Installation of new shower and bath went very smoothly. The installers were efficient and professional—-very meticulous. The only disappointment was the quality (appearance) of the brushed nickel fixtures. We have had brushed nickel fixtures in other areas of our home that needed very little attention to keep them looking good. These fixtures are extremely difficult to keep looking good. But, I could highly recommend the company.

Happy with the service will use again.

Quotes were given on a timely basis, and I was always informed of any change in pricing, which needed to be approved prior to completion.

Service Project: Front door installation.Crew arrived early in the time frame given me (8:00 - 10:00A). After identification, immediately proceeded with removal of old door(s) and installation of new door. Team worked as such and project completed by 11:00A. My House Looks Spiffy. Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.

Love my new shower. 49 year old shower demo'd down to the studs - a complete remodel. All contractors were excellent - the tile crew Daniel and Rick, the plumber Tim, and Jonathan the shower doors installer - leak-proof! The owner-Allen and office staffs Shelly and Lana were all great to work with and ensured complete satisfaction. Love taking a shower now, recommend.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

Honest and reliable

Our recent shower installation by Rebath was not the same excellent experience as our previous one, 1 year ago.
A couple of months ago, Rebath removed an old jet tub and old shower then installed a new custom, walk-in shower with bench in our master bathroom. They told us it would take 3 days. It took 6 days. Plus, another week because they dropped one of our glass doors during installation and had to order another one. Plus, we had to get them back out 2 more times for a leak in the wall and a shower head that would not stop running. I do give Dale kudos for coming out and fixing everything right and as quickly as he could. We had absolutely not one problem with our first Rebath shower installation, and it took 2.5 days to complete.

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

I worked with Robert and he was very honest and fair. He also did good work and has great customer service. I would recommend him for remodels or almost any of your construction needs. Great experience.
