My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. As my girlfriend and I were planning to move in together, we decided on a full remodel of my 25-year-old home. We researched contractors throughout the greater Phoenix area. Initial factors which led to our decision to hire TWD included being a Certified Partner of Rosie on the House, the overall independent reviews and the preliminary information on their website outlining their process including their on-line project management tool.

Working with Ron Labrie through the design phase was a pleasure. He ensured all details were addressed. From his extensive experience, he quickly assessed our preferences and overall style and provided suggestions which helped us narrow the multitude of decisions to be made. He is also familiar with the newest products and design trends but balances that with timeless recommendations that will stand the test of time. Ron also recommended design features that we would never have thought to include. His detailed plans provided an assurance that all the details were addressed and provided the needed information for HOA-related changes. His humor and “tell it like it is” approach was greatly appreciated and resulted in a fabulous finished project.
The project began with a job meeting at our home. Expecting to meet with the project manager and designer, I was pleasantly surprised when each of those responsible for major parts (electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, etc.) of the remodeling also attended and reviewed each of the steps of the project which allowed us to catch any last-minute changes. This reduced the need for change orders during the project. An online job calendar which was updated daily with photos of each step completed was available throughout the process.

Our project manager, Austin, was in constant communication checking in on each step to ensure any major decision points during the process were correct. He was responsive to our questions and any change inquiries had. And, Austin was excellent in spotting and changing any work that was not up to their standard.

Despite moving out during the complete remodeling, we never felt out of the loop and we can say that the overall experience was not only exciting but also a pleasure. TWD helps take the complexity out of a remodeling project. The work was completed right on schedule. Without a doubt, we would recommend TWD for any of your remodeling needs. Their attentiveness, professionalism and customer service were evident throughout the project and resulted in a beautiful remodeling exceeding our expectations.

I had a great experience with Brower Remodeling. Project was fair in pricing, we were able to get started right away and work was completed and cleaned up in a week. Ross and crew were always on time and very detail oriented. Would recommend to friends and family.

We hired Rebath to take out a sunken 43 year old cast iron tub, fill the hole to make it flush with the floor, raise the plumbing & install a new walk in shower. Alex Chavez was our technician. He was completely professional, knowledgeable, & informative. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would each day & worked hard all day. He completed the whole job in 3 days and it is BEAUTIFUL! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The customer service Rebath provides is second to none! We couldn’t be more satisfied with our beautiful new shower. Thanks to everyone who had a part in our job. And especially thank you Alex.

When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

I worked with Randy Smith at the Tatum location and he was wonderful! I remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms and the cabinets and quartz counter turned out beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted. Randy kept in touch regularly to keep me updated on my purchase and checked in several times after everything was installed. And if I ever had questions he was always available to take my calls and emails. I highly recommend DK&B!

Love my Kitchen! It's been over a year and still, every time I empty my dishwasher, I think about how much I love my kitchen. Funny, right? But my old kitchen wasn't very functional, and emptying the dishwasher was opening and closing the dishwasher door several times to put everything away. Now I have so much storage and counter space, everything is laid out with purpose with double islands, and I love the modern look of the cabinets and how they seamlessly integrates with the more traditional living room!! Now it's time to update the bathrooms and we'll be calling Greg at Avanti Kitchen and Bath again in the spring!

Found some superb deals on paint & other things for the outside of the house, and a gorgeous sideboard at the best price we'd seen anywhere! Now we check ReStore first when we start a project.

Attention: I vented too soon. I finally got up the nerve to call Legacy and they were nice enough to grant me an appointment. Our misunderstanding was cleared up and a trust was formed and now Legacy is remodeling my bathroom. It has been nothing but a positive and professional experience working with them. These are The Professionals folks. These are the good guys who are sharp, honest, organized and very experienced,. And a very important thing, is that they are Licensed and they also have that Great Reputation that comes with them! And they make sure to live up to it! They keep you informed of each step along the way. I am so happy that I chose Legacy and I know you will be too.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

I am honestly so impressed with this company. everyone has been amazing. they sent a salesman to my house and he didnt try to upsell me. I told him that I was interested in the $29 sf deal and he wrote me out a quote that same day. he was great. next came the man who did the measurements and again amazing. he even explained the whole process of how they measure and the equipment he was using and it really is interesting and impressive. then came install day. those guys worked so hard getting everything perfect in my imperfect kitchen. you cannot see the seam, the granite is beautiful, everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. it is a little difficult to get someone on the phone but so worth it. they were also on time with each scheduled appointment. i noticed the truck mentioned they do flooring which is next on my to do list and I will definitely be calling them.
