Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

Phoenix Home Remodeling did a fantastic job for me. They did all my floors, 2 bathrooms and my kitchen in 5 weeks (one of which I was away on vacation) without going a dollar over the original budget. Ben’s project management skills take all the work off of me. All I had to do was pick things out and he did the rest. Mark did a fantastic job with every detail. His workmanship is exceptional as is the work of their tile team. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the price and the most of all the overall customer experience. No words can adequately express the incredible, professional, job that Neil and his crew did in our brand new kitchen. Every time someone sees our kitchen, the first words are wow! Mark, the cabinet master, was beyond helpful, listening to our thoughts, and producing a quality product. Neil, the owner, was very personable and always available for any questions we had. From the sales person, Shawn, to the phone communication to the timely arrival of supplies and earlier thanexpected installation date, Dreamstyle has impressed me. Eugene U. and Eli S. showed up on time both days after giving me a heads up call 20 minutes before arrival. They were professional, worked cleanly and were friendly. Eugene kept me informed during the installation. The work was done timely and done well. I am very happy with the end result and I will be referring Dreamstyle to others.

TWD did very professional work using several specialists. They were timely in completing work and exceeded my expectations. They installed French Doors for us.

Purchased a toilet from Amazon and they now provide an option to have one of their contractors install your toilet. They had three choices, I picked Holtzman because of their high rating on the internet. I had a hard time getting the toilet, it was first back ordered and they would let me know when it was on its way, which they did not. I was dealing with Judy at Holtzman and told her I would call when I got it because was not sure of the delivery date. I received it at about 4pm on a Thursday. I called Judy and said I finally got the toilet and she said they were booked until next week and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Then 20 minutes later she said she could have someone come the next day between 7-9am, I said that was great. Alverdo showed up, he protected my carpet and installed my new toilet. I plan on purchasing another toilet for the bathroom in the garage and will have Holtzman do the installation. I highly recommend them for there great service. Judy did not have to make this happen the next day, but she did and I thank her so very much for that. Great service.

Very responsive and knowledgeable

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

My wife and I first visited Trinity Remodeling & Home Center on Bell Rd back in late February of this year and we were immediately impressed with their showroom as well as Anthony.

They have a wide selection of cabinets, counter tops, sinks, faucets, hardware and flooring. We continued shopping around but ended up going back to Trinity and working out a deal with Anthony for the cabinets in mid June. They had the best price and service of all the places that we visited and Anthony is an amazing designer and was able to accommodate our needs within the space that we had. We really trusted him and loved the Bridgewood Cabinetry that they have. We ended up purchasing our new Bridgewood Cabinetry because they had the perfect style, finish and construction and warranty for our new kitchen and laundry room.

The delivery of our new cabinets took a while for us to get them because of delays due to the COVID19 but once they arrived Anthony and his crew immediately began the installation of our new cabinets.
Shortly after the cabinets were installed we went back to Trinity to select our new Quartz counter tops. Again, the workmanship was exceptional!! All work was A++

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

RIck was on time, professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of cleaning our carpet. At a very reasonable rate, he did our entire house and the difference is night and day! We were very impressed and will be definitely be using him in the future for more carpet cleaning and other projects we have around the house. Thanks Rick!

Love our countertops now that they are in . Our sale person Sean Mucci was great!
The reason I am giving them a 3 star is the original material we ordered for our countertops end up on back order , and we ended up choose another color ,which also increased are cost of the countertops, and communication with custom service could have been better.
Also I feel the the template person and the installer should always be the same person ,that was not the case on part of our kitchen countertop install, the product is great the install could have been better .
Thank you Sean for always keeping on top of the project, without you I would have cancel .

Honest and reliable

We recently had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We were in search of a new home but due to the sky rocketing prices, we decided to do some upgrades to our current home. We heard about Custom creative through word of mouth and we couldn't be more happier with the choice. From the moment we met till the completion of the work, Praveen was there all the time guiding us through the decisions and he planned the construction with minimal impact to our normal routine. We replaced our carpet with wood plank tiles and installed back-splash tile in our kitchen. I still remember the numerous trips he made along with us to different stores in picking a right tile that we liked and that fits within our budget. He went above and beyond to make us happy as we changed our mind on the color for electrical outlets after the installation. When we said that we did not quite like the color we picked after installation, he asked his electrician to come back to our house to swap all the outlet plates at no additional cost to us. In short, we highly recommend Praveen and his team to anyone in a heartbeat.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

Upon a bathroom remodel we wished done, we called Legacy Design. At first the lady Beth was very helpful. Going through ways to save but knew what we wanted. Our job was not big at all just a simple shower remodel to a walk in for an older woman who needed it.

We set up the appointment. My schedule is very tight and my time like anybodies is very valuable. Well they pretty much completely did not show. The next day Beth apologized and took requirements for the remodel and said she would call me back with an estimate as making it out that day would be impossible with such a busy day she can't even make up for missing out on an scheduled appointment but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.

She called back but this time her tone was different. She was not as cheery as before and sounded like she was making excuses for us to not want to take the job or a reason. by giving an outragous estimate nearly 3x the amount that other experienced contractors were offering for the bid and a reason for her guys not to make an actual appointment to give us a real estimate.. I asked her to send me the estimate via email and said she would get it to me and I would have called her back after I reviewed it. Never received the email nor follow up call.

Even though our job was small, they all start somewhere and referrals, word of mouth, go along way in adding business. I can not recommend this business as its product may be amazing as I am sure it is, but its service is disappointing.

Doug was great to work with. He was helpful through the entire process. The crew that came out to do the install was great as well. We were super glad to have chosen their services. They got the job done several weeks faster than we anticipated and we couldn’t be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. I personally have never had a better customer service experience. Rarely would I ever rate anything a 10, but this was just that. They will be the only one’s that I use in the future - Jordan Johnson
