I called Sereno custom fence and gates and got an immediate response. Juan was professional and made time to meet same day. I needed a large 26 ft. automatic gate re-fabricated and he was honest and gave me a fair price to do the job. He offered online payment which made it convenient for me as I was out of town. He guaranteed the craft and workmanship of the gate and also would service it if anything went wrong. The work was done on time that they stated. Very responsive and easy to work with. The gate was crafted with solid materials and strong welds which will withstand the test of time. I look forward to using them for gates in the future. Highly recommended these guys are good!

Top quality material used! This company does not play games. Called on Wednesday job completed Friday. Did not cut any corners. Will definitely refer this company

When I called the company out I received a great response. They showed up the same day to look at the gate that needed to be repaired. They told me no problem they could come out within a week to get it fixed. They sent a bid and the bid basically read Fix gate $660 when I asked for clarification I was rebuffed but I was anxious to get the gate fixed. When they showed up they did nothing with the gate except try to add a long piece that stuck out into the drive area. Said it was fixed and would send a bill. The gate worked for a day or so and then stopped working again. I called someone else out and they said it looks like the other company didn't do anything. The second company was able to get the gate working and it has been working ever since. This company is terrible!

Where do I begin? This company was amazing and affordable we were looking for a reliable contractor to erect a wood fence for us and we located Sereno Custom Wood & Gates. I wanted something different from the usual block gray wall everyone has. So I hired this business and from start to finish everything was a breeze. Extremely knowledgeable and punctual they arrived on time and my fence was up in 2 days flat! Never left any scraps behind cleaned up everything and even removed an old chain link fence.

Juan also goes out of his way to assist his customers I’m disabled and he picked up a few panels we were short on because we had ordered some of the wrong materials due to another contractor dropping the ball on us and abandoning the job. But Juan fixed everything and made my home extremely beautiful.

Very disappointed 0 stars! I spoke to Juan personally on Monday he stated he would stop by the afternoon to give me a quote. He Never showed up. I decided to give him till Wednesday still no call no show. By Wednesday evening I texted again asking if he was still going to give me a quote. No call back, no text nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I'm definitely happy I didn't decide to contract the company. If this is the way they treat their customers I couldn't handle the no communication. Now I understand the other person rating them so poorly.
FYI: I understand the shortage on personal and material. My issue is the no call back, no quote no information.

I filled out my request for an estimate online for a wood fence, and I requested for an early morning time slot the next day. They arrived at that time, and gave a fair estimate.
I then called 6 days later, and they were able to start on my timeline. They arrived on time, kept in communication with me, they were easy to work with, no pressure, very upfront and honest, l loved the finished product, and they did it ALL IN ONE DAY!
I have already asked for another quote on another project from them.
I recommend them over and over again!

Not in a rush for replacing my RV Gate as I've been told that people are backed up. I get that, times are a little stressful. Waiting wasn't a big deal.

But I asked for a quote. 3 days in, still no quote. I was told 2 days in a row I would get it that day...nothing.

I've called, texted, texted pics, followed up.

Nada.

Will not use these guys and don't suggest that anyone else does either.

Juan was available and timely in giving me an estimate on replacing an old wooden fence. His crew worked quietly and efficiently and, when an additional problem was noted, took care of it right away. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the courtesy and efficiency of this job. I heartily recommend them to others.

I’m very impressed with the quality of work I received from Sereno Custom Fence & Gates. Juan showed up on Sunday with a reasonable quote for our RV and side gates. He said it would be finished by the end of the week and kept his promise. The gentlemen are courteous and professional.

Juan the owner is very easy to work with. The price is very reasonable. He works fast he gave a quote Saturday and said he’ll be back Friday to install the gate. He came Friday and installed and painted the gate all in one day. I highly recommend his company if you need the job done fast, good price and, great quality!

Juan and his team are amazing! They did an excellent job on my RV gate today and installation. I will definitely use them in the future for any gate, fencing, or brick work. I will be telling my friends and family to use them for sure.They came as promised and throughly finished the job. Exceeded my expectations!!

Juan Sereno came out to look around and create an estimate for fencing and gates, front and back yards. He asked me to text my email address so he could send some pictures and his estimate. Never heard from him again. I prompted him 2 additional times about when I could expect hearing from him.

I'm very disappointed to have had my time wasted. We want multiple estimates and ideas for our job and his was one of the 3 companies we contacted. I certainly expected better from a 5 star company!

How often do you come across a person of honestly and trust? Well Juan, the owner of Sereno Fence, is one of those people. He came on a Saturday, diagnosed what the problem, and said that he could come back on Monday and fix it, or I could do it myself today by getting the parts at a hardware store. Juan went throught the steps of how I can do it myself. He did not charge me a penny, refused to accept payment because he did not do a repair. I recommend this company without any reservations.

On July 30, our 40' Eucalyptus Tree was blown over by a monsoon storm. We contacted several contractors, and were told that it would be 3-4 weeks till they cold even come to give us a bid. Then some just said they could give me an estimate via a photo. And still, 3-4 weeks before they could do it. Serenos gave us a bid and were going to start work that week. They showed up on time and were so nice. The job was so beautiful. My husband and I can not recommend this company any higher than 5 stars or we would. Competative prices and beautiful work.

Very impressed with this company. They gave us an estimate on Friday and the gate was built and installed by Sunday, including cement column. The workers were very polite and worked very hard. The gate itself was exactly what we wanted, he did all the work he said he would do included taking down the old makeshift gate/mess that was up there. So no kidding he gave us a bid on Friday 3/2/18 and they were done with new gate and installed on Sunday 3/4/18.

These guys don’t return phone calls or answer the phone. Another useless fencing company. Don’t waste your time on these guys

This company did not show up for two successive appointments. I am happy that I did not use them since they are obviously not reliable. Really thoughtless and cost be two days of my time waiting around for them. Several other people have made this same complaint.

This company is truly outstanding. Their work is timely, and the staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition, the rates are fantastic. I’ve used them several times and have always been extremely happy. I don’t leave reviews often, but these guys deserve it.

I hired Sereno custom fence and gates on Friday. They started on Sunday finished Monday. They replaced an old swinging gate into a large rolling RV gate. They literally constructed the gate on site. Kept our dogs from leaving the yard while working cleaned up afterwards

Amazing job from start to finish installing a new RV gate, quick turn around, great service and communication at a good price. Highly recommend.

Sereno Custom Fence never showed up at our arranged time to give me an estimate. We called to find out what was going on, but no one would answer the phone call or respond to text messages. Not sure how they are rated so highly.

These folks stepped into the breach when no one else would help with our fencing / privacy challenge. Juan came up with a creative solution then executed it literally within a matter of hours once we decided. The result is aesthetically pleasing and totally effective for our backyard privacy. The service was affordable and very fast. Recommended highly!

Juan and the rest of the Sereno team were wonderful to work with. We had them extend our existing block wall and then install a custom RV Gate. The design process was smooth with Juan lending his expertise, their prices were very competitive, and they finished the job well ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier!
