Todd Whittaker Drywall did a small remodel In our master bedroom, and from the day Todd came out to talk to us about the project, we felt very comfortable using his company to schedule the work. The estimate was fair and timely even though we had a couple of change orders. We can't say enough about his staff who worked relentlessly from the time they arrived to the time their day was finished. Their cleanup was exceptional! After having nightmare experiences with other contractors Good Guys was a breath of fresh air. They listened to what I wanted and after the very first visit gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. They also had great suggestions for things I had not considered. They communicated with me every step of the way, even providing pictures and updates via their app while I was traveling. They were very respectful of me and my space and it was the cleanest construction project I have ever lived through. Of course there were a few challenges and changes along the way but they handled them professionally and I never felt like they were trying to increase the scope to increase the budget. I will not hesitate to use them on my next project!

Responsive team, timely and professional. Installed Granite on my new counter-tops at a better price and timeline then other competitors that where quoted. Measurements where done professionally and granite cut and installed just a week later with great results.

We needed a new kitchen asap and Sean Mucci came out for an initial sit down to show us our options. The experience was outstanding. Communication throughout the process was great. I always knew was going to be accomplished each day. The attention to detail from the start to finish with Sean and the installers was amazing. We will be doing our baths next! Bids were WAY out of line! Salesman was visibly upset when we told him that we wouldn’t give him a same-day answer. Very high pressure and out right rude! Strongly do NOT recommend!

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. The manager’s daily visits while the renovations were taking place was reassuring that we made the right decision with hiring them. Thank you !!

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

Showed up ... No sign ... I rang 135 somebody answered and said he's not here ... Not sure if the business is still running???

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
