Todd Whittaker Drywall Inc. recently finished a project on our home. We had drywall, trim carpentry,and painting performed. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The craftsmen are professionals. The Superintendent made sure the project was completed at proposed timeframe. We are very pleased with how everything looks. Thank you.

They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

Anthony of Trinity Remodeling and Home Center did a fantastic job designing and installing our dream kitchen. His prices beat the other vendors and Big Box Stores. The quality of the kitchen & laundry room cabinets were excellent. The installation crew did a quick and professional job. They were courteous and left a clean job. We absolutely love the “new” kitchen layout. We loved the job Anthony did so much we came back and had our three bathrooms remodeled by him.

ArDan LLC is a GREAT company! They remodeled two bathrooms after an unexpected house fire. They made the bathroom of my dreams a reality and my guest bathroom warm and inviting. Beautiful cabinets and gorgeous countertops; I highly recommend ArDan LLC.

This company was very professional and punctual with their time. From start to finish on the estimate, template, and install they were very helpful! The value was great compared to a couple other estimates that I got. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and actually help you on what will best suit your vision on a remodel. I have used Granite Transformation North/West two prior times before. The first was to do new granite counter tops in the kitchen, new cabinet doors and reface the cabinets. My wife and I were so pleased we had them come back and convert a bathtub to shower and bathtub...The people were great the first two times from office staff to the installers. I even got a chance to talk to the owner and his wife a couple of times and both took a real interest in their customers. Due to the other times being great we decided to finish it out and do are second and last bathroom. When I made contact to verify the estimate from six months prior I found out the company had been sold. It was purchased by a big company out of New Mexico. The feeling of we care about our customers appeared to disappear. This was the first thing I noticed. Also the cost had almost double in price which showed me there was no loyalty to a returning customer. I decided to still go with them so that the materials would match what we had previously done. The second biggest reason was the two installers Wes & Eddie that did the install on the first bathroom. They were always on time and and knew what they were doing. They were extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would give them (5) Star reviews on their work.....It's to bad the company changed owners......

Hired this company to do my stores flooring, and it turned out better than I imagined! I get asked all the time who did the floors where did you get this and I always send them here! Will hire again for my next store remodel.

We are thrilled with our new cabinets. We were on a budget and Jeff C. did everything possible to keep us on target while getting the most for our money. Jeff answered all our questions and streamlined the entire process. Our cabinets were installed on time and Neil and his son did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

The whole team at Republic West Remodeling has been great. In fact, they have exceeded our expectations. The Owner, Van Hansen, has assembled a top-tier team of professionals that are there to help from the beginning dreams to the final walk-through. For example, we have greatly benefitted from Stephen Yeoman's architectural expertise and practical knowledge as to how all the pieces go together and understanding our family's use of the space. He has allowed us to explore lots of various ideas, including some crazy ones, while always mindful of the practical effects of our choices and the budget. The interior design team, led by Kathy Molnar, has equally been fantastic, guiding us through the myriad of choices of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She definitely helped us match the colors and materials with our existing home, personalities and the way we will use the space. There are a lot of moving pieces in a large kitchen remodel, and Republic West has assembled a one-stop shop that has helped us from the early conceptual ideas, to architectural design, to permitting and construction. We could not have done it without them and are happy to endorse and recommend Republic West Remodeling without hesitation.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. We used Orange Cactus (family owned and operated business) for our bathroom remodel as we wanted a shower that would be easy to clean and minimize issues with hard water deposits. We visited their showroom (Ray Rd and the Freeway) and talked to Veronica. Orange Cactus sells and installs Onyx Collection products allowing for a solid surface installation with minimum to no grout. She came out and measured the bathroom and gave us estimate the next day. The installers did a great job installing the shower and counters and the area was always clean. I would recommend them and intend to use them again for our other bathroom. They also do kitchen remodels.

I worked with Sandra and her talented design team on a remodel project for my home. In what I thought would be a stressful experience, Design Lab made the process seamless!
The showroom at Design Lab had the cabinets, flooring and tile right there which made the selection part so easy. I appreciated this so much because this made it possible for me to visualize the end result, which came out beautifully. I highly recommend Design Lab!!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.
