Working with Randy Smith on our kitchen and master bath was a genuine pleasure. He has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience. We especially liked that he could translate our rough descriptions and drawings into something meaningful that we could see clearly. The store has a lot of product, displays, and samples so the choices were initially overwhelming. Since there were many decisions to make we greatly appreciated Randy’s patience and guidance. Additionally, he steered us to what best fit our requirements and budget instead of pushing us in a one-size-fits-all direction. No hard-sell pressure – just good, honest salesmanship and a concern for doing right by the customer.

I also want to mention the great installation job Leroy did. Not only is he skilled but also very meticulous about his workmanship. It was a large installation that took a week but he always cleaned up at the end of day. When he started, there were empty spaces and no trash. When he left, there were beautiful cabinets and no trash. BTW, Home Depot was one of three options we were considering and the rep we were working with recommended finding our own installers.

Finally, the out the door price was not the lowest but the quality of Diamond’s products and the service made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision. Now that everything is complete and we are enjoying our new kitchen and master bathroom, that feeling has not changed.

When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

Great Company to work with! Aaron, Danny, Steve, Mike and the whole crew are professional, fair and take care of their customers and vendors. We love working with them because of this, and the fact that their work is top-notch!

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

I am honestly so impressed with this company. everyone has been amazing. they sent a salesman to my house and he didnt try to upsell me. I told him that I was interested in the $29 sf deal and he wrote me out a quote that same day. he was great. next came the man who did the measurements and again amazing. he even explained the whole process of how they measure and the equipment he was using and it really is interesting and impressive. then came install day. those guys worked so hard getting everything perfect in my imperfect kitchen. you cannot see the seam, the granite is beautiful, everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. it is a little difficult to get someone on the phone but so worth it. they were also on time with each scheduled appointment. i noticed the truck mentioned they do flooring which is next on my to do list and I will definitely be calling them.

Had shower doors installed in late Jan 2019, and of Mar18 2019 still have not had bad side of shower doors replaced

We cannot say enough about the Cornerstone Cabinet Company team. We are so pleased with the cabinets that we chose with Chris's help. He knows what he is doing. :) He is very honest and upfront and makes your dreams come to life!
Vincent and Sabastian came out to install our cabinets and they were so polite, respectful and true perfectionists. They worked so hard and answered every question and concern. We cannot find even one small complaint with the install...it is perfect.

Their design team gave us the multiple options for redesigning the kitchen. Over and above that, practical suggestions and recommendations. Recommended!

Found some superb deals on paint & other things for the outside of the house, and a gorgeous sideboard at the best price we'd seen anywhere! Now we check ReStore first when we start a project.

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

“I would recommend Affinity Kitchens because anyone that I recommend to them will be happy with the work they do. Affinity is up to date with the Design Community. We had some questions with regards to appliances and a 6' Gallery Sink and they did the research for us and found the answers. I felt really comfortable working with their Kitchen Designer Norman M and I am happy with the end result.”

Samuel took out bathtubs in downstairs and upstairs bathrooms and replaced with huge showers. He did the job professionally and on time. Samuel never took a break and was on time and worked late to get the job completed above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Samuel.

All Hail Micah!! I was very happy with my entire experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath but Micah has definitely raised the bar. My original salesman told me it was no hurry to return a faucet I didn’t like and pick up some additional trim pieces. Life being life, it ended up almost a year before I called again. My salesman no longer works there. Although I expected some drama, Micah made it all a very pleasant experience. I will continue to recommend this place whenever I have a chance. And do yourself a favor and have them do the install too. The paltry sum I saved by hiring someone else was not worth it. Leave it to Micah and his trusty staff! Five stars indeed.

I am totally impressed with this unique concept, combining successful real estate listing with lovely offerings for remodel and design elements on the boutique side! HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!! if I could put no stars I would. Had someone come out to measure, quote and show for a kitchen remodel. Waited for email and contacted back after nothing 2 days after told. Then attempted to contact again and no response, just ghosted. Then attempted twice to call directly from the number on website, just to see if the company cared to respond. First daywas told a supervisor would call me that day. Then next day stated no supervisor called and they said they would have someone call me that day. Still nothing!!! From ANYONE!!
