset slightly by the roofers who repaired our roof shortly after the house was initially painted by AZ Painting Company the first time.

This was an extra step that they weren't necessarily required to do, but which made the whole job look finished again and effectively checked off an item on my own summer to-do list, which I greatly appreciated.

Sure, it's a little unfortunate that there was an issue in the first place, but, between the owner and the wonderful repair team of Hannah and Daniel, the resolution was painless and now my house looks wonderful again!

To be honest, I felt AZ Painting Company did a very good job the first time around. But, sometimes an unexpected issue will arise further down the road.

What you want is a company that will make things right when it does. For that, rest assured that you can count on AZ Painting Company!

Did my due diligence and got 4 quotes. Travis was the last one to come by the house and after walking with him I knew more about painting than I ever did. So I decided to use Arizona Painting Company to paint my house.

Sesar and Felix took really good care of us. They had every curve ball thrown them Monsoon, record heat etc... But the bottom line They took care of what needed to get done, and the final product made my wife and I very happy. Neighbors are equally impressed with the job.

We used Arizona Painting Company for our exterior painting job and are glad we did. Daniel Soto and his team skillfully did an excellent job and painted the entire house in three days, as well as stucco repair and spackle replacement on the patio and front entrance ceilings. Jamie did the estimate, Amber with scheduling/paint choices, and Jay oversaw the project. Everyone in the office was helpful on any questions throughout. The job was done with high quality and very clean. From start to finish it was a smooth process and efficient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic job by everyone we worked with at Arizona Painting Company! Alfonso came out and carefully walked the exterior and answered all our questions. He took the time to look at everything and sent us the estimate on the date promised. His customer service was outstanding so we went with Arizona Painting and very glad we did. Angela came out to help on the colors and final details. The painting crew of Adrian and Javier were very detailed, professional and always friendly answering any other questions we had. They did a great job and made sure we were satisfied when complete. Would recommend this company and would use them again!

I had a vacant house that I needed painting to be performed. The issue I have is related to the overall quality of the contractors, and inspection done by the foreman. My overall experience with this company has been one of absolute disappointment.

The painters removed light fixtures, light bulbs, smoke detectors, removing curtains, doors were painted in a way that they are now stuck and unable to move as expected, and left debris on the back patio and throughout the house. I am finding this out after the fact from my property management company.

It’s honestly unprofessional, and I’m now almost out ~$500.00 to get someone to come to my house to clean it up and remove and reinstall items. I had to repeatedly ask for pictures through emails, and when receiving them there were only a few sent over from the painting company that didn’t provide us with a clear view of the work done. I actually had to hire a handyman to come out to my home to take photos, and they sent over albums of photos related to the painting done. This was what I expected from the company that I hired to paint my house while it was vacant, even after repeatedly asking for more photos.

I did not bring up all my complaints with the company itself as I feel it’s a waste of my time, and how can I trust them at this point. I will not be using this company again due to this.

If you use this company in the future, I recommend being there to oversee them rather than them working unattended.

Arizona painting company did an outstanding job painting our house. The experience started with an estimate that was spot on and thorough about what the painters were going to do. The price was reasonable and very competitive and worth every penny for the amount of effort they put into meticulously painting our house. Mike's team showed up promptly and on time to clean the house, seal the foundation and caulk windows, doors, and stucco cracks. From there they completed our house in 3 days with over 30 pop outs to paint. At the end Mike took the time to walk around the house 3 times during the day to make sure every spot was covered. Arizona painting company deserves the highest rating as it was a great experience and extremely thorough job. Thanks guys!!!

Contacted Arizona Painting Company for a quote to paint my home in 3 colors. They came out and gave me a estimate that was very reasonable with the extra work they would be doing that other quotes we had received were not providing.. They were scheduled to start in a month and when time was getting near they called and said they had a opening and could start a week early and I gave the ok. Jesus Sandoval was the lead foreman on the crew and he and his team were awesome. They were prompt and respectful of my property and explained everything they were going to do from prep work to paint application to clean up The job was completed in 3 days and they did outstanding work. When they were done and took me on a final inspection to make sure everything was acceptable and explained the warranty . I highly recommend the team and the Arizona Painting Company.

Arizona Painting Company was really easy to work with to schedule and was appreciative they made it work to get an initial quote within a tight window. For the work itself, Daniel did a great job communicating his progress and was really pleased with his beautiful work in painting our living room walls and bedrooms, including an accent wall. Would definitely use this company again in the future!

AZ Painting Company was great at scheduling our appointment early and getting the job done in less time than they originally quoted us. The guys did an amazing job at painting our exterior, keeping everything clean as the job went on and then putting the house back together afterwards! We had sun shade screens on all of our windows and they removed them carefully and reinstalled them after the job. The guys did a great job and I think they were reasonably priced. I was able to get a discount when I found them on Instagram FYI. I would definitely recommend them!

When it was time to repaint our Scottsdale home, we looked at several painting companies before deciding on the Arizona Painting Company. We worked with the PM Gilbert, the Estimator Keith and the painters Jose Alvarez and his hard working helper. Our home was completed in 3 days including painting the inside of our garage. Jose even helped my wife empty the garage as I was at work when the work was completed. The Arizona Painting company is one of the few (sadly) companies where you can trust them to do what they say on schedule. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a painting company.

I think the pictures speak for themselves. I sent these pictures over to AZ Painting Company via email and text. I got a call asking if they could come out on Wednesday, 09/28 b/w 12-1 for touch ups. 30 mins prior to that time I get a call asking if they could come out on Friday instead as they were far away. They were a no show on Friday. I haven’t heard anything since. Painter’s truck got oil stains on my driveway. They got Paint on my nest thermostat, door knobs, and light fixtures which I had to spend time cleaning off. They got paint on my cabinets, not sure if they can fix that. It was very sloppy. I think they sent 2 painters when they should have sent more. The painters seemed rushed. They also did not use primer after being told that they would use primer by sales since the previous color of some of the rooms were a dark brown. They also tried to charge me for a third coat of paint in the living room.

We had used Arizona Painting to paint the exterior of our home in Mesa five years ago and were highly impressed with the company’s client service and professionalism, especially the outstanding job the painting crew did. We got compliments on the results from neighbors we had never spoken to before!!
We want to commend our painting crew, Leo and Miguel, for the equally outstanding job they did on our present home. They were cheerful and attentive to every detail we noted in the pre-inspection, including a particularly difficult and delicate detail with some of our plants. Arizona Painting Company did an excellent job on the exterior of my home and the cinder-block privacy wall. I needed to have stucco repair in addition to the house painted, as well as the cinder-block privacy wall. When I first called, the office staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to set up an appointment for a free estimate for the job I wanted to be done. The estimator came to my home and was professional and courteous, listening to what I wanted to be done. The appraisal was sent days later, with very reasonable pricing, and I was able to book the service to coordinate with my schedule. The crew of Jose and Jesus delivered such high quality of service, professional and friendly, keeping me apprised of all that was done as the job went on and Jose listened to and responded to everything I expected of the paint job they were performing. The project manager stopped by to check on the progress of the project as well. Jose and Jesus arrived promptly every morning and worked diligently all the way through, cleaning up at the end of each workday. They completed the job, and my home looks spectacular, and I could not be happier!! I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company, they are the best out there!

From the beginning of requesting a quote Arizona painting communication was top tier of excellent and exceeding expectations. Alfredo sent a text each morning letting us know he was in the way and he sent updates. The next door neighbor liked Alfredo and work done on our house he asked Alfredo for Arizona Painting to paint his house as well. And also 5 stars for quality and quality control.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! We had our interior, exterior, block wall, doors, and trim painted and the whole process was fantastic. The prep work was meticulous, the painting crew was courteous and professional, the office staff was helpful, and the price was just right. We're about to start another project with them on a different property and I have no doubt we'll be just as happy. Don't hesitate... these guys are the best of the best!

What they painted was done very well, but they painted things I asked not be painted.I asked the light fixtures outlet cover not be painted all but two were painted. Also they painted the spigot I assumed that they wouldn't pait them . Then we had remind them to pait the trim they did but should need point that.

PS They did come back and replace some items damaged but no all and not exactly same items. They did not replace spigots or one lights. A spigot handle is not a spigot. clearly they follow directions or lesson.

We got a quote and scheduled with Arizona Painting company today and had a really great experience. The estimator who came out, Sean Zackary, was amazing. He was very personable and even played with our son and made him smile and laugh. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. His personability is really what made the difference between us going with another company or not. He made us feel super comfortable and is a great asset to the company. I would want someone like Sean to be the face and first contact of my company too.

I loved working with the Arizona Painting company. The interior of my condo needed a fresh coat of paint and they did a superb job of making me feel like I own a new place. My painter, Victor Velazquez is a master at his craft. He treated my humble abode like it was his own. The first thing he and technician Francisco Quinonez did was secure the rugs and cabinets and hardware with plastic. Not strips of plastic, full plastic to cover everything.

