This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

An app along with a brochure kit gives you immediate access to their services. The contractors arrive within the specified timeframe and complete the job in a timely manner and leave the workspace clean. At the completion of the job, a project manager comes to inspect the work and answer any questions that you may have. They also follow up to see if you are satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.
