We needed the drywall replaced and fisished to match existing wall after laundry room sink installation. Maria repaired the wall and matched the the textured finish EXACTLT! Her work was just amazing. I didn't event have to run the vaccuum afterwards. I recommend TWD and Maria without reservation.

Understanding that getting contractors scheduled to do work in this environment is very challenging, Will pushed the job to get it completed as timely as possible. We had Diamond Granite replace our countertop after having new cabinets installed (by another company). They were punctual, responsive, and there was no pressure during the buying process. Scheduling and installation were equally easy and smooth, with the countertops being installed on time and by a friendly and responsive pair of workers. I will recommend this company to others. Note: if you see torn-up drywall in the picture, that's on us - we're going to do a tile backsplash ourselves.

They were finished when they said they would be and every day they cleaned up completely!

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

RWR has such a great group of people, both RER staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Big shout out to Luxury Remodels for their terrific work and competitive pricing. Our master bath was in rough shape when we bought the house, and now it’s practically a spa. We had no idea what we were doing, so they walked us through the process step by step. From recommending colors, materials, and they even drafted us a 3D rendering. Could not have asked for a better experience or more helpful team. Will be going back to them when we’re ready to proceed with our kitchen remodel! Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.
We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to supplier's inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.

In short, I'd recommend Shannon and the gang for any remodeling needs.

We had the perfect experience. Eric was incredibly professional. He set realistic expectations, did not over commit and definitely went above and beyond. Our project was completed ahead of schedule. That may not be the case for all their projects, I can assure you they will certainly do their best! Eric was also involved through the entire project.