Company decorator Angela Lewin helped me select the colors to make my place feel spacious and welcoming. We selected a white ceiling and Panda white walls. The subtle contrast is stunning and ties in the rug, tile, and kitchen cabinets. My place looks amazing and I'm thrilled with the outcome.

Our job was completed in 6 working days for the entire interior of our house. It was painted by two teams; one for the first five days and one on the last day to finish up. Everything went quite well for the first week. Nick and Ramon have done a great job in addition to being very professional and personable. They communicate very well and have paid a great attention to detail.

Elmer and Daniel did a great job in completing our project. We are pleased with the result and the work that was done by both painting teams.

On a side note we are very appreciative of Elmer on his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He was on the job close to 12 hours yesterday arriving around 7:40am and staying past 7:30pm until the job was completed.  His dedication to his work certainly stands out.

Overall,  we are satisfied with the project and the professionals the company sends out to do the job.

Estimator Sean Zackery came out and was professional and honest. He had a very personable approach and was a pleasure talking to. He did not try to sell anything extra and listened to our needs and expectations. We decided to choose Arizona Painting company for our exterior painting project and we will update this review to reflect on how the job process and completion went.

Job process was great, the project manager communicated the process clearly with a start and job completion time frame. The painting crew were professional and very hard working with a high attention to detail throughout the whole job. The job was actually completed a day ahead of schedule which was nice. It was overall a nice experience with an outstanding end result. We’ve gotten a lot of great compliments on how nice the paint job looks. We will definitely will be referring Arizona Painting Company to anyone looking for a professional painters.

I have a 74-year-old, wood-sided house that was in dire need of new paint. I found Arizona Painting Company (APC) online and was impressed with their numerous positive reviews so I scheduled an estimate. Keith came out to give me an estimate and he was great. Given the condition of the old paint, he was honest about the best possible outcome which helped me to manage my expectations. I appreciated that. He gave me an estimate that I felt was very fair.

I called the office to get the process going and everyone (literally) I spoke with at the office was consistently polite, professional, and efficient. I don’t remember all of their names, but I do remember that Angela worked with me when it came to my color choices and she was very helpful and patient.

The first crew arrived at the scheduled date and time, but this is where things took a turn. Admittedly, my home was very challenging and, as it turned out, overwhelming for the crew. They did a lot of prep work, but after a few days it became clear that things weren’t working out. Because of the quality of work and some unprofessionalism I called the office and asked for a manager. Within 30-60 minutes Sam, the General Manager, called me to discuss the issues as he drove to my house. After speaking in person to the crew he advised me that they would no longer be working on this job and that a new crew would start the next morning. Sam assured me that things would be made right. He took ownership, and was sincere and kind. I never got the impression that he was just saying what needed to be said to make me happy - he was empathetic and genuine. As the work continued with the new crew Sam came to my house at least 3-4 times. He is an excellent GM.

The new crew led by Robert and Angel were outstanding: professional, courteous, experienced, communicative, personable, and so very good at what they do. They worked tirelessly for 5 days to correct what needed correcting and then finish the job. Essentially, they started over. The house looks BEAUTIFUL and I smile every time I see it. I am thrilled with the results. This old house means a lot to me and they treated it and me with total respect. It felt to me that they were invested in the best outcome possible. Sam was true to his word about making things right and Robert and Angel were integral in making that happen.

I can’t speak highly enough of the response I received from Sam and the work performed by Robert and Angel. The silver lining of going through the challenging days with the original crew is that it allowed me to see that at its core, Arizona Painting Company has integrity and commitment to its customers.

Fantastic service and quality! The two person team that came out and did our external painting project was amazing! They arrived super early every morning and worked until almost dusk. The end product is a beautiful and high quality freshly painted house that is the talk of our street now on how great it looks! We are so happy with the work and definitely recommend Arizona Painting Company.

Angel, Jose and Robert were super professional and accommodating throughout the whole painting process. They worked with me on getting my master bedroom and bathroom done first even though it was much more difficult for them. Additionally, they worked on painting on Labor Day weekend even though they didn’t need to. Can’t say enough great things about all of them!

Over the last 20 years I have used The Painting Company for various projects. I just had them repair and paint the exterior of my fence. I had the exterior of my home painted by Arizona Painting Company. The estimator they sent was very pleasant, no pressure, answered all my questions. The estimate they emailed me was very detailed, spelling out exactly what they had agreed to do, quality of paint being used (no water) etc. When I called and told her later that we were going to go with another company that was a little cheaper, she negotiated with her manager to use an upcoming seasonal special to get a matching price.

The painters, Daniel and his partner, showed up on the days they said they were coming and within the time frames specified, and did a nice job not only painting the house, but sanding down and filling in a very weathered beam over our garage. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks!

We are just beginning our relationship with The Arizona Painting Co. and are happy so far. Sean Zackery visited yesterday to provide an estimate and set a very personal and professional tone immediately. We were going to get a few more estimates but after going through the process with Sean we decided that wasn’t necessary! We begin our job next week and are excited.

Lots of work left undone and these guys were a headache to work with. I had to have the crew come back 3 times to finish projects that were already paid for and listed on the contract (inside of closets, doorways, door frames etc.). The project was still undone and many minor damages that the crew left and undone mark ups were never fixed. There was even a foyer area where the crew had painted over a lot of dust that left visible clumps in the paint. It had to be redone. Managers of the projects are not organized and nobody communicates in that company with each other or their customer. I had to organize multiple walk throughs where the painting company did not show up and I did not receive a call about rescheduling or being late.

I just moved into my new home in northern Phoenix and desperately needed my perimeter concrete wall painted. With the summer approaching fast I didn't want to enjoy my new pool staring at such an ugly back wall. I read the reviews for AZPC and was so impressed that I figured I would give it a shot. Keith was my estimator, very personable and helpful explaining the process and helping me choose a paint color. During the visit i decided to move forward with AZPC and was saddened that my scheduled date was almost a month and a half out. But Keith told me if there was an opening sooner, from a cancellation, they would reach out. And they sure did! I was able to get my painting done in less than two weeks from my quote date with Keith! Yaaazzz! Melvin was my painter and he was exceptional as well. He was very communicative by text throughout the day as was necessary. He let me know when he was leaving the property and returning every time during supply runs. I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for stucco repair and exterior paint for my home. Sean Zackery was very friendly, upbeat, and made sure he answered all of my questions. Crew showed up on time to paint the exterior wall around my one and a quarter acre property. They moved rock away from the wall, power washed it and sealed it along with fixing some minor cracks before painting with the Dunn Edwards paint color I chose. The job was scheduled for 2 days but they sent a large enough team to complete in one day. I highly recommend this company and this team of professionals.

We hired the Arizona Painting Company last year to epoxy our garage and paint some interior rooms. The garage floor turned out amazing and still looks wonderful. 3 years ago Arizona Painting did a great job of painting the exterior of our home and property. We recently needed some minor warranty work done. Emily and Jesus were great in scheduling the work. We we decided to have the exterior of our house painted we wanted to make sure we made the right choice when choosing the company. I have heard so many horror stories about paint jobs. We ultimately chose Arizona painting company because:

1. They are referred by Rosie on the house.
2. They use Sherman Williams paint.
3. They are a reliable and known company.

The company was out to give us a estimate within two days. They were very professional and upfront with the cost and what needed to be done, there was no pressure from Nick when we told him we had a few other companies coming out for quotes. We ultimately chose this company because we believed they would do the best work.

We were so pleased with our house and painting results. Our foreman Luis and his team of painters were very nice and super clean, had very clean lines between colors and there no drips or messes left, you could tell he’s done this for quite sometime. I’m not sure if you are able to request him but I would try. Luis’s team worked so efficiently together they were able to have our taped, power washed, holes/cracks patched up and house painted in incredible timing. When we are ready to have the interior of our house painted we will choose this company again!

I hired AZ painting to paint 4 rooms in my home along with several accent walls and baseboards. I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to come out and do the job. The cost was fair. There were some hang ups with Sherwin Williams having the paint ready and at the right store, but they made sure that did not interfere with starting the project in a timely manner. Victor assumed management of the project and he did a fantastic job. He went to great lengths to make sure lines were straight, which probably wouldn't have been necessary had they used better quality painters tape. Might be worth the investment to save time. I have textured walls and the lines were bleeding a bit, but he made sure I was satisfied with how they looked before they left. My project took two days and it was complicated because I had furniture movers coming in on day two. They worked to ensure that the rooms where furniture was going were done first, so they wouldn't be in the way. Overall, excellent customer service. I found paint on the floor in a few places here and there but nothing major. I'm pleased with the work and would recommend them.

