I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. I am pleased beyond measure with my newly updated home and cannot thank Phoenix Home Remodeling enough for their time, effort, and personalization they put in to making this project well worth the investment. A slow leak in our kitchen turned into an unexpected full remodel, with new cabinets, quartz, etc. We were referred to Diamond Kitchen & Bath by good friends and are very grateful for their referral--much less our great experience thus far.

Mike Johnson and his team are most knowledgeable, professional, competent, and friendly too. Mike's extensive experience, attention to detail, and also his many various suggestions will be put to great use once our new kitchen is complete.

In such an unexpected situation, comparison/price shopping was not possible. In addition to all that Mike and Diamond offer, their pricing is ultra-competitive as well. We highly recommend Diamond.

Working with Veny was a pleasure. He helped me select the best option for the built-in desk top. He did a beautiful job installing it. He also cut a top for a table base that I had which turned out great! The picture is after Veny's install and during the upper cabinet installation.

This is the third house that we have used Granite Transformations . This is a great company to work with. They are always on time. Their very clean and their work staff are very nice.
Sean Mucci is very informative about his company and about the product they use. He explained everything in detail.
So there were no questions about what was going or when it was going to happen.

My review is for the customer service at the warehouse, not for any actual work done at my home.
A few weeks ago, one of Superiors employees came to our house, took measurements, and gave us an estimate. To my surprise, they were quite a bit cheaper in price for granite counters than other estimates I received.
Yesterday, my husband and I drove an hour to visit their warehouse. Had I known the customer service (or lack there of) was going to be so bad, we would have never wasted our Saturday going in. As we walked in the door, we were greeted by a young lady. She was helpful. I asked for our salesman (the same guy who did our estimate.) She said he just stepped out but will be back shortly, then walked us to the back warehouse and told us to look around until he gets back. That is were the customer service ends!!
About 10 minutes later, the sales guy shows up and asks if we see anything we like. Nothing in the warehouse is labeled price-wise, so we had to ask for prices on the few pieces we liked off the bat. The salesman phone rang, and he disappeared for 5-10 mins with us just waiting to get prices on other granite styles. When he came back, we asked for prices on another price. He was texting or trying to pick up his phone hen disappeared again. This happened multiple time in the 40 mins or so we were there. My husband and I finally got mad that we couldn't get any help and left.
I am all for saving money, but would rather pay extra to get quality service. If the service is this bad in the warehouse, God only knows what would happen when our kitchen was getting worked on.

The remodeling of our shower was an absolute nightmare with RWR. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but took over 2 months due to lack of communication and poor craftsmanship. After leaving 3 messages asking to speak to a supervisor we got a call back from the accountant. While he was very nice it wasn't his job to handle escalated issues. They say they are about customer service and making the process stress free but it was quite the opposite experience. We did a lot of the leg work and dealt with a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. We heard a lot of apologies along the way but in the end there are still craftsmanship issues we simply have to live with. We spent way too much money to deal with what we did. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

Working with Micah was a wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable, good at design work and made some very thoughtful suggestions. The bath turned out beautifully. We will definitely be back!

I got a recommendation off of Next Door and I’m so glad I did. Daniel came out the next day for the estimate, gave me the price to install on the spot. I ended up going to the yard to pick out a slab and have it delivered to him for fabrication. I was working with Lowes and they were taking so long I cancelled my contract and got my money back. The countertops look amazing. He actually cut the slab I bought so perfectly. The heavy variation part of the slab he placed on the island and I couldn’t even tell a seam was made at the sink as I had an apron sink installed and they had to cut around it. Don’t listen to bad reviews. The pictures speak for themselves.
