Best Countertops in Phoenix AZ

We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Starting with the initial design phase and ending with a very timely and professionally executed project plan. If you're looking for a contractor who is 100% committed to customer service, and doing what they said they will do, you don't need to look any further! Exemplary project management, regular communication, and fantastic workmanship.

We worked with Randy and he did a phenomenal job - responded to our emails within minutes, walked us through every option and could not have been more helpful... Diamond has every option most people will need and at an extremely reasonable price - had I know about them prior I would have done my cabinets years ago!

Veny is a very nice guy, he is very professional and everything is done perfectly. He did my kitchen and it was all perfectly done no flaws. This is the company to go! Plus he gives free estimates.

Serranos was the best priced countertop installers in town. We priced several other local shops and Serranos was by far the best. Installation was very good and we are very pleased with the results! We would definitely recommend them.

We worked extensively with Superior while we remodeled our 150 unit apartment building in Scottsdale. Their pricing is highly competitive, and their customer service is great. If there was ever an issue they worked quickly to correct it. I can't recommend them enough!

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! The install was completed very quickly and was super clean. The installers were professional and the communication was exactly as promised. I am in love with my new Bathroom!! Thanks Maxum!!!

We hired this company to put new countertops in our house. They turned out excellent and the service was outstanding.
Today I I ordered more countertops but this time for my rental property. We will be moving to our forever home in the near future and I can guarantee you I will be using them again.

I have dealt with several Contractors over the last few years. Shane and his partner were by far the best. Can't say enough about the quality of work. Top Notch! Intended to post photos but Google isn't giving the option.

Company 2☆ Product 3☆ Window Install
It's a headache to repeat it. Bought windows in November, 2 people both stated should be no problem getting them in before Christmas. Noted this on my order. Never notified until January. Repeated phone calls and emails with no reply!!! Said your windows are in will be installed in 4 days 10am, move all furniture, take down all window treatments. As a single old lady, I got all this done by 9:00. Then 10 minutes before they were scheduled to show up got a call, windows aren't in yet, didn't find out till last night. In fact they haven't even been started yet, due to holidays. May be a while. Don't need to get into my response to a company that has no idea how to conduct business. Fast forward to February. Showed up with windows but no trim. In their defense they only had a few months to prepare. Will get trim installed next day. Meanwhile they ran out of supplies, left holes to the outside when caulking, said no to worry will fill it in with foam. What's a waterproof seal anyway, they are energy efficient windows, they were small holes, what do they care. Next day trim. Ran out of product again. Left nice black smudges all over trim. So now the homeowner is stuck painting dirty trim, outside caulking and cleaning windows with small amounts of foam or whatever. Of course on outside of second story windows.

Windows themselves are nice enough. Not thrilled with the large black tabs to remove them standing out like a soar thumb on my white framed windows. The screens do not fit securely and do not have rubber seal going around to keep bugs out. You can see the gap to the outside world.

So recap:
• company does not return phone calls or email. EVER! Even after install.
• not concerned with emails stating complaints. Just say sorry for inconvenience.
• no idea or follow through with product manager or customers at any time.
• do not plan or review before install
• scheduler should be fired (guy not girl)
• one person has no idea what the other is doing nor cares
Just plain shottie company with poor customer service.

Diamond Kitchen and Bath is a hidden gem if you're in need of cabinets, countertops, vanities, etc. My wife and I are doing a kitchen remodel to bring our kitchen into this century. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from them. During our consultation, the staff brought out coloring books and crayons to keep my little ones occupied (aged 2 and 5). Our salesperson, Joey G., was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and has communicated every step of the way. Go and visit Diamond Kitchen and Bath and ask for Joey, he'll take care of you. They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Master bath and kitchen grout look great. Highly recommend.

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

We can't say enough good things about Cabinets4Less. Having been in the construction industry for over 20+ years we have ordered many sets of cabinets- none have been this quality for this price. We worked with Connie who did an excellent job at designing the cabinet flow. She more than tripled our cabinets! She listened to what both myself and my husband wanted and delivered! Of course we went with some upgrades like crown, light rail, soft close and pull outs. We don't regret any of it. Delivery was on time and everything was in great condition. See below for what our kitchen looked like before and the dream kitchen it is now!