Francisco and his crew did a great job. Not only did they get the painting of the exterior of my home ahead of schedule and faster than expected but they also took time to check with me on anything that wasn't clearly specified in the work order and quickly took care of any touch ups or concerns I had after the original work. Paint colors and application are to the specification laid out and well applied. Small cracks and wear on the original stucco was also patched/repaired prior to painting. Pricing and warranty beat all the competition I could find as well.

Absolutely great service, work and professionalism. Derek B. was in charge of my paint job to paint the exterior of my 1150 sq ft home with a semi-detached garage, the interior of the garage, as well as drywall repair in the garage. Derek did a terrific job. He said he loves to paint and it shows in his work. He treated my home as if it was his own and truly cared that it looked it's best. He was on time each day, communicated thru-out the day and at the end of the day he gave a status report on how far along he and his crew were with the job. The job took longer than expected because of the condition of the drywall in the garage, not any fault of the painters. I had let it go too long without any attention. Derek took on the challenge and worked hard to repair the drywall so the paint job would look good and not crack a few months down the road. My 37 year old home looks beautiful and while normally a project like this would be nerve wrecking, Derek and his crew worked hard to complete the job with no problems and true concern for making things easy for me. Keith arrived as scheduled for an estimate and was very helpful and informative. I had some damage on one side of house that needed repair before painting. He pointed me in right direction to find a repairman. The painting crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. Keith, Production Manager, stopped by at the beginning of the job to introduce himself and left his card. There was a mishap, where the wrong finish of paint was ordered by the office — eggshell for the doors & trim, but I contacted Keith (even late at night) and he fixed the issue and the painters were still able to start early the next morning with the correct paint.

The job was completed above my expectations and the clean up was through as well. Even Ryan, the sales guy, stopped by near the end of the job to ensure everything was going well. So impressive, usually a sales guy sells you and then you never see or hear from him again.

Overall I felt in very good hands and their pricing is competing. Highly recommend!

Paid our $1955 deposit on may 24th 2021 to get on the schedule for exterior house painting on Aug 2nd 2021. Was told specifically crews show up at 6am and job (paint outside of house) would take 3-4 days.
Aug 1st, the day before, we get a text saying crews normally show up between 7 and 9 am. Waited until 10 am on aug 2nd to call and ask where are our painters? When I got someone on the phone it was apparent they had no idea who we we're as it took several minutes to find our info, and even after several more minutes I was never given a reason why nobody showed. So I cancelled right then and there and immediately called my cc company to have the charge reversed. 8 weeks they had our $1955 as well as time to plan and organize for our $3800 job, but failed miserably right out of the gate. No phone call, no text, nothing saying hey we're running late....nothing.
Wife and I invested not only a lot of money in this, but time, scheduling and labor only to be forgotten?
Use caution, I'm glad We used our cc for deposit so we're not having to rely on them for a refund. Hands washed of this outfit!

On Arizona Painting Company's website they say they are committed to customer satisfaction and indeed they are. The customer service provided through out the entire process was exemplary. The salesman, Scott, told me I could contact him with any questions and gave me his cell number. And when I did call with questions he was able to answer most and referred me to someone else in the company that could answer the last question I had. And Joe called me before I could call him. When I couldn't decide on the just right color, they sent out a professional colorist, on their dime. The painting crew chief, Scott ( a different Scott), called me in advance to let me know when he would be at my house and what to expect the first day. He was on time and quite pleasantly took me through the process. The paint job itself was very well done, and no corners were cut. They filled the cracks in the stucco and seams at doors to create a near flawless smooth surface. And they painted a newly built planter with a special waterproof sealant first. When the job was completed, Scott made arrangements for a walk through and let me know if I see anything I am not satisfied with later I can call him and he will take care of it. I am more than satisfied with the workmanship and the customer service and would highly recommend this company.

AZ Painting Company finished completely re-painting the inside of my house in just over 3 days, start to finish! I bought a 2300 sq ft house and had AZ Painting Company provide a quote to re-paint the interior walls throughout the entire house. The quote was reasonable and the company had good reviews so I scheduled the job. The home's previous owners had painted the walls with about 5 different bright colors, and many of the walls had stains, some water damage, and holes. The home had high ceilings as well, so this was not a small job! The AZ Painting company foreman showed up Monday morning as scheduled and started prepping. Tuesday and Wednesday they completed the bulk of the painting, and Thursday morning completed touchups and cleanup. By Thursday noon, I was doing the walk-through. The quality of the work was excellent. They matched my paint colors from Olympic paint and the colors are perfect. This would have taken me months to do on my own. It was well worth the cost and I would use them again and highly recommend them. They showed up on time, did not leave any mess, and most importantly, they did a great job.

I had the exterior of my 1700 sq ft home painted with 3 different colors. My initial experience was not the greatest as the crew that was sent out prepped poorly, didn't smooth and fill wood, applied the paint poorly, missed spots, and even painted some areas the wrong color!
Normally this would be a 1 star review, but the way this company turned things around blew me away!
When 2 different gentlemen came out to inspect the work, they found FAR more issues than I did and they apologized profusely. They told me that the crew they had out at my property initially was a crew they had not used before and they would not be having them on any future projects after their performance on my home. I was expecting them to say that they would fix the problem areas and be done with it but no. They said that if it was OK with me, they would like to fix the issues and make everything perfect and then repaint the entire house again! I was blown away. They prepped and smoothed all the areas the other guys missed, fixed crooked paint lines, filled small holes left by the other crew and made sure to get complete and uniform coverage of everything with a thick coat. I have an untrained eye and they could have easily taken the easy way out and let me be blissfully unaware of the problems that I was too uneducated to notice, but they personally walked me through and pointed so many issues out to me and fixed every one of them, basically repainted my entire home. I am so happy with the way my home looks now. It's flawless! I would recommend this company to all my friends without hesitation.

Best service, from the initial contact with the sales reps, letting me know costs, and what to expect during the painting. The workers were professional, and even offered to put up new sidelights on my garage. With the painting finished, new sidelights and clean up done, I had a final walk around with the job foreman to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Total disaster, I have never dealt with such poor quality work ever from house painters, my rental home crews would have done a far better job, we hired Arizona Painting Company to paint 2 bathrooms and our master, when we came home the first day, there were paint runs on every wall, they had paint from the walls on our ceiling, apparently they do not mask with tape, they free hand, they used the wrong color and sheen paint on our ceilings, now our ceilings need to be repainted, all of their patch work is visible, there was paint on every switch plate, they left paint in our sinks, and on our stair banisters, we called our sales person Corey who was very nice to deal with, he was very apologetic and offered to send a different crew to finish, we declined and said the quality was substandard and we would hire someone else to finish the project. We received a call from the owner Joe Miller, he assured us that he would rectify if we would give them the chance, we met with him the next morning at 6:30am, showed him all of the issue, he made the commitment to fix everything. Well, we came home and there was very little improvement, the guest bath they painted today was no better than the work the first crew completed. Not only is there work terrible, we now have new issues that we need to pay someone else to fix, paint on stair railing, paint on new tile floors, paint on grout, paint on brand new counter tops, ceilings that now need to be painted, would never refer this company. We now have to hire a company to come re-paint everything and fix the sub standard work.

I was in a rush to get my new home painted before we moved in... They came in and got the job done to my liking. Very impressed with the rapid response and punctuality. Also, the communication throughout the experience was wonderful. We've been moved in a couple months now. I have only run into a couple areas that were unfinished. It is my fault as I didn't notice upon inspection. Just need to sand some areas of the pantry that had been spackled and accidentally forgotten before repainting. Not a big deal at all. First of all, I was please to see that it had a 4.5 star rating. I knew they had a good reputation so I was pleasantly surprised that other people felt the same way that I did. I'd like to send out kudos to the two gentlemen that painted my home. Juan and Moses couldn't have been more professional, kind and respectful. I tried to follow the requests made to take down all the window treatments but there were a couple of blinds and window treatments that I couldn't get to budge. They were so kind to help to remove them. I hadn't expected them to put them back up for me but these gentlemen did without asking. Arizona Painting Company does outstanding work and for a very affordable price. They painted every inch of my gym and it came out better then I had even anticipated. They came during evening hours when the gym was closed so I didn’t have to make any changes to my schedule. We interviewed 4 painting contractors and decided on Arizona Paint Co. Their estimate, although not the lowest, was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Mike , the estimator, was on time, had a professional appearance and answered all my questions. We walked the property and we discussed the type of paint, the repairs and he waited for me to get the HOA approval. The 2 man crew was efficient, very polite, and hard working. They did a great job and communicated with us all the way through. During the 2 day process I was called by their foreman, and when the job was completed another foreman came and we walked the job together to ensure our satisfaction. We could not be happier, the house looks very good and everyone we came into contact with was quite professional.

They took great care to cover floors and furniture. But...forgot one side of the inside of a closet door. Hung closet door backwards. Did not paint behind the water closet. Hung a key rack on dry wall with wood screws and pulled loose in a day. Then scheduled return to fix the problem and no-showed, twice, without even calling to cancel. A couple of calls to their office finally got a manager to offer to come out the next day and fix those challenges.

