Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team. Y'all ROCK!!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

Jacuzzi was amazing from start to finish. Our sales rep was wonderful. What really blew them out of the water was the team that came to do our our install. Jon B and Cameron B. were professional and so nice!

My wife and I had them redo our master bath shower. Mark at Sunset Tile got the job done right! Polite, professional and got the job done in an acceptable amount of time. They worked with our schedule and even around the city of Phoenix repaving our cul de sac. Thanks again team, we love our new shower!

I had such a great experience with Dan and his team. From the start, Dan was very communicative, honest, and straight forward about the entire process/pricing/scheduling/etc. When he came over to do the estimate, I knew he was very knowledgeable in his field... I had done a lot of research on my own prior to calling him. He was able to offer many options for my project to fit my needs. He told me that his price would be a little higher than other companies, but that it would be done well and done right. I told him that I would much rather pay a little more and have it done correctly the first time, without any hassle, and on schedule. After the installation, I noticed one small issue with one of my cabinet doors, and he took care of it immediately, with urgency. Planning, design, and installation were all so easy and non-invasive. Could'n't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely refer him and use him again for future projects! Before and after photos are included! Thank you Dan and team!

Canyon was super helpful with deciding the layout of my kitchen, and which cabinets would work best, and where they would work best.

There was also a tricky situation where there wouldn’t be space available for a cabinet, but he found a clever solution where that space would be covered up by a panel matching the rest of the cabinets.
