John and Mike are great. I first met the Allure crew when my master bathroom shower pan failed. John let me create a wheelchair accessible bathroom out of a very small space. Six months later I finally decided to remodel my 1970's kitchen. The final product was amazing.

John allowed me to implement my designs. When picking tiles, John was a phone call away to confirm measurements or advise on products. I also sourced some reclaimed ceiling tiles which with team work made a wonderful back splash. Mike would consult on installation issues. I am planning the next bathroom to be remodeled, can't wait to hire the Allure crew again. I will post pictures soon.

We decided to use Re-Bath to remodel our master shower. There was plenty of communication leading up to the job about who to expect and when. They even sent pictures of who would be coming out. At each step they checked in for placement of shower head and shelves. They were very clean while they worked. Put down cardboard and cloths to protect my flooring. At the end of each day they cleaned up the workspace and sent a progress photo. I was never out of the loop or surprised. They were nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Brad and his team at Re-Bath for any of your remodel needs!

I am thoroughly impressed in every way possible. I had a large doggie door that needed to be repaired since the passing of my dog. Every person I dealt with was professional, helpful, on time and GREAT customer service. I am now considering updating my master bathroom and will definitely use them for this project. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Anthony worked with our budget. We were remodeling a 35-year-old townhome. Anthony was always responsive and actually came to the location and gave us valuable input that we would not have known regarding location of specific type of drawers in specific locations of the kitchen, best ways to remodel and upgrade bathrooms etc. he was very hands on .

Worked with Logan at the Tatum location and he was great to work with, had good suggestions, and he followed up with our order. Great customer service. Their showroom had what we were looking for so we could really check it out and not just look at pictures.

I used Avonti to build and install a custom cultured marble shower a couple years back. When everyone else told me they couldn't do custom work I learned of Avanti. They were recommended to me by my step dad who is a certified plumber and pipe welder. I was intriged by his recommendation because he is extremely picky. He is a skilled tradesman and has worked alongside and for many such companies. He rarely has much good to say about such companies, but he raved about Avanti. After having them install my shower I can see why. The shower still looks as good as the day they installed and it is the envy of everyone who sees it. Their work speaks for itself. They made my custom dream a reality and were pleasent to do business with. As a business owner myself I was impressed. I recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Really, this should be 4.5 rating. ABA did replacement master shower on one of our rental homes. They did excellent job from what tenant has reported to us. Personally I have not yet inspected, but trust my tenants totally. Only two issues, they were not consistent on start date, byt they accomodated tenants schedule every way they could, and got to the job as high priority, even though not requested.

Kept both myself and tenants up to speed on every step of the process, start to finish. They were NOT exactly on same page with their installers, schedulers etc... on the impact building materials would make to the inhabitants of the structure (ex: birds, dragons, snakes, people & others)

Overall the new shower install looks fabulous, they worked in extremely timely matter & if we need this type of service WE WILL DEFINATELY CONSIDER THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