From start to finish I was VERY impressed with Arizona Painting Company. They were responsive, efficient, communicative, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. The foreman, Jose, and project lead, Junior, had a great crew that worked really well together. Our buildings look absolutely FABULOUS! I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Arizona Painting Company.

Arizona Painting Company did a great job!! I was impressed with the entire process. My estimator Mike was happy to answer any questions I had even on a Sunday. Joe Bucko was my foreman and I can not say enough wonderful things about him. You will know the moment you meet him that you're in good hands and your job is going to be done right. Joe and Armando came out to perform the actual painting of the house. Those guys are incredibly enthusiastic about painting and really take pride in their work. Joe and Armando went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the results. Those guys did an amazing job and completed the job in two days! This is our second experience with Arizona Painting Company and while our first was very good, this time was much better because of Joe Bucko and his crew. They did an excellent job and paid very close attention to the small details that make all the difference in the end. Our house has never looked better. Joe even went the extra mile by replacing the wooden slats on our worn out iron gate...all the while going about his job with great enthusiasm and simple good cheer.
Next time we will be sure to ask for Joe's crew!

I'm very well satisfied with the recent painting of the entire interior of my home. The crew arrived on time every day, ready to work with no delay or interruption. Every man was helpful in various ways, depending on circumstances, worked in a professional manner, and all work was completed with a minimum number of touchups. During the job, we had a visit from 2 company personnel who took care to ensure that all work was up to their company's standards. Arizona Painting Company helped me with interior paint for a large commercial office. I was BLOWN AWAY with how quickly Eric came out to provide and quote and get the ball rolling. He helped me to cut through the corporate red tape of contracting trade work and was patient in submitting forms and so forth to become an approved vendor.
Once the job started, I was told it would take about 5 days to complete, but the crew was willing to work at night so as not to disrupt our office. Again, I was amazed at how the actual painting crew (Jose Sr., Luis, Leo Jr., Miguel and Gabe) came in on time, stayed organized and never made a mess. They used high quality paint and made sure there was no odor to create a sticky workplace.
They ended up finishing in 3 days instead of 5 and were polite, professional, flexible and a joy to work with from top to bottom. Would choose them over and over again and recommend to anyone!

The crew that represented AZ Painting Company was a pleasure to have on the job. From beginning to end they were always courteous and professional. The prep work included priming the wood fascia and sealing the small cracks in the stucco. The finished product was amazing and I could not be happier with the look of my home. Thank you AZPC. We have used this company 3 times now and they are the best! The owner Joe Campbell's integrity is outstanding and far surpasses any other contractor we have every used for any project. The Interior Team Jose Mendez and Victor Velazquez did an outstanding job on the repaint of the entire interior of our home! Their quality and attention to detail was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were sure to keep my 83 year old Dad that lives with me and his new puppy comfortable the whole time they were here.

Had a great experience with them. Recently had all interior walls painted including closets and trim. Our rep, Eric, was courteous and prompt with the original estimate. After comparing some estimates, we set up a date. Not a lot of options as summer is a busy time for them, but they offered one that would work for us. The painting team was good at communicating as the job progressed, which we appreciated. They even called mid-job to clarify with us. Final walkthrough was great. We pointed out some places we thought could be touched up, and Lupe and Juan touched them up on the spot. They were fantastic.

Last month we had AZ Painting Company paint our master bedroom and newly remodeled master bathroom. There were several issues with their work. They disposed of the protective plastic coverings, tape and other paint supplies in our recycled trash container. They were suppose to take this back to their warehouse. I had to move the discarded paint supplies to our trash container, pull out recycled material that was covered with paint and wipe out the recycled trash container. It was raining the day they painted with high humidity and the AC was running. They opened the windows to air out the bedroom. Condensation from the AC vent on the bedroom wall caused water to run down the wall causing streaks. I had to touchup the paint on the wall. There was a large amount of after spray on the bathroom toilet. It took close to an hour to rub off the after spray some of which couldn’t be removed. They taped off the tile floor but there were several exposed sections that ended up with pooling paint and after spray that had to be cleaned up. The tile grout next to the wall baseboard had pooling paint some of which couldn't be cleaned up. There was also after spray on the weather stripping on the outside door that had to be replaced. Lastly they forgot to paint the bathroom ceiling. I contacted them about the issues and what I had to do to clean up after them. They did come out and paint the bathroom ceiling. In all I can not recommend AZ Painting Company.

We had them paint EVERY interior wall in our house. They did a great job and even repainted most of the trim which wasn't even quoted. After they left we began to see that many areas had a small sections of wall color on the ceiling during cut in throughout the house. Even though we contacted them almost 2 months later they sent a crew out today and meticulously corrected the overpaint. The crew was courteous, on time and constantly asked for feedback. Couldn't ask for a better company. I've spent almost 40 years in the customer service business and they have held that to a high standard.

I wish I could give the job they did 5 stars, but the customer service provided to us throughout the transaction marred our experience significantly. During the initial estimate we were told we may need a third coat, but it was not factored in, nor were we given a possible range. We should have questioned this earlier, as we were charged 30% of the initial estimate for a third coat, even after we were told we paid the final job amount on their last day of work. On top of that, the second estimator was unintentionally stressing out one of our dogs and would not leave the room when my husband asked him to. The work itself went very smoothly. The workers were diligent, polite, and did a wonderful job with our walls and ceilings.

When my husband tried to discuss the multiple miscommunications regarding the estimates, the third coat, and a few other minor things, the project manager kept diverting the subject and was only interested in collecting the rest of our payment. In short, we were very happy with the paint job, but completely baffled and frustrated with the customer service. They charged us way more than the estimate despite their website's promise that they don't! I'm conflicted. They are extremely nice on the phone and have a talented team, but were completely unwilling to discuss or compromise when we clearly had a dispute. At the same time, they couldn't even keep their own numbers straight, so we were charged three times. Yikes. If you go with them, ask a lot of questions and ask them if the estimate is final, or you may feel overcharged, even if the work is good. (Edited to be more succinct)

Good experience overall. Price was reasonable, painters were nice guys and respectful in our home, and the work was well done. My only knock is that they initially made it sound like it would be a one day job when it turned out to be a three day job. I liked the fact that they took the time to finish the job right, but it would have been nice to have had a more realistic time estimate at the outset.

Although I am a bit tardy in getting this review completed, Arizona Painting was a fantastic company to deal with from the moment they came through the door for a quote to fruition. Professional, straight forward and HONEST! Neat and clean from start to finish. Michael C., our painter and foreman was exceptional, knowledgeable and a bit of a perfectionist. During the process we ran into a paint glitch which the company totally took care of. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will definitely use them again.

Home owners beware!!! I have worked with many many painters doing interior design and real estate. This one was approved by my HOA and referral. We scheduled almost 2 months in advance told 3-5 days, then 5-7 days, today is Day 10. Told interior walls done and bathroom in 1 Day so I could schedule carpeting. Today is Day 3. AND I had to paint the bathroom myself because they didn't get the 2 interior walls done. They told me multiple times they would be there certain times, people wouldn't show up. I had to take off work due to scheduling. Tried talking to Foreman, talked to Owner Joe Miller. He was VERY rude, I even asked him to come out to see for himself! Positive note the painters were all nice and friendly, but the job still is not close to completion. May 13-May 22 so far and not close to completion. Horrible, worse painting company. East and West Valley. Very horrible customer service.

I waited a couple days to fully inspect work and write this review. Absolutely perfect!! I got 4 quotes, to paint entire interior of 2400 sq foot home. Theirs was mid range and negotiable (just a little for cash) The painters were professional and friendly and went the extra step to insure proper paint match. Arizona Painting Company was wonderful to work with. Throughout a project that I fully expected to be frustrating, I was met with nothing but lovely, polite customer service from the salesperson to the painting crew to the people who answered the phone when I called with questions leading up to our start date. The paint crew showed up on time, prepped, power washed, and sealed all in one day. The entire job took three days, during which they always worked hard and efficiently—always respectful of my need to get in and out of the house throughout the day (I work from home) and cleaning up after themselves each day. At the end of the job, we were left with a result we loved and they left everything neat and clean. They even removed and replaced our MANY window sun shades! And to top it off, they offer financing, an important differentiator for us since we were ordered to paint by our HOA and hadn't exactly budgeted for this project this year. Their financing option was easy to use, and everyone there was super nice about helping us set it up. They weren't the least expensive quote we gathered, but the fabulous customer service, professionalism, and high quality work set them apart enough to make the tiny bit more we paid over the less expensive painting companies we considered TOTALLY worth it.

