We had an appointment with them for over two weeks. The day of the appointment after waiting for someone to show up we decided to call just to be told that our appointment had been canceled due to a scheduling conflict on their end. We never received a phone call or text message stating they canceled our appointment. They have lost a potential customer!!!!Bad customer service equals bad business!!!I had to leave 1 star because zero star weren’t an option.

Luis completed two bathroom showers in a very timely manner. Nick was awesome at installing the shower doors. It was great to have Chris B. to oversee the project as the project manger. He was very much on top of things. Thank you DreamStyle!

I have to admit that I had some anxiety about redoing our master bathroom. Those fears were alliviated by the great customer service we received from Re-Bath. Kevin, our project designer, came up with solutions to the unique challenges of our bathroom. He was responsive to our questions when they arose. Aaron, our project technician, did an amazing job with our bath to shower conversion. His excellent work ethic, professionalism, and friendly attitude were outstanding! He also kept us informed about each stage of the process. I appreciated that everyone that was a part of the process was on the Group Me app. It was a great way to communicate throughout the process.

He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Silverado was great! They tore out two of our 20 year old fiberglass tubs and put in two walk in showers. We also had the vanities replaced and everything came out perfect. We love our new showers. Troy and his crew were fantastic.

We absolutely loved working with Nick-Mustache Approved Remodeling. From the very beginning and throughout the project my husband and I were so impressed by Nick’s professionalism, his organizational skills, and his integrity. He is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Nick transformed our 14 foot heavy stucco fireplace into a beautiful focal point in our living room. This project required someone who has a lot of creativity and the ability to think outside the box and boy did Nick deliver. Another reviewer referred to Nick as a rock star and he is. Nick provides very detailed plans, lists exactly what will be completed each day, and sticks to the timeline. His sound (tv), paint, drywall, and tile subcontractors were also very professional and committed to the highest quality of work. This was the best remodel experience we have had and that is due to Nick. He is just a a pleasure to work with. If you can get him to take on your remodel project you will not regret it.
