Absolutely terrible, the HOA in my neighborhood contracted them to paint and the workers are terrible. They are extremely loud and rude. They take breaks for hours and scream at each other the entire time. They drive recklessly in the neighborhood. They got over spray everywhere. Left garbage everywhere. Terrible workers no pride in their trade.

Hiring Evolution was a huge mistake for our community. Their workers littered, sped down streets and alleyways, used property without seeking permission from the homeowners, damaged items...all with zero accountability. Their communication during the project was abysmal. At this point, we have decided to just get them to leave the property, and we will hire another company to correct the mistakes. Do not recommend.

We had Peter and his team out for some window and shower leaks that ended up requiring large sections of sheetrock and stucco repairs. In my experience, most companies send 1-2 people at a time and work on a job like this for weeks but Evolution sent an impressive crew with all the required skills to do the whole job in less than 2 days. Everyone arrived on time both days, worked with a great sense of care and purpose then left the job site spotless. I couldn’t be more happy with the work. Thanks Peter!

Chad, Brad, Cliff and Anthony are very professional and have excellent customer service with HOA management and with our Homeowners. I have been in the HOA industry for over 8 years and was very impressed when each day I walked the property, I saw the crew being managed professionally and they kept the job site well maintained. The Association hired Evolution to complete our exterior paint above Building entrances, Common Area courtyards, Pool, and the garage driveway. They utilized a boom lift and directed traffic safely. Their crew kept the grounds clean from all paint debris by prepping the job site each morning and cleaning up after they finished for the day. This was a 5 day project and they communicated with me and our Board of Directors in a timely manner. They structured their schedule according to our needs and completed the project on time. We have another exterior paint project scheduled next year and will definately hire Evolution.

Evolution Construction Services is in the process of large stucco wall and wrought iron fencing repair and painting project for us. They are doing an excellent job. They previously completed two projects - a mid-sized and large exterior painting project - and the Associations were very pleased with the work, product and professionalism of the company.