The painters did a very nice job painting the house. They were respectful, professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

I would give Arizona Painting Company a five stars if there was a clear understanding from the very beginning with the sales person on who is going to do the cleaning after the job is done. Per our sales person, he said the house will be cleaner than the way you have it now. Of course, we don't expect that, but my husband and I had to put the heavy furniture back ourselves. We have to dust and mop the floors five times to get all the paint dusts out.

Overall, I will recommend Arizona Painting Company to my friends and family.

Robert and Nick did a superb job in our master bedroom and painting the outside of our house. They were very punctual (7:30 every day!), cordial and hard working without wasting time. They are very organized and easy to deal with, even with last minute color changes.

We found Arizona Painting Company (Tucson) through Rosie on the House. We received other quotes but chose APC based on their availability, professional estimator and based on the work they said would be needed to bring our home back to life. The exterior hadn't been treated or painted in over 15 years and we knew it would be big job. The crew worked very hard, were very professional and were a joy to work with. We are also very happy with the Dunn Edwards Premium paint we chose. It looks great! We love that way it turned out and we get many compliments from our friends and neighbors.

They did a great job painting my Santa Fe style house. It had many cracks in the stucco and needed several repairs. Everything was completed beautifully and my house looks amazing. The paint job looks smooth and you can't tell where the repairs were made under the paint. The foreman ensured the job was done right and they took their time. My house was done in a very time efficient manner, they met me on my schedule and the foreman 'Walo' treated my home as if it was his own. July 2019 we needed to repaint our house due to HOA rules. Arizona Painting Co. did a few of our neighbors houses, so we called and got a quote. They were lower than the other two companies and could complete it in a quicker timeframe. They also worked with my color scheme and numbers from the HOA. I was very pleased with the large crew ( Leo jr, Jose sr., Frankie, Manny and Jeldriel) brought out early in the morning. They sprayed off the house, taped windows and doors, moved stuff off the patio, painted the house and did touch ups. I was then asked to go around the house with them and point out any problems I saw. There was only a few changes I wanted to make. They did them and finished the whole house in one day! I would recommend this company and we will use them again.

I recently had the interior of my home painted by Arizona Painting Company. The salesperson was very nice and presented himself in a professional manner. Although the estimate seemed a little high, I decided to have the painting done because they guaranteed the work and assured me that their painters were experienced and competent. We discussed in detail what prep work was expected. The entire job was estimated to take 2 days, but the workers only worked partial days and completed the job in 4 days.

The paint job was horrific. There were large paint runs everywhere, areas that were to be stripped, sanded and primed were not prepared, but slopped over with paint. Nail holes were not patched, wall texturing wasn't done, the edging by the ceiling was not even and some areas were completely missed. The clean-up was poor leaving paint on cabinets, doors and floors. Well the paint on the doors and woodwork started to peel off. I have had Arizona Painting Company come out at least 3 times now to correct the original work, but unfortunately it is still not satisfactory. The painters were scheduled to come out again, but they did not show up or even call to cancel. Now I cannot even get a return phone call and have left numerous messages with the office. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I would NOT recommend Arizona Painting Company to anyone.

Arizona Painting did a professional job. We we were impressed by the work they did on our master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling. The painter went the extra mile and put two coats of paint on the ceiling. It turned out perfect. Also, we used their color consultant to help us select our paint colors. The estimator, color consultant, and the painters all did excellent job.

Excellent job done by all. Starting with the quote from Rebecka to scheduling and revisions. The steps they would take in cleaning, preparations, painting, and clean-up were clearly explained. I got three estimates and their pricing was competitive with the other two companies.Sam and the crew followed through with all the steps in a professional and timely manner. Requested a quote to paint the outside of our house. Sean Zackary came to our house and was awesome. He was on time and gave a detailed explanation of what they would do to the house. He also followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions or needed any other info, which we really appreciated. The customer service and follow through was unparalleled.

APC was able to provide a quote and start work within 10 days which was great because of my project's time constraints. The price seemed fair. I thought it might be a little cheaper based on reviews that I read about other work done but every job is different. I had my 900 sq foot condo painted white, same color and sheen in every room. There was also some wallpaper removal done. I was told a crew would show up but only one man did. He did an efficient job but I thought he rushed to complete the job too. He did finish in two days instead of three. I had to help him with moving some appliances which wasn't expected. He also told me that I was given a great price because there was more wallpaper than expected that needed to be removed (one hallway had wallpaper on the top half of the wall). The quote included wallpaper removal so that's an issue between Sales and the workers. I also expected the walls to be cleaned before they painted but that wasn't done. I was billed 100% of the invoice up front instead of the 50% agreed upon, but this was quickly correctly after I brought it up to the Salesperson. Last, I think clean up could have been more thorough.

I hired az paint to do my house and i showed the salesman what i wanted done and i was tokd everything would be taken cared of. He said itll take 3-4 days to get done! I rather someone take there time and do quality work regardless the house or location. I got home from work and they finished in 1 day!? Well after they left numerous problems? My patio furniture left out in the yard, pavers tipped over, hoses left out in the yard, paint chips everywhere!, paint on my patio and driveway! Rocks werent pulled away from the house and they where painted too!, And an eve that the wood is old and cracking and still is?, which they said cant be fixed! So all that and i felt like take my money and run!!! I cleaned everything myself and fixed the cracking eve on the house.

Overall the companys people are nice and genuine! But hard to get ahold of once they do the job. The work was just ok, and for the other stuff i was disappointed and feel for what i paid it was not worth the quality of work they did. I expected them to take your time prep everything and then paint.

Well he wanted to help and showed me he cared about the work his guys do and showed me he cares about his customers. He sent a different crew and they did great on fixing the things wrong with my paint on my house.

From the start with Doug that came out for our estimate and answered all our questions to Jaun R. and his crew who painted our home, just an outstanding job. They were here when they said they would be, cleaned up the site and did an outstanding job. Very satisified with the work and highly recommend AZ Painting for your painting needs.

Robert and Nick were incredible. On time. Fantastic tape job and great painting. Very professional people who were pleasant, friendly but focused on their work. Finished job on time and cleaned up afterwards so not a spot of paint anywhere except where it was supposed to be. Also did great job of patching hole in wall and around newly placed ceiling light. Highly recommend them and will use them for our next painting project.

Every single person I interacted with was polite, professional, and friendly. The job looks good, however I docked 1 star because the amount of cleanup afterward was far more than the virtually no cleanup I was told. Paint on the tile, paint on picture frames and mirrors that were sitting on a table, paint on appliances, paint on the screen door, paint on my shower head, a window painted shut, a thick layer of sanding dust covered my floor that had to be vacuumed and mopped twice. Not a big deal but I was told by the painter that it would all be cleaned up before they were done. I don't think a single thing was covered as I was told it would be. They were very responsive and quick to return to fix things that I was unhappy with and help with cleanup.

I contacted Arizona Painting Company to repair paint damage that occurred during a re-roof job. I fully expected that then entire wall would require repainting, but Bob was able to repair the damage without the more-expensive repaint. Bob's work turned out great! I am as happy today with the repair as I was two years ago when Arizona Painting Company painted the entire house.

After an extensive review I selected Arizona Painting Company. I was very satisfied with the bid process, and though they were not the lowest estimate, they were competitive and had good ratings with Rosey and Angie's List reviews.

When the paint crew arrived, I was amazed at the complete care and support provided by Jesse Eidson, the supervisor and his assistant Orlando(? not sure of the first name), Jesse took complete care of the situation and made me comfortable with the service. As a result, I would rate AZ Painting 10 of 10 and Jesse an 11!!! ;)

I recently had Arizona Painting out to Fountain Hills to obtain a quote for painting the interior of my new home. It has been a week now and I still do not have a quote nor have I had a follow up call from the sales representative. This is disappointing as I was happy with their work on a prior job. This was a waste of my valuable time and I can say that AZ Painting has lost my business. Business must be good these days!

Decided to go with this company after reading good reviews and the exterior painting process listed on their website. The estimator Nick did a great job explaining the process, the quality paints they use and the warranty. After all that the $3,500 price tag seemed worth it. Unfortunately all I got was a horrible paint job that took almost a month to finish. Do not let Hugo and his team touch your house, they will find a short cut for anything. Paint was not applied correctly in areas so it's very uneven especially on stucco. Block fence wasn't primed first so you can still see the block after the paint has soaked it. I was told the trim would be hand brushed but it was sprayed so now there is paint all over the roof shingles. Don't let him fool you into side work either, his foundation patch is sloppy and bumpy. Scheduled several appointments for touch ups and no one showed up multiple times even after calling and rescheduling. I won't be using this company now for the inside of my house or the future.

