Matt and Manny did a fantastic job remodeling my walk-in shower Monday 3/22/21. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions regarding various issues during the course of the remodel. My wife and I could not be happier with our new shower system. Our old porcelain tub was an embarrassment. After careful consideration of all our options, we called Dreamstyle remodeling. Everyone we came in contact with from the Design Consultant Cory Pfister to our Installation Manager William Francis and the 2 shower installers, Dana Gannon and Jared Wingler, everyone was professional and courteous and went out of their way to ensure minimal construction mess. Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. Johnny M was absolutely great with our 2 bathroom remodels! He was always on time, very informative and communicated anytime he needed to let us know about something he was addressing or fixing. Always provided picture updates at the end of the day and was quick to respond whenever we had questions about something. Would definitely have Rebath and certificates Johnny take care of our home! Stopped in to see about a bathroom remodel. First off the photos here on Google are very misleading this place is tiny with a small selection of tile and cabinets, no tubs or shower to look at. When we walked in the gentleman working was with some customers and came up to us and with not even a greeting I'm with customers zero customer service skills.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Very professional staff, quality installers, great results

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Stronghold was one of the best if not the best home contractor that I've ever worked with. Trevor was attentive and communicative, always available when we had questions or concerns. He offered suggestions when we decided to change directions during the project consultation and was able to offer design services to help us bring the project off the way we had imagined. The quality of his work was excellent, and you could tell by the level of detail that he took pride in his work. We will be using Stronghold Remodeling again!