Terrible! Painter came back twice for drywall patio ceiling repair. Did a bad job first time, then did not completely paint, could see white. Now the paint color does not match. Different color spot on ceiling. Need to paint entire ceiling. Would not recommend this company. All sub-contractors. If you get a bad one, the bad one keeps coming back to try and fix! Arizona Paint does not stand behind their name. Would give zero stars if I could!!!!!
Updated 05/05/2017. Arizona Paint has responded to my previous 1 star review. My patio ceiling has now been repainted. Apparently there was not communication between the person responding to my email complaints and upper management to correct the issue. Once informed Arizona Paint did stand up to there guarantee.

The crew came out on a Thursday morning during the times they said they would be there. Travis went over the details of the contract to confirm it matched what I was expecting. The two of them finished the 1,600 sq ft exterior paint job the very next day. We did a final inspection Friday afternoon, and the area clean-up was like they weren't even there. Their work matched my very high expectations of them. I posted a review of their work, along with pictures, on the website our HOA uses.

Being a homeowner with a HOA, I had to go through the process of getting its approval first and the allowable colors and conditions. This company understood and was patient in waiting for this. When it was done, sent them copy of approved colors, etc. I did not imagine they would have entire house painted, to include all trim and pop outs in the two days they said. They also did gate and replaced slats with composite and painted the entire block wall around my home. It was amazing that they did a superb job and finalized in two days as promised. Recommend highly this company for any home painting project. They were outstanding and their work showed their skill!

First time I used your company on the recommendation of my neighbor and was beyond thrilled. An absolutely great professional job. Two rooms were done inside with no mess, no touchups needed and the outside was done with the same professional care and looks great. My crew was Javier Auila and Julio Perez. They went beyond the extra mile in repairing some wood that needed to be replaced and a Patio ceiling that needed repair. Great Job.

I highly recommend AZ Painting Co. Over the years, they've done three jobs for me ... complete inside of a 2-story in 2010, complete outside of the same 2-story in 2017, and just yesterday (Apr 2019), the outside fence and pony walls of a different house. In all three cases I was completely satisfied. In particular, this last experience with Sean Zackery was really exceptional. Sean did the estimate and he showed up at the time of the appointment (not in a 4 hour window!). Sean also did the actual painting. We agreed on a time to start and when Sean's equipment had an issue he called to tell me he would be late. He then kept me updated as to his ETA. In my experience this type of professionalism from tradesmen is as rare as a unicorn. During the job we had an issue. A small section was to be painted in a color that we thought our previous contractor used that turned out to be very wrong (i.e., our mistake). Sean cares so much about doing a job he is proud of that he went and got color cards to find a better match. He also tried to get a color match. After multiple trips to the paint store, we got something very close. Sean is a professional and a craftsman that went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I cannot overstate my recommendation of AZ Painting Co.

This is an update of my previous review. Joe Miller, the owner, contacted me immediately and scheduled a time to come to our house to assess the damage that had been done to stairs. Joe arranged for the issue to be repaired and we are very happy with the end result. It's great to see a company go above and beyond to satisfy their customers when an issue arises.

Overall my husband are pleased with the way the painting turned out. However, what we are not pleased with is the prep work that done before the paint was applied. The tape that was used to mask off the stairs caused damaged to the finish of our stairs. The paint looks great but now our wood stairs need to be refinished.

During paint project of the exterior my home had to call manager as they did not power wash entire home before painting.

While looking at home on final review asked painters why garage door was a gloss. Painters said with his years of experience it looks better. After looking at contract it stated gloss on Garage and Exterior doors. Tell me why they painted rear door with a flat paint if the contract said gloss.

I called the office explained I wanted flat on the garage that it looked cheap as it was flat to begin with. Original Salesman never called me back. If they would have returned my call and attempted to fix the garage I would recommend them....but they didnt. After investing so much money into project you would think they would want to make a customer happy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I heard the radio advertisements on 92.3, on Mac & Gaydos, raving about what a fantastic job the Arizona Painting Company had done with his house, I have a house that I am getting ready to sell and thought a good professional paint job inside would help with that. I called and then met at my home with a very professional and friendly gentleman (Robert I believe) from the Arizona Painting Company, I explained what I would like to do and why. He gave me a quote, a little high I thought, but I was so impressed with the slick and professional pamphlet, the one with the Arizona Painting Company truck on it, the uniformed crew, always a supervisor for each job. I don't mind paying a little more, if it looks exceptional and was easy.
I set a date, a Thursday, he said the job will take two days and if needed they can finish up on the third day, Saturday. I took Thursday and Friday off work, so I was all set. We talked about 3 paints, Walls one color flat, doors and trim semi gloss, ceilings white. I picked out the paints and spoke with a woman in the office, very professional, and she gave me some color recommendations, it will look great she said.
On the appointed Thursday in September, my door bell rings, and a gentleman and his girlfriend or wife are there, in a beat up trailer and a Toyota Forerunner with body damage and in need of a paint job. No uniforms. He did not have all the paints we had talked about but assured me it would look great. They were done in about 5 hours, said have a great day and left. A nice guy, very nice people, just not what I thought I was getting.
It did not look good. I negotiated getting some money back, they were easy to work with in that way. It was for paint that I did not receive. I painted the doors and baseboards myself and repainted some spots they missed covering with paint that they left with me. I was not impressed and felt like the professional, going to get a great job hype upfront was unmerited. My experience was just a guy and his wife who can cover the walls with paint and get out, not a big experienced company.
I am not the guy who is going to call and gripe, I didn't confront the painter to say, that was way too fast, and you missed several places, I just vote with my future business. No thank you

Scott came out and color matched the current paint. The house still had the original paint from 1992 (Dunn Edwards.) The job was supposed to take 3 days but was actually finished in 2. The supervisor was Joe Bucko and I could tell he loved his job and had a passion for the finished product to look great. His crew was professional and did everything they were supposed to do and needed no direction from me. They were on time both days (a bit early the 2nd day, yawn) but went right to work and the house looks wonderful. They patched all the cracks which were numerous. They covered all the windows, electric meter, intercoms and patio with plastic or paper so there would not be overspray or drips on anything. The only reason I gave it a good on the price is I did not get another quote from anyone. After reading the reviews on Angie’s List and finding them on Rosie on the House I was confident they would do a great job. They did!

We went with Arizona Painting Company because they had great reviews and we committed to paying a bit extra to have a better end result. 90% of the project went really well. They showed up on time, worked diligently and came away with an awesome product. However, when it came time to patch some cracks in our back wall and repaint, it was a nightmare. A three day job turned into three weeks, with three separate attempts to get the job right. It took countless phone calls, emails and negative social media reviews to finally get some attention on the matter. In the end, the back wall isn’t perfect but it’s close enough to move on. If it weren’t for the back wall this would be a five star review, but unfortunately that part of the project was severely mismanaged.

First they called three separate times to check for paint color. They should have written it down so they didn't have to keep calling. I was concerned they would get it right. They did, but when they plugged in their equipment it tripped the breaker box and then we had problems with our outdoor light system after they left. Then they did not paint the window seal inside the shutters, the window was blue and the room was green. So they had to come back a second time to finish it. When I got home from work I found a flammable can of paint sitting right up next to the gas water heater. NOT A GOOD IDEA!! I would not use them again nor would I recommend them; which is unfortunate because the actual painting job was very well done.

I hired Arizona Painting Company to paint the exterior of my home. BIG mistake. If I could give no stars that would be great!  A 2-3 day job turned into 1-1/2 weeks. The estimator painted a pretty picture but the pretty picture turned into not so pretty. We expressed that the trim and eves were not in good shape,replaced wood where he recommended and when done it looked like they had painted one coat. There was little prep work on their part. The brick on the body of the house looked they had used watered-down paint and I could see where they had used crack patching on the brick through the paint. Rather than pulling the ground from the base of the house to apply the sealer they sealed it to the level of the ground whatever the zig-zag shape it was. The front of the house had not been sealed at the base at all!!Contacted the production manager said some of it could not happen, some of the trim he would try and fix. Estimator called and told me that house would never look brand new....really? I understood that from the get go but just wanted it to look like it had been painted!! Look for a company that will prep your home before painting and will show up on a daily basis rather than a half day here, 2 days later there and not comment that they never promised a rose garden!! After 1-1/2 weeks, the production manager and worker were to return and fix the trim and main body on the house.....production manager did not show to help, worker was told only to fix under the patio and had 1 gallon left, no paint for main body, base of front of house never sealed. If you think about calling these people to do your home, you might as well paint it yourself!!! It will look 100% better!

On time each day. Very nice painting team. No damage to any bushes, no overspray. Forman made sure I knew what painting stage was coming next. Kept me informed all the way thru the complete process. Cleaned up the trash each day.
I am a A type person and so is my wife, they made sure we were happy with the whole job.

Salesperson was very easy to work with and gave us a competitive quote. But I was quoted 3-4 days for the job and it ended up taking 6 days. Painters were nice and professional for the most part but accidentally broke the glass on my ceiling fan and didn't tell me, then denied it when asked about it. They left pieces of roller brush on my walls that are now dried and made other mistakes they didn't have time to correct. Also made a mess of my front yard during paint clean up. Had the production manager out to tell us what could be done to correct mistakes and they would have to sand all walls down and repaint- after all of that we decided never mind we will just live with it. Also didn't realize they would leave all of the extra paint containers at my house for me to dispose of- we have three 5 gallon paint containers plus several cans just sitting in my garage. Was told we bought the paint so they leave it here. All in all it is a decent job for the price but I expected more from a professional paint company- the room I painted myself was just as good.

The house looks AMAZING! We have had complete strangers contact us to find out who painted our house. We had a couple of hiccups during the process and this is where we learned just how amazing Az painting company's customer service is. Everything was painted to our satisfaction, no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone! The ONLY things that I didn't LOVE about the work they did on painting the entire inside of my home is that I was told it would be completed a day sooner than it was. Also, there was some confusion regarding the colors chosen, with one color less provided, until that was clarified and the gentleman who gave me the estimate (and it WAS an estimate) spoke clearly in English and was easy to understand but I can't say the same about the workers or foreman, on the job - which made it hard to communicate needs or concerns. It DOES look absolutely beautiful and perfect and it ended up being done exactly as we hoped. They were also very trustworthy, which is critical. We actually left for several days, with them having access into and out of the home and nothing was missing. We couldn't be happier with the completed job!

Repainting a foreclosure: mostly painted block but with wooden trim (where the paint was flaking). After some research, selected APC. They showed up when they said they would, answered all my questions, and produced a quote within about 30 minutes. There was a little confusion on the day of the painting itself, but the crew was very professional and did an excellent job: first day was prep and second was paint. Everything is clean and smooth, color matching was excellent, and I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended.

We just had Arizona Painting Company paint the exterior of our house and the job they did was truly outstanding!!! I really don’t believe it’s possible for anyone to have done a better job. The time and effort that they put into the prep work alone far exceeded most companies’ total efforts!

Deciding on a painting company can be such a stressful decision. It’s a decision that you will most likely need to live with for many, many years, and unlike most large purchases there is an unknown variable. With other large purchases such as cars, furniture or appliances you get to look at all of your choices and see exactly what you will be getting. However, when deciding on a painting company, you don’t get to actually see the finished product, so you need to rely on customer reviews and then hope they were honest and accurate.

When I was looking at hiring a painting company to paint the exterior of my house, I researched a bunch of companies and read through all their reviews. I narrowed it down to about 7 companies and had them come out for estimates. When I met with Joe from Arizona Painting Company, I was certainly aware of their various accolades and numerous positive customer reviews, but I also wondered if a company like this would have the same fire and passion as a relatively unknown company that may be willing to go the extra mile to impress a customer and get a good review and begin the word of mouth needed to grow a company. (To be honest, I felt like Arizona Painting Company was the one who tried the hardest to impress me – like they were depending on me to give them their first review.)

Our house had not been painted in 20 years, so some of the trim and fascia boards were looking pretty rough and dry from 20 years of direct sunlight. We also had some additional “out of the ordinary” work that needed to be done. Joe agreed to take care of these other issues (other companies refused), but what really impressed me was the level of detail and the amount of work that he explained his team would complete. Joe provided essentially two quotes: one was for the same flat paint that all the other companies were quoting, and the other was to upgrade to the Dunn Edwards Evershield paint at a very nominal cost (We went with the Evershield paint and really recommend it to anyone considering it). Joe also made a second trip back to our house to match the paint color of our neighbors house across the street.

The team that came out to paint the house was absolutely fantastic!! As stated earlier, they spent a tremendous amount of effort on the prep work, and somehow even got the wood trim and fascia smooth and looking like brand new wood! The Evershield paint adds a certain luster to the house and it now stands out as one of the best looking houses in the neighborhood - It actually looks better than when we first moved in. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but I was so impressed by the work, I felt like I really needed to do this. We will certainly use Arizona Painting Company again and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a painter.

All team members were very polite and constantly stayed in touch with us providing progress reports. They did a thorough job and completed the job on time. One minor issue I found after they left. They sprayed a small part of our orange tree and did not tell me. I didn't really have an issue with it but thought they should have mentioned it to me. The tree is 15 feet away from the closes point on the house so I am sure it was during prep work that it happened. I was referred to them by friends and they were to be sent a gift card but I have not heard that our friends got their gift yet. Over all a very good job and I would refer them to anyone.

I hired this company to paint the interiors of all my units in a 4 plex. The painting was done, but the execution and post clean-up was sloppy. After the job was complete and I signed off, I found many spots with tape still on the doors hindges, over spray on the tile and gaps in the painting on the walls and ceilings. The company outsourced it to a young man who was less than fully professional in execution. They had a foreman show up to inspect the work who I appreciated, but overall the job was not done right. I need the outside painted as well now and I wouldn't use them again.

Joe Bucko and Armando were very professional and on time each day. The workmanship was excellent and Joe paid attention to all the details. They are a great team. We are pleased to see such fine results.

My husband and I hired AZ Painting Company because they came highly recommended and they were the lowest bidder. While we are pleased with the final product, there was a serious lack of communication between the bidder, painters, foremen, and the front office, which resulted in a fairly serious mistake during our job, among other things. The constant miscommunications were frustrating and time consuming.

I have to say I an extremely disappointed in my paint job that I had done. I don't put any blame on the individual that performed the painting. The fact that one individual was tasked with all of the things that your brochures boast about having done is something one individual cannot perform correctly in the time given. I expected to see two to three individuals performing the prep work and painting of my house. The paint on my house was applied with only a sprayer as can be seen in the sparse coverage on the house. Your brochure mentions that paint would be applied by roller as well as sprayer when needed. I think it's fair to say that a stucco exterior would justify the roller being used. My foundation was completed terrible, the paint is already peeling and it seems that areas were painted over existing paint. So it's hard to believe that the foundation was really prepared, cracks sealed and moisture barrier was actually applied before painting. So I would not recommend your service to anyone and would actually give negative stars if that was possible.

Jonathan was the foreman that was assigned to my job. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed during the entire process. He was prompt couteous and did a fantastic job. Damaged an expensive plant and did a spotty job on the paint. Called to schedule touch up. Guy shows up a day late and says he can't do anything about the spots of paint that were showing through the thin layer they put down. Waste of time and money. GO ELSEWHERE. Yes, I am sure this is the company. Same logo on my estimate and phone number. The ladies answering the phones are pleasant and seem willing to accommodate, but after initial damage to plant, then spotty job, then guy not showing up the day he was supposed to to fix it, then showing up the next day 10 minutes before 5pm and saying he can't do anything about it because the paint showing through was done with a roller, I gave up on this company. They seem like they want to accommodate, but it didn't happen.

Arizona Painting Company just completed the painting of the exterior of my house. they did an amazing job. THere are no more cracks. my house looks new again. They were able to make my doors which were old and rusted look almost new.

Joe Bucko, the foreman on my job was great. He was energetic and excited about the work. You can tell he takes pride in the job.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! They got paint all over my carpet, appliances, counter tops, sinks, damaged a house hold appliance, left a door open keeping my AC running, and missed places that were supposed to be painted.

Second set of workers also missed items and didn't fix the issues promised. Worst experience ever! Will never use again.

Company did adjust the cost to make up for damage/issues. I'm not sure what happened because they did a good job on other property. Due to this experience, i'll be using a different company.

The crew you sent did a fairly good job however seemed in a bit of a hurry to get this job completed in a record amount of time. Prep time and completion was done in barely a day and a half. Paint was left splattered on my backyard pavers and other areas where there was cement. We choose to remove it ourselves and had to use a hard wire brush to accomplish the task. We had to go out and instruct the 2 men to repaint the facia board on the 2 sides of the house ( full length) as it had already soaked in and exposed a rough wood look. We will be checking it to see if this reoccurs in time. I was disappointed in a way to see this kind of workmanship as I researched your company and went ahead with Arizona Painting Company with confidence.

Today, December 7,2012 the Arizona Painting Company of Chandler completed painting our house for the second time. We were so pleased the first time we had them paint our house gain. If you want a totally professional painter with as much concern for the job well done call and ask to have Joe Bucko. The company is professional from the sales representive to the supervisor who checked the job before the crew left. However, the painting crew of Joe Bucko tipped the scale of an excellent company.

Rudy and his fellow painter went WAY beyond our expectations by helping my wife and granddaughter hang all the blinds back up as well as some knickknacks my wife wanted hung. Those guys were fantastic. Whoever hires the painters at Arizona Painting Company keep hiring guys like Rudy and his fellow painter. As a matter of fact, we asked for them to come back to paint our garage doors once the HOA gave approvals. They have and we want Rudy to do the painting. Well done guys!!!!!!

Everything seemed good at first. I received a decent price quote for having my home repainted. The paint crew that showed up was on time and very friendly. The prep work seemed sub par and it shows at this time. The cracks in the stucco that were repaired with elastomeric patch are showing through again in many spots and it's been less than a month since the lob was completed. My back wall was painted to match the color of the house. I'm not even sure it was power washed and there's paint peel in a 1area already. My initial rep said more than likely it would be primed but that did not happen. After the house was painted I had to make repeated statements about all the stucco cracks that were not patched in the initial prep stage. Shouldn't this have been done up front before painting the house? Had to ask to have the gaps around the windows caulked. Again, initial estimator said that's part of the prep stage. I had to point out every window that I wanted caulked. Again...Why do I have to ask the crew to caulk the gaps and elastomeric patch the cracks in stucco? The best part is for last. I paid a 50% deposit up front. I wanted to see the final product firsthand before I paid the balance due. I received calls every few hours saying the job was done and I need to call the office to pay the balance. I received calls from the office asking for payment and I couldn't see the finished product. This is very frustrating considering what was going on throughout the entire job. Why the urgency for payment when I can see the end result? Job was left dirty. The paint scraped off the eaves was in my rocks. There was paint overspray on my travertine pavers. I had to make a call to front office to have it cleaned up. Still pieces in the rocks I've picked up myself. The crew took off my coach lights off the garage. They lost the hardware that mounted the lights to the garage (bronze decorative round nuts). Those were replaced with chrome hex nuts as if I wouldn't notice. I made a call to front office. Everybody seemed concerned. Those were replaced with painted gray plastic hex nuts. Again doesn't match..looks really tacky. One plastic nut broke and my coach light is at at angle hanging on for dear life. I was promised these would be replace going on a week and a half and nothing. At least I have extra paint so I can fix the cracks myself, touch up the back wall, and track down some hardware to mount my coach lights. Arizona Painting has good reviews but no way I'm paying to get this treatment again.

Javier and Julio removed my popcorn ceilings. They were very respectful to me and my furnishings. They were very professional and along with working well together their work was exceptional. They left my home neat and clean. Removing popcorn ceilings is very messy. Javier and Julio did the job in 2 days plus a couple more hours. This too was exceptional.

Wow! What a great experience throughout. I had Doug C. come out for an estimate in March of 2013 and in August I called him back to sign the paperwork. I was not in town for the week that they painted the house so I was curious to see how it looked. On Saturday, Sept. 14th, Joe Bucko, the foreman came by to do a walkaround to see what I thought. If you don't know Joe...well you need to meet him..Enthusiasm for his work and the perfection and attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend AZ Painting for all your painting needs. You will not be disappointed!!

I was in a hurry to get my house painted and on the market. I called for a bid on a Thursday. Friday I was quoted a fair price, then on Saturday and Sunday the house was painted!

The job was done properly and after a walk through and a couple touch up spots by the painters, we parted ways with a smile and a hand shake.

Well, this is a difficult one. I will say that APC did try to make this right.

I hired APC to paint my entire home inside. The home was vacant and I scheduled floor work to be done a couple days after the painting was to b completed. Even though their quote was a bit higher then others I chose APC because of good reviews and the Angie's list connection.

Things started badly and then got worse. On day 1 of a planned 3 day job the painter showed but complained that his helper didn't show. Not much work was done that day and even less on day 2. I explained to the painter that by day 5 he must be done as the floor people will be coming in on day 6. He said that would be no problem except that he may need day 6 to paint the garage. Needless to say the paint job wasn't completed by day 6 and the painter and floor people had to work around each other. I was out of town at the time and had to coordinate this between the two companies by phone.

Upon my return I noticed some issues with the job. A different painter from APS came out and spent an entire day fixing the the problems. So in the end the paint job was done better than I could do it but not as good as I've seen in other places I've lived. I imagine that if a properly skilled painter had been assigned to my job from the beginning then my job would have been up to par.

My advice is to ask them how long the painter has been with the company. If the painter is new, then pass. You don;t need them to be trying out new employees on your job.

Good sales experience with Doug and pricing seems market fair, however, a great deal of overspray and lack of attention resulted in some re-work and permanent damage.

We used Arizona Painting for both of our homes interior and exterior. Interior of one used their standard semi-gloss white paint, which is still sticky to the touch after almost a month! Overspray on expensive automatic pet door created unsightly appearance. It appears that patching of picture holes and damage to baseboards was repaired with caulking instead of spackle, never sanded and just painted over very rough surfaces. Blinds that were removed for painting were stepped on and damaged and replacement slats are going to cost us over $100. Obviously, over time, we are noticing more and more. On the other house, things went pretty well and we are left with an OK experience and would just recommend presence during work and scrutiny during process, especially masking.

I did my research and every where that I checked the Arizona Painting Company ranked very well. While they were a little higher in price you pay for quality. Well, not this time. Very disappointed. Very poor quality control during and after the job. I had them paint both the inside and outside of a vacant house. First was told that it would take 2-3 days once the painting got started, plus an extra day if needed. It took them 5 days just to paint, They only sent 2 painters to do this entire job. Total job completion almost 2 weeks due to all the mess and damage that they caused. My painter Victor and his lady helper made such a mess of this painting job it's hard to believe that this company receives high marks for their service. I was later told that Victor is also one of their supervisors, really? On the outside they made a huge mess at my neighbors house when they pressure washed my house. That mess set there for nearly 2 weeks before it was cleaned up. Neighbor was not happy. They did such a poor job prepping my wooden patio posts that they all had to be redone after the first painting. Some how they made a huge paint mess on my new cinder block wall. I happened to stop by and saw the mess just after it happened but instead of washing the paint off when it was still fresh and wet the painters waited for 4 days to try to clean it. Then they used a high-pressure washer and ruined my new wall and never did get all the paint off. I also have a special painted back patio concrete and they got paint on it also. There is paint everywhere on the ground. The inside is even worse. I notice that the painter used industrial masking tape on all the kitchen cabinets. When the tape came off so did the finish coating off of the trim, ruined them. Took them 2 weeks just to replace them. They did not remove the wall plates to paint behind them, The walls still have the old paint color on them. There is paint on ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and door knobs. When finished they even failed to remove all the tape from items that they covered, such as smoke detectors, hinges, etc.. They also painted the inside of my garage as well and got paint all over the floor which has a special garage floor coating. Also, each day when the painters cleaned up all of their tools and equipment, they did it in a corner of my back yard all over my back yard decorative gravel that surrounds my back yard. Too lazy to even take into the alley. Big time mess. I paid nearly $4,800 for this poor painting service. After all the damage, they did replace the kitchen cabinet trim but with all of the other damage that is still every where from my back yard wall, paint on floors. They finally felt that they did all that they wanted to do to try to fix some issues and did not seem to worry about other problems and issues that I brought to their attention and that all that they could do was to reduce my total price by $250.00. It will cost me more than that to fix just the wall not including my time to now go and finish cleaning up all the mess that is still there. So sad, I had such high hopes using this company. Will not ever recommend them.

Here’s a contractor that lives up to what they say they’ll do at a reasonable price. Mike D and Sean where absolutely awesome. These guys were professional and prompt. Sean was here at the crack of dawn and working. I couldn’t ask for better. If I were still in business these are the kind of employees we look for. Stunning work, no over sprays and everything was left clean.

Hired Arizona Painting Company to do some minor drywall work and paint an entire large home. They were the lowest bidder by a fair margin and now I know why. The drywall work was acceptable, but texture matching on large areas was very mediocre. Most (not all) of the walls are well painted, but there are a lot details that are really sloppy. Many paint spots on the downstairs tile from the ceiling. Several spots on the carpet where paint was spilled and then just wiped up. Carpet edges along the baseboards are really sloppy in many places. A number of switch plates were not removed prior to painting which can leave a sloppy look when that plate has to be removed and replaced. To top it off they replaced a lot of the hinge pin door-stops backwards, which actually results in a hole being poked in hollow core doors.

Great job! Luis was the foreman. He had great attention to detail, did a nice job of prepping; taping, covering, patching drywall, filling holes, etc., so the completed job looks wonderful.
Only drawback - they mistakenly ordered a different paint than I had requested: Spartashield instead of Spartazero. They were perfectly willing to change it but I made the mistake of taking the Spartashield, which has stronger 'paint fumes.'

Miserable experience! They didn’t show up on time. Postponed til another day. Then showed up short handed and clueless as to what needed to be painted, even after a thorough consultation. The painter had no idea what color of paint was needed, and did not have any paint brushes, rollers or other supplies. He would have to “get those” along with the paint. Canceled, and will never again use this company.

The positive out of all of this was that the owner Joe was willing to try and make things right - not once but twice and for that I couldn't rate the total experience at just 1 star.

Jess and Oswaldo treated our home as if it were their own. Everything looks wonder. I would highly recommend this company.

Professional, timely and they did an amazing job! I could not be more please with the work that Arizona Painting Company did on my house! I will use them next to do the inside!
